When all the old sewage is discharged, a user places the hollow disc 16 at the top of the placing block 15, then the lower part of the water absorbing elastic thread 20 penetrates through the placing ring 19, the lower part of the water absorbing elastic thread 20 extends into the new sewage, the upper side of the water absorbing elastic thread 20 is flatly laid on the hollow disc 16 by the user, then the user clamps the four corners of the PH test paper between the elastic pressing sheet 17 and the hollow disc 16 respectively, the bottom of the PH test paper is in contact with the top of the water absorbing elastic thread 20, the water absorbing elastic thread 20 can gradually absorb the sewage to the upper side, the PH test paper can display the acid-base number after being adhered to enough new sewage, and therefore the user does not need to manually extract the new sewage in the water frame 10.
When a user puts the hollow disc 16 on the top of the placing block 15, the vertical rods 25 on the left side and the right side respectively penetrate through the first grooves 21, the vertical rods 25 can extrude the circular pressing rods 24 on the front side and the rear side, and the circular pressing rods 24 on the front side and the rear side can extrude the vertical rods 25 all the time under the action of the conical springs 23 on the front side and the rear side, so that the position of the hollow disc 16 can be more stabilized.
When the user does not need to extract sewage, the bolt 27 is rotated clockwise, the bolt 27 moves downwards in the nut 26, then the bolt 27 contacts with the rubber ball 7 on the upper side, and the rubber ball 7 is pressed, so that the sewage can be prevented from being extracted after a pressing handle 3 is pressed by other people carelessly, and when the user needs to extract sewage, the bolt 27 rotates anticlockwise, and the bolt 27 moves upwards in the nut 26 to return to the original position.
