3. A refrigerating and oil fume sucking apparatus according to claim 2, wherein an oil guiding ring (13) is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the blower (12) and the inner peripheral surface of the scroll casing (11).
4. A refrigerated oil fume extraction apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that said refrigeration system (2) comprises, connected in succession and forming a circuit: an evaporator (21), a compressor (22), a condenser (23) and a throttle device (24).

A refrigerated fume exhaust fan according to claim 4, characterized in that a partition (7) is arranged between said evaporator (21) and said volute (11), and that said partition (7) divides said cavity into a first area and a second area, said evaporator (21) being located in the first area and said volute (11) being located in the second area.
6. A refrigeration and oil fume extraction apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the air outlet means is an air curtain system (5) and the cold air duct is connected to an outlet of the air curtain system (5).
7. A refrigerating and fume sucking device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a filter means (6) for filtering the air inside the casing (3) is provided in the cavity of the casing (3).
8. A refrigerating and fume sucking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a top end of said housing (3) is provided with a shield (9), and said fume exhaust passage communicates with said shield (9).
