Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. The software modules may be disposed in random access memory (RA telemedicine-based data management system), memory, read-only memory (RO telemedicine-based data management system), electrically programmable RO telemedicine-based data management system, electrically erasable programmable RO telemedicine-based data management system, registers, hard disk, removable disk, CD-RO telemedicine-based data management system, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
The foregoing description of the embodiments has been provided for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the invention, and is not meant to limit the scope of the invention, but to limit the invention to the particular embodiments, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. that fall within the spirit and principles of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.

Claims (9)

1. A telemedicine education-based data management system, the system comprising:
the user management module is used for receiving registration information sent by the user terminal, wherein the registration information comprises user ID and user information, and the user information comprises hospital information, department information and practitioner information; calling a corresponding medical personnel management list according to the hospital information, verifying the user information according to the medical personnel management list, establishing an association relationship between the user ID and the user information when verification passes, and storing the association relationship in the user management list;
the case management module is used for acquiring panoramic video data acquired by the panoramic camera, surgical field video data acquired by the surgical field camera, image data acquired by the medical image equipment, anesthesia monitoring data acquired by the anesthesia monitoring equipment, preoperative case information and postoperative tracking information; integrating the panoramic video data, the operation field video data, the image data and the anesthesia monitoring data according to a preset format, and generating operation case information according to the integrated panoramic video data, the operation field video data, the image data, the anesthesia monitoring data, the preoperative case information and the postoperative tracking information; adding case name information, disease identification information and case grade information according to the operation case information; classifying the operation case information according to the disease identification information and the case grade information, so as to obtain a plurality of operation case databases of the same disease identification information and the same case grade information;
the information management module is used for acquiring information according to a preset time interval; formatting the acquired information; classifying the formatted information according to the disease identification information to obtain a plurality of information databases corresponding to the disease identifications;
the teaching management module is used for acquiring corresponding department information and practitioner information from the user management list according to the user ID; acquiring corresponding disease identification information according to the department information, acquiring learning grade information according to the practitioner information, acquiring operation case information from a corresponding case database according to the disease identification information and the learning grade information, and generating a case learning plan list of a plurality of stages according to the operation case information; acquiring information from the corresponding information database according to the disease identification information, and generating a multi-stage information learning plan list;
the thematic management module is used for establishing thematic information, wherein the thematic information comprises a thematic ID; publishing the thematic information; receiving comment information returned by a user terminal, verifying the comment information, and adding the comment information into a corresponding thematic discussion list according to a thematic ID after the comment information passes verification, and issuing the comment information; summarizing the quantity of comment information in each thematic discussion list in real time, and configuring the display sequence of the thematic information according to the quantity; wherein the comment information includes one or more of text information, picture information, and video-audio information.
2. The telemedicine education-based data management system of claim 1, wherein the information includes first information and second information; the information management module is specifically used for:
acquiring a plurality of corresponding keyword information according to the department information;
acquiring a preset number of first information from a first information database according to the keyword information and the information release time;
and acquiring a preset number of second information from a second information database according to the keyword information and the click quantity information.
3. The telemedicine education-based data management system of claim 1, wherein the teaching management module is further configured to:
a daily case learning task list is formulated according to the case learning plan list of each stage;
and making a daily information learning task list according to the information learning plan list of each stage.
4. The telemedicine education-based data management system of claim 1, wherein the thematic management module is specifically configured to:
monitoring the acquisition times of the operation case information according to the case ID; generating a case acquisition list corresponding to each operation case database according to the case acquisition times and the case ID aiming at each operation case database; judging whether the case acquisition times in the case acquisition list is larger than a preset time threshold; and when the information is larger than the preset value, acquiring corresponding operation case information according to the case ID, and generating the thematic information according to the operation case information.
5. The data management system based on remote medical education according to claim 1, further comprising a sharing management module, wherein the sharing management module is configured to receive file information and access rights sent by a user terminal, audit the file information, and issue information according to the access rights after the audit is passed.
6. The telemedicine education-based data management system of claim 1, further comprising an points management module for setting points rules; receiving an operation instruction sent by a user terminal, wherein the operation instruction comprises a user ID; and increasing or decreasing the points corresponding to the user ID according to the operation instruction and the point rule.
7. The telemedicine education-based data management system of claim 1, further comprising an examination management module;
the teaching management module is also used for monitoring the learning progress of the user according to the case learning plan list of the multiple stages and the information learning plan list of the multiple stages, and generating a stage examination instruction and sending the stage examination instruction to the examination management module when the learning progress reaches a preset threshold value;
the examination management module is used for generating phase test information according to the phase examination instruction and sending the phase test information to the user terminal; and receiving answer information returned by the user terminal, and generating learning evaluation information according to the answer information.
8. The telemedicine education-based data management system as set forth in claim 1, further comprising an attention management module for creating an attention list of users according to an attention request sent from the user terminal, the attention list storing user IDs of a plurality of users who are concerned; and acquiring corresponding release information according to user IDs of a plurality of focused users in the user focusing list, and sending the release information to the user terminal.
9. The telemedicine education-based data management system of claim 1, wherein the case management module is further configured to process patient information in panoramic video data, surgical field video data, image data, anesthesia care data, pre-operative case information, and post-operative tracking information.
