Referring to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an electronic cigarette 100 includes a battery device 10, an atomizing device 30 and a mouthpiece 50. The atomizer 30 is connected between the battery device 10 and the mouthpiece 50, and is electrically connected to the battery device 10 for generating smoke for a user to inhale. In this embodiment, the atomizing device 30 is detachably disposed at one end of the battery device 10 by a screw connection, and the mouthpiece 50 is detachably disposed at one end of the atomizing device 30 opposite to the battery device 10 by a plug connection. It is understood that in other embodiments, the connection between the atomization device 30 and the battery device 10 and the connection between the atomization device 30 and the mouthpiece 50 may be determined according to the requirement, and only the detachable connection is required, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the battery device 10 includes a housing 11 having an inner cavity 110, a power supply assembly 13, a liquid storage assembly 15 and a connector 17 sequentially disposed in the inner cavity 110 from bottom to top.
The housing 11 includes a case 112 and a bottom cover 114. The casing 112 is a hollow tube with two ends through, and a window 1121 for observing the remaining amount of tobacco juice in the liquid storage assembly 15 is opened on the casing. The bottom cover 114 is detachably or fixedly disposed at one end of the housing 112 and defines the receiving cavity 110 together with the housing 112.
The power supply assembly 13 includes a battery 130, a circuit board support 132, a circuit board 134, and a key assembly 136. The battery 130 is supported on the bottom cover 114, the circuit board 134 is disposed on the circuit board support 132 and electrically connected to the battery 130, and the key assembly 136 is exposed outside the casing 112 and electrically connected to the circuit board 134 for controlling the operating state of the electronic cigarette 100 according to the user operation.
Further, a USB socket 1341 is disposed on the circuit board 134, and a USB socket connecting hole 1123 corresponding to the USB socket 1341 is disposed on the casing 112 for a user to plug a USB (not shown).
Further, the power supply assembly 13 further includes a battery gasket 138, and the battery gasket 138 is disposed between the battery 130 and the bottom cover 114 for preventing the battery 130 from shaking arbitrarily.
The reservoir assembly 15 includes a reservoir tube 150 for holding the tobacco liquid and an electrode contact 152. The electrode contact 152 is disposed at the bottom of the liquid storage tube 150, and has one end penetrating the bottom of the liquid storage tube 150 and extending into the inner cavity of the liquid storage tube 150, and the other end electrically connected to the circuit board 134 in the power supply module 13.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the reservoir assembly 15 further includes a seal 154. A seal 154 is provided between the bottom of the reservoir 150 and the electrode contact 152 for preventing the smoke liquid from flowing out of the gap between the reservoir 150 and the electrode contact 152.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the connector 17 is disposed at an end of the liquid storage tube 150 away from the power supply assembly 13, i.e., at an open end of the liquid storage tube 150, such that the atomizing device 30 can be inserted into the liquid storage tube 150 from the open end and detachably connected to the battery device 10 through the connector 17. In this embodiment, the connecting member 17 is a threaded ring that is removably connected to the atomizing device 30 in a threaded manner. It is understood that in other embodiments, the connection manner of the connecting member 17 and the atomizing device 30 can be disposed on other structures, such as a snap-fit manner of a flange and a slot, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the atomizing device 30 is accommodated in the liquid storage tube 150, and includes an atomizing head 31 having an atomizing chamber 310 and an air regulating assembly 33. The atomizing head 31 is accommodated in the liquid storage tube 150, and the bottom of the atomizing head 31 is disposed in contact with the electrode contact 152, and is directly electrically connected to the circuit board 134 in the power supply assembly 11 through the electrode contact 152. The air adjusting component 33 is communicated between the atomizing head 31 and the mouthpiece 50, and is used for adjusting the size of the airflow entering the atomizing chamber 310.
Specifically, the air regulating assembly 33 includes an air pipe 330 and an air inlet and outlet separating pipe 332. One end of the vent pipe 330 is disposed at one end of the atomizing head 31 opposite to the electrode contact member 152, and the other end of the vent pipe 330 is in interference fit with the air inlet and outlet separation pipe 332. The mouthpiece 50 is disposed at an end of the inlet and outlet separation tube 332 remote from the ventilation tube 330. The ventilation tube 330 and the air inlet and outlet separation tube 332 together form a smoke outlet channel 334 communicated between the nebulizing chamber 310 and the mouthpiece 50, so that the smoke atomized in the nebulizing chamber 310 is inhaled into the mouth of the user through the smoke outlet channel 334.
Further, the air adjustment assembly 33 further includes an intake ring 336 and an intake adjustment ring 338. The air inlet ring 336 is sleeved on the periphery of the interconnection between the air pipe 330 and the air inlet/outlet separation pipe 332, the lower end of the air inlet ring 336 is communicated with the atomizing chamber 310, and the air inlet adjusting ring 338 is sleeved on the periphery of the upper end of the air inlet ring 336. The amount of the external air entering the atomizing chamber 310 can be adjusted by adjusting the communication area between the air adjustment groove 3381 and the air inlet hole 3361.
In the electronic cigarette 100 of the present invention, the liquid storage component 15 is directly disposed in the battery device 10, so that during the installation process, a user only needs to connect the atomizing device 30 with the battery device 10 and the liquid storage component 15 once, and in addition, the user only needs to directly insert one end of the atomizing device 30 with the atomizing head 31 into the liquid storage component 15 to electrically connect with the power supply component 11, the installation is simple, and the electrical connection between the atomizing head 31 and the power supply component 13 is more reliable.
