when the entering duration of the pulse mode reaches a preset time threshold, entering a balanced charge-discharge mode, and discharging and charging the single storage battery in the balanced charge-discharge mode until the battery capacity of the single storage battery is full and the voltage value reaches a preset average voltage value; when the single storage battery is in the balanced charging and discharging mode, the voltage value of the single storage battery is compared with a preset average voltage value, if the voltage value is lower than the average voltage value, the single storage battery is charged preferentially, the positive switch K1, the negative switch K2 and the charging switch K4 are closed during charging, and the discharging switch K3 is opened; when the voltage is higher than the average voltage value after charging, discharging is carried out on the voltage, and when discharging is carried out, the positive switch K1, the negative switch K2 and the discharge switch K3 are closed, the charge switch K4 is opened, large current is used for discharging, and the discharge current value is generally 0-30A; circulating the charging and discharging processes until the battery capacity of the single storage battery is full and the voltage value reaches the preset average voltage; in the cyclic charge-discharge process, the charge and the discharge are independent and cannot be carried out simultaneously;
when the battery capacity of the single storage battery is full and the voltage value reaches a preset average voltage value, judging whether the change rule of the characteristic parameters of the single storage battery acquired in the balanced charge-discharge mode accords with the preset change rule of the characteristic parameters of the vulcanized battery; when the pulse mode is not consistent, returning to the pulse mode; entering an activation mode when the current state of the single storage battery is met, and performing compensatory discharge and compensatory charge on the single storage battery in the activation mode to activate the single storage battery;
at the end time of the activation mode, judging whether the characteristic parameters of the single storage battery obtained at the end time of the activation mode meet the preset abandoned battery characteristic parameter standard, namely judging whether the single storage battery can be continuously used after being activated; if the voltage does not meet the preset requirement, the single storage battery can be continuously used after being activated, and the pulse mode is returned; when the single storage battery is used, the vulcanization degree of the single storage battery is serious, the normal use requirement can not be met after the single storage battery is activated, the request for replacing the battery information is sent, the request for replacing the battery information is uploaded to the upper computer through the communication module, and the working personnel is prompted to replace the single storage battery which can not be used continuously.
When the single storage battery online pulse activation device works, whether the single storage battery online pulse activation device breaks down or not can be detected in real time, and when the single storage battery online pulse activation device breaks down, fault information is sent to prompt a worker to maintain the single storage battery online pulse activation device which breaks down.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides an on-line pulse activation system for a single storage battery, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 5, and the on-line pulse activation system specifically includes:
an upper computer 501 and a plurality of single storage battery online pulse activation devices 502 provided by the previous embodiments;
each single storage battery online pulse activation device is connected with the upper computer 501 and is respectively connected to different single storage batteries.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, the system or system embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments and therefore are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for related points. Claims (6)

1. An on-line pulse activation device for a single storage battery is characterized by comprising:
a central processing unit and a charging and discharging module;
the central processing unit is connected with the charging and discharging module;
the charge-discharge module is respectively connected with an external power supply and the single storage battery;
the charge-discharge module comprises: the device comprises a positive switch K1, a negative switch K2, a current-limiting resistor R1, a resistor R2, a resistor R3, a discharge switch K3, a charge switch K4 and a voltage reduction subunit;
the first end of the positive switch K1 is connected with the positive electrode of the single storage battery, the second end of the positive switch K1 is connected with the second end of the central processing unit, and the third end of the positive switch K1 is connected to an external power supply through the current-limiting resistor R1, the charging switch K4 and the voltage-reducing subunit in sequence;
the second end of the charging switch K4 is connected with the first end of the central processing unit; the first end of the discharge switch K3 is connected with the first end of the charge switch K4, the second end is connected with the fourth end of the central processing unit, and the third end is grounded;
one end of the resistor R2 is connected with the third end of the positive switch K1, the other end of the resistor R2 is respectively connected with the third end of the central processing unit and one end of the resistor R3, and the other end of the resistor R3 is grounded;
the first end of the negative switch K2 is connected with the negative electrode of the single storage battery, the second end is connected with the fifth end of the central processing unit, and the third end is grounded;
the central processing unit is used for acquiring the characteristic parameters of the single storage battery in real time through the charging and discharging module, entering a pulse mode when the characteristic parameters meet preset pulse mode characteristic parameter standards, and sending a first control instruction corresponding to the pulse mode to the charging and discharging module in the pulse mode so as to control the charging and discharging module to continuously send current pulses to the single storage battery and carry out floating charging on the single storage battery; when the entering time length of the pulse mode reaches a preset time threshold, entering a balanced charge-discharge mode, and sending a second control instruction corresponding to the balanced charge-discharge mode to the charge-discharge module in the balanced charge-discharge mode to control the charge-discharge module to discharge and charge the single storage battery until the battery capacity of the single storage battery is full and the voltage value reaches a preset average voltage value; when the battery capacity of the single storage battery is full and the voltage value reaches a preset average voltage value, judging whether the change rule of the characteristic parameters of the single storage battery acquired in the balanced charge-discharge mode accords with the preset change rule of the characteristic parameters of the vulcanized battery; when not, returning to the pulse mode; when the current state of the single storage battery is consistent with the current state of the single storage battery, entering an activation mode, and sending a third control instruction corresponding to the activation mode to the charge and discharge module in the activation mode so as to control the charge and discharge module to perform compensatory discharge and compensatory charge on the single storage battery; judging whether the characteristic parameters of the single storage battery obtained at the end time of the activation mode meet the preset abandoned battery characteristic parameter standard or not at the end time of the activation mode; when not satisfied, returning to the pulse mode; when satisfied, sending a request for battery replacement information.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the central processing unit is further configured to:
and detecting whether the single storage battery online pulse activation device fails or not, and sending failure information when detecting that the single storage battery online pulse activation device fails.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the voltage reduction subunit comprises:
an IN4007 diode and an IN4819 diode;
one end of the IN4007 diode is connected with the third end of the charging switch K4, and the other end of the IN4007 diode is connected to an external power supply through the IN4819 diode.
4. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
a communication module;
the communication module is respectively connected with the upper computer and the central processing unit and used for uploading the information of requesting to replace the battery to the upper computer when receiving the information of requesting to replace the battery sent by the central processing unit.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the communication module comprises:
an optical coupler and an RS485 chip;
the optical coupler is respectively connected with the central processing unit and the RS485 chip;
and the RS485 chip is connected with an upper computer.
6. An on-line pulse activation system for a single storage battery, comprising:
the upper computer and a plurality of single storage battery on-line pulse activation devices according to claim 5;
and each single storage battery online pulse activation device is connected with the upper computer and respectively connected to different single storage batteries.
