When the elastic element 150 is installed between the pressing bracket 120 and the fixing bracket 110, the inner surface of the shaft groove portion 152 may be attached to the outer surface of the rotating shaft 140, one end of the first abutting portion 151 is connected to the shaft groove portion 152, and the other end abuts one of the pressing bracket 120 or the fixing bracket 110; one end of the second contact portion 153 is connected to the other side of the shaft groove portion 152, and the other end thereof contacts the other of the pressing bracket 120 or the fixing bracket 110.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the first abutting portion 151 abuts against the fixing frame 110, and the fixing frame 110 is provided with a first fixing structure for disposing the first abutting portion 151; the second abutting portion 153 abuts against the pressing bracket 120, and the pressing bracket 120 is provided with a second fixing structure for providing the second abutting portion 153.
