Including casing, PTC starter, cap and external terminal mechanism, the PTC starter include first electrode plate, the second electrode plate of face-to-face setting each other and set up the PTC chip between first electrode plate and second electrode plate, external terminal mechanism include first, second, third inserted sheet, first inserted sheet is fixed on the cap through the first inserted sheet back-off of bottom, the second inserted sheet is fixed on the cap through the second inserted sheet back-off of bottom, the third inserted sheet is fixed on the cap and with PTC starter's first electrode plate electrical connection. The advantages are that: the external terminal is firmly and reliably installed, the required installation space is small, the operation capacitor can be quickly connected, and the wiring requirements of compressors of different types and kinds are met; the PTC chip is clamped in a crisscross mode, so that the safety and reliability are effectively improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of starting devices of motors of refrigeration compressors, and particularly relates to a PTC starter with external terminals.
Background
In the prior art, the connection mode is often not single because of the variety of types and models of compressors, and in order to adapt to and satisfy the wiring demand of the compressors of different models and types, an external terminal is generally additionally arranged. Further, if the single PTC starter does not have the external terminal mechanism, the operation capacitor cannot be quickly connected, and the existing PTC starter with the external terminal is often complicated in structure and has high requirement on the installation space of the compressor.
In view of the above-described prior art, there is a need for improvements in the existing structures, and for this purpose, the inventors have devised beneficial designs, and the technical solutions described below are created in this context.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a PTC starter with external terminals, which has a compact and reasonable structure and low requirement on installation space.
The object of the invention is achieved in that a PTC starter with external terminals comprises a housing; a PTC starter disposed in the housing cavity; a cover which is mated with the housing cover and shields the PTC starter; the external terminal mechanism is inserted on the shell cover, and is characterized in that: the PTC starter comprises a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate and a PTC chip, wherein the first electrode plate, the second electrode plate and the PTC chip are arranged between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate in a face-to-face mode, the external terminal mechanism comprises a first inserting sheet, a second inserting sheet and a third inserting sheet, a first inserting sheet accommodating cavity is formed in the left end of the front side of the upper surface of the shell cover, a second inserting sheet accommodating cavity is formed in the right end of the front side of the shell cover, a third inserting sheet accommodating cavity is formed in the position corresponding to the rear side of the second inserting sheet accommodating cavity, the first inserting sheet is fixed on the shell cover in a reverse mode through the first inserting sheet at the position corresponding to the first inserting sheet accommodating cavity, the second inserting sheet is fixed on the shell cover in a reverse mode through the second inserting sheet at the position corresponding to the second inserting sheet accommodating cavity, and the third inserting sheet is fixed on the shell cover in the position corresponding to the third inserting sheet accommodating cavity and is electrically connected with the first PTC starter.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the first electrode plate is transversely formed with a pair of first electrode plate supporting legs on a side facing the second electrode plate, the second electrode plate is longitudinally formed with a pair of second electrode plate supporting legs on a side facing the first electrode plate, and the PTC chip is clamped by the first electrode plate supporting legs and the second electrode plate supporting legs to be fixed.
In another specific embodiment of the present invention, the first electrode plate extends upward from the top to form a first electrode plate connecting piece, the second electrode plate extends upward from the top to form a second electrode plate connecting piece, the housing cover is provided with a first connecting piece through slot at a position corresponding to the first electrode plate connecting piece, the first electrode plate connecting piece passes through the first connecting piece through slot to pass out of the housing cover to be electrically connected with the third inserting piece of the external terminal mechanism, the housing cover is provided with a second connecting piece through slot at a position corresponding to the second electrode plate connecting piece, and the second electrode plate connecting piece passes through the second connecting piece through slot to pass out of the housing cover to be electrically connected with one end of the compressor operation capacitor.
In still another specific embodiment of the present invention, the first electrode plate is formed with a first electrode plate terminal insertion hole at the bottom, the second electrode plate is formed with a second electrode plate terminal insertion hole at the bottom, and the housing is formed with a first insertion hole receiving cavity for receiving the first electrode plate terminal insertion hole and a second insertion hole receiving cavity for receiving the second electrode plate terminal insertion hole at the rear side of the receiving cavity.
In still another specific embodiment of the present invention, the housing is provided with a pair of protrusions symmetrically disposed at the bottom of the receiving cavity in front-rear direction, and the pair of protrusions are in contact with the bottom of the PTC chip of the PTC starter.
In still another specific embodiment of the present invention, the first electrode plate connecting piece of the first electrode plate and the third inserting piece of the external terminal mechanism are electrically connected by riveting or welding.
