As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the sliding sleeve is a hollow three-stage step shaft, the sliding sleeve comprises a limiting section 27, a transition section 28 and a fixing section 29, the outer diameters of which are sequentially increased from top to bottom, the lower end of the limiting section 27 is fixedly installed with the upper end of the transition section 28, and the lower end of the inner side of the milling cutter 3 corresponding to the outer side position of the limiting section 27 is abutted against the upper end of the transition section 28; the lower end of the transition section 28 and the upper end of the fixed section 29 are fixedly arranged together, and the outer side of the middle part of the fixed section 29 is fixedly arranged together with the lower part of the upper outer sleeve 2 through a fixed shear pin 18; a first inner ring groove and a second inner ring groove are sequentially arranged on the inner side of the fixed section 29 from top to bottom, the inner diameter of the first inner ring groove is smaller than that of the second outer ring groove, and an inner limiting block 20 is arranged in the second inner ring groove corresponding to the position between every two adjacent outer limiting blocks 19; the lower outer side of the fixed section 29 is connected with the lower inner side of the upper outer sleeve 2 through a key. In the using process, the upper end of the lower joint 5 is positioned in the first inner annular groove by arranging the first inner annular groove, so that the downward movement of the sliding sleeve is limited by the contact between the upper end of the first inner annular groove and the upper end of the lower joint 5 in the downward movement process of the sliding sleeve; by providing a second inner annular groove, the outer stopper 19 and the inner stopper 20 are facilitated to cooperate, thereby preventing the wall scraper 37 and the drift collar 38 from rotating with the scraper.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the inner ring table 30, the upper bearing 31 and the lower bearing 32 are further included, the inner ring table 30 located below the limit ring table 21 is arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the lower outer sleeve 4, the lower bearing 32 is arranged between the lower outer sleeve 4 and the lower joint 5 corresponding to the position between the limit ring table 21 and the inner ring table 30, and the upper bearing 31 is arranged between the lower outer sleeve 4 and the lower joint 5 corresponding to the position above the limit ring table 21. During use, the upper bearing 31 and the lower bearing 32 are installed, so that the friction force between the lower outer sleeve 4 and the lower joint 5 is reduced, the abrasion of the lower outer sleeve 4 and the lower joint 5 is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, the sealing device further includes an O-ring 33 and an O-ring 34, at least one O-ring 33 is disposed between the upper joint 1 and the upper outer sleeve 2, at least one O-ring 33 is disposed between the upper sealing ring table 6 and the lower sealing ring table 9, at least one O-ring 33 is disposed between the sliding sleeve corresponding to the lower position of the lower circulation hole 17 and the upper outer sleeve 2, at least one O-ring 34 is disposed between the cone tube and the sliding sleeve, and at least one O-ring 34 is disposed between the sliding sleeve corresponding to the upper position of the outer stopper 19 and the lower joint 5. The sealing between the parts of the invention is enhanced by the installation of an O-ring seal 33 and an O-ring seal 34 during use.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the lower end of the lower joint 5 is fixedly installed with the upper end of the wall scraper 37 through threads; the lower end of the wall scraper 37 and the upper end of the drift well device 38 are fixedly installed together through threads; the outer side of the lower part of the upper joint 1 and the inner side of the upper part of the upper outer sleeve 2 are fixedly arranged together through threads; a lock ring 24 is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the middle part of the upper outer sleeve 2 through threads; the inner side of the lower end of the cone section 8 and the outer side of the upper end of the sliding sleeve are fixedly installed together through threads; the lower outer side of the upper outer sleeve 2 and the lower outer sleeve 4 are fixedly installed together through threads. During the use process, the components of the invention are convenient to detach, install and replace by a fixed installation mode of threaded connection.
As shown in the attached figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the outer side of the lower part of the upper joint 1 and the inner side of the upper part of the upper outer sleeve 2 are fixedly installed together through double-stage threads; a lock ring 24 is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the middle part of the upper outer sleeve 2 through sawtooth threads; the outer side of the lower part of the upper outer sleeve 2 and the lower outer sleeve 4 are fixedly installed together through double-stage threads. During the use process, the use strength and the stability of the invention during the use are enhanced through the arrangement.
The above technical features constitute the best embodiment of the present invention, which has strong adaptability and best implementation effect, and unnecessary technical features can be increased or decreased according to actual needs to meet the requirements of different situations.

