The effect of the pesticide composition of the present invention in promoting plant growth and enhancing the bactericidal effect of plants will be described below with reference to specific examples.
Example 1 synergy test
Test time: 2017
Test site: henan province Lin Ying county
Test work: wheat (variety: Zheng wheat 366)
The test method comprises the following steps:
respectively preparing mother liquor from 95% bixafen and 90% 28-epihomobrassinolide with acetone and tween-80, and preparing the compound preparation of the bixafen and the brassinolide with different mass ratios by using the bixafen mother liquor and the 28-epihomobrassinolide mother liquor. The test groups set up in the examples of the invention included: the specific test design is shown in table 1, wherein the mass ratio of bixafen to 28-epibrassinolide is 30000:1, the mass ratio of bixafen to 28-epibrassinolide is 20000:1, the mass ratio of bixafen to 28-epibrassinolide is 10000:1, the mass ratio of bixafen to 28-epibrassinolide is 5000:1, the mass ratio of bixafen to 28-epibrassinolide is 1000:1, and in addition, a control test group only applying 75g/L of bixafen and only applying 0.01% of 28-epibrassinolide is arranged, and a clear water is used as a blank control test group CK.
Selecting a wheat field with uniform growth vigor, and spraying the quantitative (the liquid spraying amount is 450L/ha) pesticide of each test group on the wheat leaves by adopting a leaf surface spraying method in the booting period of the wheat. The length and thousand grain weight of the wheat ear of each treatment group are measured in the mature period of the wheat, the yield increasing rate of the compound medicament and the single dose is calculated, whether the compound medicament has the synergistic effect or not is judged, and the test result is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 Bixafen and brassinolide compound pairing wheat synergy test results
And (3) carrying out Tukey method significance analysis on the data in the table 1, namely comparing the result mean values of all the treatment groups pairwise, and reflecting whether the difference between pairwise differences is significant or not through comparison. The significance analysis step of the lower case letters comprises the steps of firstly arranging the average numbers of the experimental results of all treatment groups from large to small, then marking the letter a on the maximum average number, comparing the average number with the average numbers below the average number in sequence, marking the letter a when the difference is not significant, and marking the letter b when one average number is significantly different from the average number; then, the average marked b is used as a standard, and the average number ratio of the average marked b to the average marked b is greater than that of the average marked b, and the average marked b is uniformly marked with the letter b; the most significant number of the means marked b is then used as a standard, and the number of the means marked b compared to the following means marked without any sign is continued until a mean which differs significantly from it is marked with the letter c … … and so on until the smallest mean has the marked letter. Lower case letters indicate a significance level of P0.05, and the value P reflects the statistical significance of the test data and indicates the credibility and probability of the data, and smaller values indicate higher probability of obtaining the value and higher reliability. Thus, among the averages, differences are not significant if one is marked with the same lower case letter, and differences are significant if different lower case letters are marked.
The significance analysis steps of capital letters are the same as those of lowercase letters, the capital letters represent the significance level of P being 0.01, the difference poles are not significant if one capital letter with the same mark exists among the average numbers, and the difference poles are significant if the capital letters with different marks exist.
The test data in table 1 show that the single brassinolide agent has a certain effect of increasing the yield of wheat, and the single bixafen agent has little effect of promoting the growth of wheat ears and the yield; the bixafen and brassinolide are compounded according to the mass ratio of 30000:1-1000:1, so that the compound has obvious synergistic effect on the wheat yield; particularly, when the mass compounding ratio of bixafen to brassinolide is 10000:1, the yield of the wheat is increased by 8.22%. In general, the yield increasing effect of the bixafen and brassinolide compound preparation is obviously better than that of a single preparation, so that the pesticide composition prepared by mixing the bixafen and the brassinolide has good synergistic effect on promoting the growth and development of wheat and improving the yield.