In a further specific embodiment of the present invention, the outer walls of the left and right sides of the housing are respectively formed with a snap groove, and the housing cover is respectively formed with a snap at the left and right sides and corresponding to the snap grooves, and the snap is snapped into the snap grooves to realize the closing of the housing cover to the housing.
In a further specific embodiment of the present invention, the side wall of the lower surface of the cover, which is close to the first electrode plate, extends towards the accommodating cavity of the housing to form a first insert baffle, and the first insert baffle contacts with the first electrode plate; the shell cover extends towards the accommodating cavity of the shell on the side wall of the lower surface, which is close to the second electrode plate, and a second inserting sheet baffle is formed, and the second inserting sheet baffle is contacted with the second electrode plate.
The external terminal mechanism is additionally arranged on the single PTC starter, so that compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the structure is more compact and reasonable; the external terminal is firmly and reliably installed, the required installation space is small, the operation capacitor can be quickly connected, and the wiring requirements of compressors of different types and kinds are met; the PTC chip is clamped in a crisscross mode, so that the safety and reliability are effectively improved.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the invention, while given in connection with the accompanying drawings, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and any changes that may be made in the form of the inventive concepts described herein, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention relates to a PTC starter with external terminals, comprising a housing 1; a PTC starter 2, the PTC starter 2 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 11 of the shell 1; a cover 3, the cover 3 is matched with the shell 1 and shields the PTC starter 2; and the external terminal mechanism 4 is inserted on the shell cover 3.
The PTC starter 2 includes a first electrode plate 21, a second electrode plate 23, which are disposed to face each other, and a PTC chip 22 disposed between the first electrode plate 21 and the second electrode plate 23. The first electrode plate 21 is transversely provided with a pair of first electrode plate supporting legs 211 on one side facing the second electrode plate 23, the second electrode plate 23 is longitudinally provided with a pair of second electrode plate supporting legs 231 on one side facing the first electrode plate 21, the first electrode plate supporting legs 211 and the second electrode plate supporting legs 231 are arranged in a crisscross manner, and the PTC chip 22 is clamped face to face by the first electrode plate supporting legs 211 and the second electrode plate supporting legs 231 to realize fixation, thereby being safe and reliable. The first electrode plate 21 extends upward at the top to form a first electrode plate connecting piece 212, and the second electrode plate 23 extends upward at the top to form a second electrode plate connecting piece 232. The cover 3 is provided with a first connecting piece passing groove 34 at a position corresponding to the first electrode plate connecting piece 212, and the first electrode plate connecting piece 212 passes through the first connecting piece passing groove 34 and penetrates out of the cover 3. The casing cover 3 is provided with a second connecting piece passing groove 35 at a position corresponding to the second electrode plate connecting piece 232, and the second electrode plate connecting piece 232 passes through the second connecting piece passing groove 35 to penetrate out of the casing cover 3 to be electrically connected with one end of the compressor running capacitor. The first electrode plate 21 is formed with a first electrode plate terminal insertion hole 213 at the bottom, the second electrode plate 23 is formed with a second electrode plate terminal insertion hole 233 at the bottom, and the housing 1 is formed with a first insertion hole accommodating cavity 111 for accommodating the first electrode plate terminal insertion hole 213 and a second insertion hole accommodating cavity 112 for accommodating the second electrode plate terminal insertion hole 233 at the rear side of the accommodating cavity 11. The housing 1 is provided with a pair of protruding parts 113 symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the accommodating cavity 11 in front and back, and the protruding parts 113 are contacted with the bottom of the PTC chip 22 of the PTC starter 2.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and with reference to fig. 2, the cover 3 extends toward the accommodating cavity 11 of the housing 1 on a sidewall of the lower surface, which is close to the first electrode plate 21, to form a first insert baffle 37, and the first insert baffle 37 contacts with the first electrode plate 21; the cover 3 extends toward the accommodating chamber 11 of the housing 1 on a side wall of the lower surface near the second electrode plate 23 to form a second tab baffle 38, and the second tab baffle 38 is in contact with the second electrode plate 23.
The external terminal mechanism 4 comprises a first, a second and a third inserting sheets 41, 42 and 43. The cover 3 is formed with a first tab receiving cavity 31 at the left end of the front side of the upper surface, a second tab receiving cavity 32 at the right end of the front side, and a third tab receiving cavity 33 at a position corresponding to the rear side of the second tab receiving cavity 32, the first tab 41 is fixed on the cover 3 by a first tab back-up 411 at the bottom at a position corresponding to the first tab receiving cavity 31, the second tab 42 is fixed on the cover 3 by a second tab back-up 421 at the bottom at a position corresponding to the second tab receiving cavity 32, and the third tab 43 is fixed on the cover 3 at a position corresponding to the third tab receiving cavity 33 and electrically connected with the first electrode plate connecting piece 212 of the PTC starter 2. The first electrode plate connecting piece 212 and the third inserting piece 43 may be riveted or welded. The installation of each inserting sheet is firm and reliable, and the required installation space is smaller.