Claims (10)

1. The downhole tool with the milling and scraping functions is characterized by comprising a scraper, a wall scraper and a well dredging device, wherein the lower end of the scraper and the upper end of the wall scraper are fixedly arranged together; the scraper comprises an upper connector, an upper outer sleeve, a cone, a milling cutter, a sliding sleeve, a lower outer sleeve and a lower connector, wherein the outer side of the lower part of the upper connector is fixedly arranged with the inner side of the upper part of the upper outer sleeve, an upper sealing ring platform is arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the upper outer sleeve, the cone is arranged in the upper part of the upper outer sleeve and comprises a straight pipe section and a cone section, the lower end of the straight pipe section is fixed with the upper end of the cone section, the upper end of the straight pipe section is fixedly arranged with the inner side of the upper part of the upper sealing ring platform through a one-way locking assembly capable of preventing the cone from moving upwards relative to the upper outer sleeve, the outer side of the lower part of the straight pipe section corresponding to the lower part of the upper sealing ring platform is provided with a lower sealing ring platform, an upper ring cavity is formed between the straight pipe section corresponding to the upper part of the lower sealing ring platform and the upper, the inner side of the lower part of the straight pipe section is provided with a pressure-building ring table, the outer side of the upper part of the straight pipe section corresponding to the position above the pressure-building ring table is circumferentially distributed with at least one upper circulating hole communicated with the upper ring cavity, the cone section is a circular table body with a large upper part and a small lower part, the outer side of the lower part of the upper outer sleeve corresponding to the position of the cone section is circumferentially distributed with at least one mounting square hole, the outer side of the cone section corresponding to the position of each mounting square hole is provided with a vertically through mounting groove, a milling cutter is arranged in each mounting square hole, the inner side of each milling cutter is provided with a mounting block matched with the mounting groove, each mounting block is limited and mounted in the mounting groove corresponding to the position, the outer side of each milling cutter can extend out of the mounting square hole; at least one lower circulation hole which can be communicated with the lower ring cavity is distributed on the outer side of the lower part of the upper outer sleeve corresponding to the position below the mounting square hole along the circumference; the inner side of the lower end of the cone section is fixedly installed with the outer side of the upper end of the sliding sleeve, the outer side of the middle part of the sliding sleeve is fixedly installed with the lower part of the upper outer sleeve through a fixed shear pin, and the outer side of the lower part of the sliding sleeve is installed with the inner side of the lower part of the upper outer sleeve through a key connection; the outer side of the lower part of the upper outer sleeve is fixedly installed with the lower outer sleeve, a lower joint with the upper part positioned at the inner side of the lower part of the sliding sleeve is sleeved in the lower outer sleeve, at least three outer limiting blocks are distributed on the outer side of the upper part of the lower joint along the circumference, inner limiting blocks are arranged on the inner side of the lower part of the sliding sleeve corresponding to the position between every two adjacent outer limiting blocks, and the outer side of the lower end of the lower joint is fixedly installed with the wall; the lower joint middle part outside is equipped with and to slide down the cover and carry out spacing ring platform, and the distance that spacing ring bench upper end and the cover lower extreme that slides is first distance, and the height of outer stopper is first height, and the height of interior stopper is the second height, and the height that upper seal ring platform lower part inboard and lower seal ring platform upper portion outside are sealed mutually is the third height, and first height is less than first distance, and the second height is less than first distance, and the third height is less than first distance.

