Detailed Description
In order to make the embodiments, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
The air conditioner provided by the invention automatically cleans the indoor unit by means of defrosting after frosting. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a main flow chart of a self-cleaning humidification control method of an air conditioner of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the self-cleaning humidification control method of the air conditioner of the present invention comprises the following steps: s110, under the condition that the air conditioner needs to perform self-cleaning, acquiring the current humidity of indoor air and the current of a fan of an indoor unit; s120, calculating the frosting intensity and the target humidity of the indoor air required by meeting the frosting intensity according to the current of the fan; s130, controlling the amount of humidification water for the indoor air according to the current humidity of the indoor air and the target humidity of the indoor air; wherein, the frosting intensity is the frosting amount of the air conditioner in the self-cleaning process.
Specifically, in step S130, when the current humidity of the indoor air is lower than the target humidity, the humidification water amount required to humidify the indoor air to the target humidity is calculated from the target humidity, and then the indoor air is humidified by the humidification water amount. When the current humidity of the indoor air is not lower than the target humidity, it is indicated that the current humidity of the indoor air can meet the preset frosting intensity, and therefore the indoor air is not humidified. So, through the humidification water yield of control to the room air to effectively avoid the room air humidity to hang down the situation that can't reach preset frosting intensity excessively and avoid still continuing to carry out the situation of humidification to the room air because of the room air humidity is too high, guaranteed the frosting thickness of air conditioner at the automatically cleaning in-process, further promote the automatically cleaning effect of air conditioner.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the degree of fouling of the indoor heat exchangers varies, the intensity of frost formation that is typically required varies, and the target humidity of the indoor air that is required varies, i.e., the amount of humidification water that is ultimately achieved varies. Therefore, in the step S120, the present invention calculates the frost formation intensity required by the indoor unit according to the current of the fan. For example, since the current of the fan can reflect the pollution turbidity of the indoor heat exchanger, a smaller current of the fan indicates a dirtier indoor heat exchanger, i.e., a greater frost formation intensity is required. Therefore, a person skilled in the art can obtain the functional relationship between the fan current and the frosting intensity through a test mode, and then the frosting intensity required by the air conditioner can be determined only by detecting the fan current of the indoor unit. And the target humidity required to achieve this frosting intensity can be determined experimentally. Thus, in step S130, when the current humidity of the indoor air is detected, it is only necessary to compare the current humidity with the target humidity value. In addition, if the current humidity is lower than the target humidity, the current humidity value is subtracted from the target humidity value, namely the humidity value required to be humidified, and the required humidifying water quantity can be determined according to the humidity value required to be humidified, so that the frosting quantity of the air conditioner in the self-cleaning process is ensured, and the self-cleaning effect is improved.
In a specific embodiment, a water storage chamber and a humidifying module for atomizing water in the water storage chamber to humidify indoor air may be provided on the indoor unit. After step S130, the self-cleaning humidification control method of an air conditioner of the present invention further includes: when the indoor air needs to be humidified (namely the current humidity of the indoor air is lower than the target humidity), acquiring water quantity and water quality information in the water storage cavity; and judging whether to start the humidifying module according to the water quantity and water quality information. The indoor air can be humidified after the humidification module is activated. Specifically, when the water amount is greater than or equal to the humidifying water amount and the water quality information meets a preset water quality standard, the humidifying module is started. When the water quantity is less than the humidifying water quantity and the water quality information meets a preset water quality standard, starting the humidifying module and sending out reminding information; the reminding information is used for reminding a user of adding water into the water storage cavity. When the water quality information does not meet the preset water quality standard, the humidifying module is not started and reminding information is sent out; wherein, the reminding information is used for reminding the user to replace the water in the water storage cavity. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that humidifying the indoor air with poor moisture may pollute the indoor air, cause frosting and bring in dust in the air, affecting the self-cleaning effect, and only with clean water can have a better cleaning effect. Therefore, only when the water quality information meets the preset water quality standard, the humidification module is favorable for humidifying the indoor air, so that the situation of polluting the indoor air is prevented.
In one specific embodiment, the water quantity and the water quality in the water storage chamber meet the requirement under the condition that the humidification module is started to wash, namely the current air humidity is lower than the target humidity. At this time, the self-cleaning humidification control method of the air conditioner of the invention further comprises the following steps: the working frequency of the humidifying module is made to be a first preset working frequency; acquiring the real-time temperature of an indoor unit coil; and selectively adjusting the working frequency of the humidifying module according to the real-time temperature. Because the temperature of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit is gradually reduced in the self-cleaning process of the air conditioner, the working frequency of the humidifying module can be changed along with the temperature of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit for better frosting effect. Specifically, during the process of entering the self-cleaning operation, the operating frequency of the humidifying module is set to a first preset operating frequency, and the value of the first preset operating frequency is assumed to be 1. Then the real-time temperature of the indoor unit coil is obtained, the working frequency of the humidifying module is increased along with the reduction of the real-time temperature, and when the real-time temperature is reduced to a preset temperature, the working frequency of the humidifying module is fixed at two preset working frequencies. Wherein the second preset working frequency is larger than the first preset working frequency. It should be noted that the preset temperature may be determined experimentally by a person skilled in the art to be a reasonable temperature value, for example, at which the operating frequency of the humidification module is fixed at 1.5 or 2 or other reasonable operating frequency. It should be noted that the process of increasing the operating frequency of the humidification module with the decrease of the real-time temperature may be linear or non-linear, which can be determined by a person skilled in the art through experiments according to the actual application scenario.
Further, after the humidifying module works at a second preset working frequency for a first preset time, the working frequency of the humidifying module is reduced along with the increase of the working time, and after the humidifying module continues to work for a second preset time, the humidifying module stops working. The first preset time and the second preset time can be flexibly determined by a person skilled in the art according to actual conditions, and the first preset time and the second preset time are not limited herein.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
