As shown in fig. 2-5, the baffle 53 includes a plate body 531 and a trigger portion 532 disposed at one end of the plate body 531, wherein an outer periphery of the trigger portion 532 protrudes from a side wall of the plate body 531 to form a step 5322 at a connection portion between the trigger portion 532 and the plate body 531, a boss 512 is disposed at a center of an end surface of the end cover 51 facing away from the housing 1, the slag discharging channel 511 penetrates through the boss 512, and the chute 5121 is opened on the boss 512; one end of the elastic piece is abutted against the end face of the step 5322, and the other end of the elastic piece is abutted against the bump 512; the trigger portion 532 is always abutted against the eccentric circular groove 522 through the elastic action of the elastic member, when the compression deformation of the elastic member is larger, the radial distance of the baffle plate 53 inserted into the slag discharging channel 511 is smaller, so that slag is discharged faster, when the compression deformation of the elastic member is smaller, the radial distance of the baffle plate 53 inserted into the slag discharging channel 511 is deeper, so that the slag discharged outwards through the slag discharging channel 511 is slower, the juice yield can be improved, and the slag is discharged in a drier state.
In order to prevent the elastic member from falling off between the triggering portion 532 and the protruding block 512 when the adjusting ring 52 rotates, the protruding block 512 is provided with a limiting groove 5122, and one end of the elastic member is disposed in the limiting groove 5122.
In this embodiment, the surface of the triggering portion 532 opposite to the inner side wall of the eccentric circular groove 522 is provided with a convex arc surface, and the triggering portion 532 is in point contact with the eccentric circular groove 522, so that the baffle 53 can be driven conveniently.
In order to limit the adjusting ring 52 to a certain adjusted position, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of stop grooves 5221 are circumferentially spaced apart on the inner side wall of the eccentric circular groove 522, and a positioning portion 5321 engaged with the stop grooves 5221 is disposed on the surface of the triggering portion 532 opposite to the inner side wall of the eccentric circular groove 522.
In this embodiment, the elastic member is a spring 54, the end surface of the step 5322 is provided with a guide post 5323, and the spring 54 is sleeved outside the guide post 5323; for example, the elastic member may be provided as another elastic member such as rubber.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent misoperation during juicing and completely close the slag discharging channel 511, a groove 5311 is formed at one end of the plate body 531 facing away from the triggering portion 532, and when the bottom of the plate body 531 is closely attached to the bottom wall of the slag discharging channel 511, a minimum channel allowing residues to pass is defined between the groove 5311 and the bottom wall of the slag discharging channel 511.

The juicer of claim 1, wherein the baffle comprises a plate body and a trigger part arranged at one end of the plate body, the periphery of the trigger part protrudes out of the side wall of the plate body to form a step at the joint of the trigger part and the plate body, a lug is arranged at the center of the end face of the end cover, which is away from the shell, and the slag discharging channel and the chute are both arranged on the lug;
one end of the elastic piece is abutted to the end face of the step, and the other end of the elastic piece is abutted to the protruding block.

10. The juicer of claim 5, wherein an end of the plate body facing away from the trigger portion is fluted.
