Abstract
The invention discloses a focus tissue clearing device which is used in the field of medical appliances and comprises a handheld part, a rotating part and a scraping part, wherein the rotating part is arranged at one end of the handheld part through a first rotating shaft, the scraping part is connected with the rotating part, the scraping part is exposed out of the handheld part, the rotating part is provided with a force application inclined plane, the handheld part is provided with a sliding part which can be matched with the force application inclined plane when the rotating part rotates, and the handheld part is provided with a first elastic reset part connected with the sliding part and a second elastic reset part connected with the rotating part. The scraping component scrapes focus tissues, when the scraping component scrapes harder normal tissues, resistance is generated, the rotating component rotates around the first rotating shaft, damage to the normal tissues is avoided, meanwhile, under the action of the first elastic reset component and the second elastic reset component, the sliding component is matched with the force application inclined plane of the rotating component, the resistance forms torsion, when the scraping component scrapes focus tissues again, and the rotating component resets.

Technical Field
The invention is used in the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a focus tissue clearing device.
Background
When the focal tissue is removed by the orthopedic operation, a spatula is most commonly used for scraping the focal tissue, but the focal tissue and the normal tissue cannot be correctly distinguished due to the visual field or space reasons during scraping, and the normal tissue is damaged during scraping the focal tissue. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, in order to allow the orifice of the sleeve 11 to avoid interfering with the rotation of the rotating member 2 and to provide a good fit with the rotating member 2 and avoid tissue or other material from entering the sleeve 11, the sleeve 11 has a resilient orifice 12 capable of engaging the rotating member 2, the resilient orifice 12 being capable of deforming or recovering when the rotating member 2 rotates.
In some embodiments, the sliding member 4 is in direct contact with the force application inclined surface 22, and preferably, referring to fig. 1, the sliding member 4 is provided with rolling elements 7 engaged with the force application inclined surface 22 for reducing engagement resistance.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the hand-held component 1 is provided with a fastener 8, the fastener 8 can clamp the sliding component 4 when the rotating component 2 rotates, the scraping component 3 scrapes focus tissues, when the relatively hard normal tissues are encountered, resistance is generated, the rotating component 2 rotates around the first rotating shaft 21, the force application inclined plane 22 is matched with the sliding component 4, the sliding component 4 moves downwards along the sleeve 11, when the sliding component 4 is buckled with the fastener 8, a click sound is generated, the prompting torsion is overlarge, and the scraping action is stopped. In the above embodiment, the second elastic restoring member is preferably a second spring provided on the first rotating shaft 21, and the third elastic restoring member is preferably a third spring provided on the second rotating shaft.
The scraper element 3 is fixedly or detachably connected to the rotating element 2, and in some embodiments, the scraper element 3 is screwed to the rotating element 2 in order to facilitate the replacement of the scraper element 3.
In some embodiments, see fig. 1, 2, the scraper element 3 is connected to the rotating element 2 by means of a bayonet, so that the scraper element 3 may be exchanged according to circumstances, comprising a straight scraper, a curved scraper, wherein the curved scraper has a bending angle of 30-60 °.
