Through the embodiment, the plan played by the camera is stored in the database of the video networking monitoring, networking, managing and scheduling system, the intelligent terminal sends the plan loading request to the intermediate server, the intermediate server reads the plan from the database and feeds the plan back to the intelligent terminal, so that the intelligent terminal can simply and quickly play the pictures shot by the camera, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

the video network monitoring, networking, managing and scheduling system receives a plan sent by the intelligent terminal and stores the plan in a database, wherein the plan is a scheme for controlling the picture playing of the camera, and the plan comprises: the information of the camera, the form of the picture played by the intelligent terminal, the polling mode and the time interval of picture switching; wherein, the information of the camera comprises: a terminal number and position information corresponding to a camera in the video network; the form of the intelligent terminal playing picture comprises the following steps: the system comprises a single-terminal form, a plug-in form, a single-terminal four-picture form and a television wall form; the round inspection mode includes: the method comprises the following steps of a single-terminal polling mode, a plug-in polling mode, a single-terminal four-picture polling mode and a television wall polling mode;
the intermediate server receives a loading request sent by the intelligent terminal, wherein the loading request comprises: the intelligent terminal plays the form of the picture;
the intermediate server reads a target plan corresponding to the intelligent terminal playing picture form from the database according to the request;
the intermediate server sends the target plan to the intelligent terminal;
the intelligent terminal plays the camera pictures according to a plan corresponding to the picture playing mode of the intelligent terminal;
the video network further comprises a video network box, and before the video network monitoring, networking, managing and scheduling system receives the plan sent by the intelligent terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
the intelligent end receives the information of the camera, the form of the picture played by the intelligent end, the polling mode and the time interval of picture switching;
the intelligent terminal generates a first plan according to the information of the camera, the form of the picture played by the intelligent terminal, the polling mode and the time interval of picture switching;
the intelligent terminal sends the first plan to the video network box;
the video networking box carries out video networking protocol conversion on the first plan and converts the first plan into a plan identified by a video networking monitoring, networking, managing and scheduling system;
and the video network box sends the plan to the video network monitoring and networking management and scheduling system.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the intermediate server receives the request for loading the plan sent by the intelligent terminal, the method further comprises:
the intelligent terminal receives a request for playing a picture form;
the intelligent terminal generates a first loading request according to the request of the playing picture form;
the intelligent terminal sends the first loading request to the video network box;
the video networking box carries out video networking protocol conversion on the first loading request and converts the first loading request into a loading request identified by a video networking monitoring and managing scheduling system;
and the video network box sends the loading request to the intermediate server.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the intermediate server sends the target plan to the intelligent end, the method further comprises:
and the intelligent terminal plays pictures and switches the pictures according to a preset time value, the camera corresponding to the switched pictures is the camera with different terminal numbers, and the camera corresponding to the picture before switching is the camera with different terminal numbers.

the intermediate server sends the target plan to the intelligent terminal;
the intelligent terminal plays the camera pictures according to a plan corresponding to the picture playing mode of the intelligent terminal;
the intelligent end receives the information of the camera, the form of the picture played by the intelligent end, the polling mode and the time interval of picture switching;
the intelligent terminal generates a first plan according to the information of the camera, the form of the picture played by the intelligent terminal, the polling mode and the time interval of picture switching;
the intelligent terminal sends the first plan to a video network box in a video network;
the video networking box carries out video networking protocol conversion on the first plan and converts the first plan into a plan identified by a video networking monitoring, networking, managing and scheduling system;
and the video network box sends the plan to the video network monitoring and networking management and scheduling system.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the smart-end receives a request to play a picture;
the intelligent terminal generates a first loading request according to the request of the playing picture form;
the intelligent terminal sends the first loading request to the video network box;
the video networking box carries out video networking protocol conversion on the first loading request and converts the first loading request into a loading request identified by a video networking monitoring and managing scheduling system;
and the video network box sends the loading request to the intermediate server.
