The rotation of the transmission shaft 33 can be achieved by means of the above-mentioned transmission surface along with the movement of the pallet 1, thereby simplifying the transmission mechanism and reducing the cost.
It should be noted that the driving mechanism is not limited to the torsion spring and the transmission structure described above in the present embodiment, and in practical applications, a driving source and a transmission member may be used to drive rotation of the transmission shaft 33.
Preferably, a rotatable roller 34 is provided on the drive shaft 33, which roller 34 is in contact with and rolls along the drive surface. Friction of the drive shaft 33 with the drive surface can be avoided by means of the rollers 34.

When the paper clip 2 is positioned to clamp and fix paper, the axis of the transmission shaft 33 is parallel to the bearing surface A of the pallet 1; when the paper holder 2 is rotated from a position away from the paper to a position where the paper is held and fixed, the rotation shaft 32 is rotated by 90 °. In practice, the rotation angle of the rotation shaft 32 may be adjusted by adjusting the pitch and/or length of the screw surface 35.