The downhole tool with the milling and scraping functions as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the one-way locking assembly comprises a locking mandrel, outer anti-return teeth, a locking ring, inner anti-return teeth and anti-rotation screws, the inner side of the middle part of the upper outer sleeve is fixedly provided with the locking ring, the inner side of the locking ring is continuously provided with at least one group of inner anti-return teeth from top to bottom, the inner anti-return teeth are circular platforms with right-angled triangle sections, the circular platforms are wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, the inner side of the upper outer sleeve corresponding to the locking ring is provided with the locking mandrel, the outer side of the locking mandrel corresponding to the position between every two adjacent inner anti-return teeth is provided with the outer anti-return teeth matched with the inner anti-return teeth, and the outer anti-return teeth are circular platforms with right; an anti-rotation groove which is communicated up and down is distributed on the inner side of the lock ring along the circumference, at least one anti-rotation screw is arranged on the outer side of the locking mandrel corresponding to the anti-rotation groove, and the outer end of each anti-rotation screw is positioned in the anti-rotation groove; the outer side of the lower end of the locking mandrel is fixedly installed together with the inner side of the upper end of the straight pipe section.

The downhole tool with the milling and scraping functions as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the sliding sleeve is a hollow three-stage step shaft, the sliding sleeve comprises a limiting section, a transition section and a fixing section, the external diameters of the limiting section, the transition section and the fixing section are sequentially increased from top to bottom, the lower end of the limiting section is fixedly installed with the upper end of the transition section, and the lower end of the inner side of the milling cutter corresponding to the external position of the limiting section abuts against the upper end of the transition section; the lower end of the transition section is fixedly installed with the upper end of the fixed section, and the outer side of the middle part of the fixed section is fixedly installed with the lower part of the upper outer sleeve through a fixed shear pin; a first inner ring groove and a second inner ring groove are sequentially arranged on the inner side of the fixed section from top to bottom, the inner diameter of the first inner ring groove is smaller than that of the second outer ring groove, and inner limiting blocks are arranged in the second inner ring grooves corresponding to the positions between every two adjacent outer limiting blocks; the outer side of the lower part of the fixed section and the inner side of the lower part of the upper outer sleeve are connected and installed together through a key.

The downhole tool with the milling and scraping functions as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 6, further comprising an inner ring table, an upper bearing and a lower bearing, wherein the inner ring table is arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the lower outer sleeve and located below the limit ring table, the lower bearing is arranged between the lower outer sleeve and the lower joint corresponding to the position between the limit ring table and the inner ring table, and the upper bearing is arranged between the lower outer sleeve and the lower joint corresponding to the position above the limit ring table; and the O-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the upper joint and the upper outer sleeve, the O-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the upper sealing ring platform and the lower sealing ring platform, the O-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the sliding sleeve corresponding to the lower position of the lower circulation hole and the upper outer sleeve, the O-shaped sealing element is arranged between the cone pipe and the sliding sleeve, and the O-shaped sealing element is arranged between the sliding sleeve corresponding to the upper position of the outer limiting block and the lower joint.

The downhole tool with the milling and scraping functions as claimed in claim 5, further comprising an inner ring table, an upper bearing and a lower bearing, wherein the inner ring table is arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the lower outer sleeve and located below the limit ring table, the lower bearing is arranged between the lower outer sleeve and the lower joint corresponding to the position between the limit ring table and the inner ring table, and the upper bearing is arranged between the lower outer sleeve and the lower joint corresponding to the position above the limit ring table; and the O-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the upper joint and the upper outer sleeve, the O-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the upper sealing ring platform and the lower sealing ring platform, the O-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the sliding sleeve corresponding to the lower position of the lower circulation hole and the upper outer sleeve, the O-shaped sealing element is arranged between the cone pipe and the sliding sleeve, and the O-shaped sealing element is arranged between the sliding sleeve corresponding to the upper position of the outer limiting block and the lower joint.
