It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The message channel establishing method provided by the application can be applied to a message channel establishing system shown in fig. 1. The mobile terminal 10 and the central terminal 11 communicate with each other through a mobile phone network. The mobile terminal 10 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the central terminal is a terminal providing services for the mobile terminal. The message channel establishing system further includes a server 12, where the server 12 may establish a message channel with the mobile terminal 10, and the server 12 may also establish a message channel with the central terminal 11, so that the mobile terminal 10 and the central terminal 11 may perform message intercommunication through the message channel. The server 12 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a message channel establishing method is provided, which is described by applying the method to the message channel establishing system exemplified in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S21, the center terminal responds to the call request sent by the mobile terminal, obtains the identification information of the mobile terminal, and sends a connection request containing the identification information of the mobile terminal and the identification information of the center terminal to a server;
the call request is a request sent from the mobile terminal to the central terminal through the mobile phone network, such as a medical emergency request, a fire alarm request, an emergency rescue request, and the like.
The identification information is information for proving the identities of the mobile terminal and the central terminal, and for example, the identification information is a mobile phone number of the mobile terminal that sent the call request, or the identification information is an agent number of the central terminal that received the call request.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal sends the call request to the central terminal, the central terminal responds to the call request sent by the mobile terminal to acquire the identification information of the mobile terminal and the identification information of the central terminal, generates the connection request containing the identification information of the mobile terminal and the identification information of the central terminal, and then sends the connection request to the server.
Step S22, after receiving the connection request, the server establishes a message channel between the mobile terminal and the central terminal;
the message channel is a virtual channel established for message delivery. When message intercommunication is needed, the message channel is established, and after the message intercommunication is finished, the message channel is released.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the server receives the connection request, the server respectively establishes the message channels between the mobile terminal and the central terminal to carry out message intercommunication.
In the message channel establishing method, the central terminal responds to the call request sent by the mobile terminal, acquires the identification information of the mobile terminal, sends the connection request containing the identification information of the mobile terminal and the identification information of the central terminal to the server, and after receiving the connection request, the server establishes the message channel between the mobile terminal and the central terminal. The server establishes a message channel between the mobile terminal and the receiving terminal to carry out message intercommunication, so that only one mode of telephone communication is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the flowchart of the step of refining in step S22 specifically includes the following steps:
step S221, after receiving the connection request, the server generates a session identifier;
in the embodiment of the invention, the session identifier is information for uniquely identifying the mobile terminal and the central terminal which need to access the server at present, and is distributed by the server and used for triggering the mobile terminal and/or the central terminal to establish the message channel.
Step S222, the server sends the session identifier to the mobile terminal and the central terminal, respectively, and establishes a message channel between the mobile terminal and the central terminal, respectively.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the session identifier, the mobile terminal establishes the message channel with the server, and after receiving the session identifier, the central terminal establishes the message channel with the server.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the flowchart of the step of refining in step S222 specifically includes the following steps:
step S2221, the server sends the session identifier to the center end, and establishes a mapping relationship between the session identifier and the center end;
step S2222, after the server establishes the mapping relationship between the session identifier and the center terminal, a first message channel between the server and the center terminal is established;
the mapping relation is a one-to-one correspondence relation between the session identifier and the center terminal, and when the mapping relation exists between a certain session identifier and a certain center terminal, the establishment of the mapping relation is completed, and the message channel is also completed immediately. Optionally, different types of first message channels may be established according to the types of the server and the central end, for example, a UDP message channel, a TCP message channel, and the like. The server sends the session identifier to the center end, and the center end can carry the session identifier in subsequent message intercommunication after receiving the session identifier.
Step S2223, the server packages the session identification into a session link and sends the session link to the mobile terminal;
it should be noted that, step S2223, step S2221, and step S2222 have no precedence relationship therebetween.
Step S2224, the mobile terminal responds to the operation that the user clicks the session link, and sends a session access request containing the session identifier to the server;
in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving a session link sent by a server (optionally, after the server sends the session link to the mobile terminal in the form of a short message), if a click operation of a user on the session link is monitored, a session access request including a session identifier is sent to the server in response to the operation of the user on clicking the session link.
Step S2225, after the server checks the received session access request, the server establishes a mapping relationship between the session identifier and the mobile terminal;
step S2226, after the server establishes the mapping relationship between the session identifier and the mobile terminal, a second message channel between the server and the mobile terminal is established.
The mapping relation is a one-to-one correspondence relation between the session identifier and the mobile terminal, and when a mapping relation exists between a certain session identifier and a certain mobile terminal, the establishment of the mapping relation is completed, and the message channel is also completed immediately. Optionally, the second message channel is an HTTP message channel. The server sends the session identifier to the center end, and the center end can carry the session identifier in subsequent message intercommunication after receiving the session identifier.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a message channel establishing method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S501, a central terminal responds to a call request sent by a mobile terminal, acquires identification information of the mobile terminal, and sends a connection request containing the identification information of the mobile terminal and the identification information of the central terminal to a server;

In the embodiment of the present invention, after a message channel between a mobile terminal and a central terminal is established, a server receives a first message sent by the mobile terminal, checks a mapping relationship corresponding to a session identifier in the first message, and if the mapping relationship passes the check, the server may perform caching or forwarding. Specifically, if a message channel is established between the central terminal and the server, the first message is forwarded to the central terminal, and if no message channel is established between the central terminal and the server, the server temporarily caches the first message until the message channel is established between the central terminal and the server, and then forwards the first message. If the first message does not pass the verification, the server does not cache or forward the first message, and optionally, the server discards the first message.
Optionally, after receiving a connection request including identification information of a mobile terminal and identification information of a central terminal sent by the central terminal, the server establishes a message channel between the mobile terminal and the central terminal; the server receives a second message sent by the center end through the message channel; the server checks the mapping relation corresponding to the session identification in the second message; and if the mapping relation passes the verification, executing the step of caching the second message or forwarding the second message to the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the message channel between the mobile terminal and the central terminal is established, the server receives the second message sent by the central terminal, checks the mapping relationship corresponding to the session identifier in the second message, and if the mapping relationship passes the check, the server may perform caching or forwarding. Specifically, if a message channel is established between the mobile terminal and the server, the second message is forwarded to the mobile terminal, and if no message channel is established between the mobile terminal and the server, the server temporarily caches the second message until a message channel is established between the mobile terminal and the server, and then forwards the second message. If the second message does not pass the verification, the server does not cache or forward the second message, and optionally, the server discards the second message.
Optionally, after receiving a session end request containing a session identifier sent by the center terminal, checking a mapping relationship between the session identifier and the center terminal; after the mapping relation passes the verification, marking the session identifier as an end state, and clearing the mapping relation between the session identifier and the central terminal and between the session identifier and the mobile terminal respectively.
Optionally, a session ending action is set in the central end in advance. For example, a function ending button is set on the WEB message interworking interface, or a preset sliding operation on the touch screen, a button operation on a physical button, and the like. If the center end monitors the preset session ending action, a session ending request is sent to the server, the server verifies the mapping relation between the session identifier and the center end, after the mapping relation is verified, the session identifier is marked to be in an ending state, and the mapping relation between the session identifier and the center end and the mapping relation between the session identifier and the mobile end are cleared.
