At present, a discharge valve used on solid preparation equipment mainly pushes discharge by a cylinder or adopts a butterfly valve discharge structure, and the structure has the disadvantages of high cost, large occupied space and incomplete discharge.

the discharging pipe is characterized in that hollow rotating shafts are fixedly arranged on two sides of the discharging pipe, the outer ends of the hollow rotating shafts are rotatably provided with limiting driven gears, a plurality of limiting pin holes are formed in the limiting driven gears in a circular array in an equidistant mode, mounting grooves are formed in two sides of the discharging baffle, mounting rods which are horizontally matched with the mounting grooves in a sliding mode penetrate through the hollow rotating shafts, and operation plates are fixedly mounted at the end portions of the mounting rods which are arranged on the outer sides of the limiting driven gears,

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the mounting rod is pulled to move outwards by operating the hand pull ring until the mounting rod is pulled out of the mounting groove, so that the discharging baffle plate is conveniently dismounted, otherwise, the mounting rod can be conveniently and stably embedded into the mounting groove under the tensile force of the stretched supporting spring, so that the mounting and fixing of the discharging baffle plate are realized, the discharging baffle plate is not easy to loosen, the dismounting and the maintenance of the discharging baffle plate are facilitated, and the use is flexible; the discharging device can realize the opening and closing of the discharging baffle through manual operation, is convenient to operate, and can ensure that the discharging baffle in the discharging pipe is in a completely opened state when the discharging device is in a discharging state, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of incomplete discharging;
in addition, the locking mechanism can lock the limiting driving gear, so that the rotating rod is prevented from rotating, the stability of the discharging baffle in the discharging pipe is ensured, and the problem of material leakage cannot occur when the discharging pipe does not discharge materials.

furthermore, both sides of the discharge pipe 3 are fixedly provided with hollow rotating shafts 25, wherein the outer ends of the hollow rotating shafts 25 are rotatably provided with limiting driven gears 4, the limiting driven gears 4 are provided with a plurality of limiting pin holes 18 in a circular array and in an equidistant distribution, both sides of the discharge baffle 2 are provided with mounting grooves 22, mounting rods 21 which are horizontally matched with the mounting grooves 22 in a sliding manner penetrate through the hollow rotating shafts 25, the end parts of the mounting rods 21 which are arranged outside the limiting driven gears 4 are fixedly provided with operating panels 17, and the outer side surfaces of the operating panels 17 are provided with hand pull rings 16;

Different from embodiment 1, please refer to fig. 1 to 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the locking mechanism includes a pressing rod 9, a limiting pin 10, a screw rod 13 and a rectangular sliding block 14, the screw rod 13 is rotatably disposed in a rectangular cavity 11 formed on a top plate of the housing 1, and the external threads of the outer rings of the two ends of the screw rod 13 are opposite in rotation direction;
two rectangular sliding blocks 14 which are horizontally and slidably arranged in the rectangular cavity 11 are respectively arranged on the outer rings of the two ends of the screw rod 13 in a threaded connection mode, and the two pressing rods 9 are respectively fixedly connected with the two rectangular sliding blocks 14;
furthermore, the two pressure levers 9 are both fixedly provided with a limit pin 10 which is matched with a limit pin hole 18 formed in the limit driving gear 6;
in this embodiment, a second adjusting handle 12 is fixedly installed at one end of the screw rod 13, and the first adjusting handle 7 and the second adjusting handle 12 are respectively located at two sides of the housing 1;