The shell 1 is provided with a hasp groove 12 on the outer walls of the left side and the right side, a hasp 36 is respectively formed on the left side and the right side of the shell cover 3 and at the position corresponding to the hasp groove 12, and the hasp 36 is clamped into the hasp groove 12 to realize the closing of the shell cover 3 to the shell 1.
Claims (6)
1. A PTC starter with external terminals includes a housing (1); a PTC starter (2), the PTC starter (2) is arranged in the accommodating cavity (11) of the shell (1); a cover (3), which cover (3) is matched with the shell (1) and shields the PTC starter (2); an external terminal mechanism (4), external terminal mechanism (4) insert on cap (3), its characterized in that: the PTC starter (2) comprises a first electrode plate (21), a second electrode plate (23) and a PTC chip (22) arranged between the first electrode plate (21) and the second electrode plate (23) in a face-to-face manner, the external terminal mechanism (4) comprises a first, a second and a third inserting sheets (41, 42, 43), the shell cover (3) is provided with a first inserting sheet accommodating cavity (31) at the left end of the front side of the upper surface, a second inserting sheet accommodating cavity (32) at the right end of the front side, a third inserting sheet accommodating cavity (33) is formed at the position corresponding to the rear side of the second inserting sheet accommodating cavity (32), the first inserting sheet (41) is fixed on the shell cover (3) through a first inserting sheet reversing buckle (411) at the bottom at the position corresponding to the first inserting sheet accommodating cavity (31), the second inserting sheet (42) is fixed on the shell cover (3) through a second reversing buckle (421) at the bottom at the position corresponding to the second inserting sheet accommodating cavity (32), the third inserting sheet (41) is fixed on the shell cover (3) at the position corresponding to the third inserting sheet accommodating cavity (21) and extends to the PTC chip (2) at the top of the first electrode plate (21), the second electrode plate (23) extends upwards at the top to form a second electrode plate connecting piece (232), the shell cover (3) is provided with a first connecting piece passing groove (34) at a position corresponding to the first electrode plate connecting piece (212), the first electrode plate connecting piece (212) passes through the first connecting piece passing groove (34) to be penetrated out of the shell cover (3) to be electrically connected with a third inserting piece (43) of the external terminal mechanism (4), the shell cover (3) is provided with a second connecting piece passing groove (35) at a position corresponding to the second electrode plate connecting piece (232), and the second electrode plate connecting piece (232) passes through the second connecting piece passing groove (35) to be penetrated out of the shell cover (3) to be electrically connected with one end of the compressor operation capacitor; the first electrode plate (21) is provided with a first electrode plate terminal jack (213) at the bottom, the second electrode plate (23) is provided with a second electrode plate terminal jack (233) at the bottom, and the shell (1) is provided with a first jack accommodating cavity (111) for accommodating the first electrode plate terminal jack (213) and a second jack accommodating cavity (112) for accommodating the second electrode plate terminal jack (233) at the rear side of the accommodating cavity (11).

A PTC starter with external terminals according to claim 1, characterized in that the first electrode plate (21) is formed with a pair of first electrode plate supporting legs (211) in a lateral direction on a side facing the second electrode plate (23), and the second electrode plate (23) is formed with a pair of second electrode plate supporting legs (231) in a longitudinal direction on a side facing the first electrode plate (21), and the PTC chip (22) is held by the first electrode plate supporting legs (211) and the second electrode plate supporting legs (231) face to face.

A PTC starter with external terminals according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (1) is provided with a pair of protrusions (113) symmetrically disposed in front-rear at the bottom of the housing chamber (11), the pair of protrusions (113) being in contact with the bottom of the PTC chip (22) of the PTC starter (2).
4. The PTC starter with external terminal according to claim 1, characterized in that the first electrode plate connecting piece (212) of the first electrode plate (21) and the third inserting piece (43) of the external terminal mechanism (4) are electrically connected by riveting or welding.

The PTC starter with external terminals according to claim 1, wherein the housing (1) has a snap groove (12) formed on the outer walls of the left and right sides, the housing cover (3) has a snap (36) formed at the left and right sides corresponding to the snap groove (12), and the snap (36) is snapped into the snap groove (12) to achieve the closing of the housing cover (3) to the housing (1).
