It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1a is a flowchart of an elevator car video obtaining method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to the case of elevator car video obtaining, the method may be executed by an elevator car video obtaining device, the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, the device may be integrated in an elevator control system, and the method includes the following steps:
and S110, accessing at least two outer calling boards corresponding to the same elevator car and the digital cameras in the elevator car into the same subnet of the local area network.
Among them, elevators are widely used in buildings such as office buildings or residential buildings. Each building may contain one or more elevators, each of which may correspond to an elevator car. An elevator car is a box-shaped space used by an elevator to carry and transport people or materials. Generally, the elevator comprises main components such as a car bottom, a car wall, a car roof, a car door and the like. The elevator external calling board is one of indispensable parts of an elevator, and specifically can comprise a display screen, a touch button or a mechanical button and the like. The user can input a calling command through the buttons on the external calling board to achieve the purpose of calling the elevator. Generally, the same car can be provided with an external calling board at each floor. In addition, each car can contain one or more digital cameras, one digital camera can acquire video signals in the whole car, and a plurality of digital cameras can acquire the video signals, and the digital cameras can be distributed at different positions in the car to acquire the video signals at different positions in the car.
For the same elevator car, the external calling board corresponding to the elevator car and the digital cameras in the elevator car are connected into a local area network, and all the external calling boards and the digital cameras belong to the same subnet, so that network connection is established, and communication between the external calling boards and the digital cameras is realized.
And S120, sequentially numbering the at least two outer calling boards, and establishing video transmission connection between the outer calling board with the minimum number and the digital camera and between two outer calling boards adjacent in number.
When numbering the external calling boards, the numbers can be carried out in various ways, and the numbers can be carried out by referring to the positions of the external calling boards or combining the use frequency of each external calling board. The numbering result needs to represent the sequence relationship among all external calling boards, and the numbering can be 1#, 2#. N #, for example. The video transmission connection is established between the outer calling board with the minimum serial number and the digital camera, the outer calling board with the minimum serial number can acquire video signals from the digital camera, and similarly, the video transmission connection can also be established between two outer calling boards adjacent to the serial number, and the outer calling board with the smaller serial number can send the video signals to the outer calling board with the larger serial number.
And S130, if the current video transmission connection of the first external calling board with the smaller number and the second external calling board with the larger number is disconnected, sequentially sending connection requests to other external calling boards with the numbers before the second external calling board through the second external calling board until the second external calling board establishes a new video transmission connection.
Since the video transmission connection depends on the local area network and is influenced by the signal, the video transmission connection is sometimes disconnected abnormally. When the abnormal disconnection occurs, the external calling board is required to reestablish the connection or try to establish the connection with other external calling boards. Specifically, the following rule may be set:
rule 1: if the current external calling board is N #, and the external calling board connected with the current external calling board is N-1#, if the connection between the current external calling board and the external calling board is abnormally disconnected, the external calling board N # can be automatically connected with N-2#, and can be automatically connected with N-3# after the connection between the current external calling board and the external calling board is abnormally disconnected, and so on until a new video transmission connection is established.
Rule 2: if the external calling board N # is actively disconnected by the M #, the N # is connected with the N-1# again, and after the connection fails, the N-2# is connected with the N-1# again, and so on until a new video transmission connection is established.
Through the two rules, after abnormal disconnection, new video transmission connection can be reestablished between the external calling boards, and video signal transmission can be achieved.
The specific application scenario of the embodiment of the invention can be that when the elevator breaks down, rescue workers outside the hall can input a query instruction through the outer calling board to obtain the actual situation in the elevator car, and then quickly make a proper rescue measure according to the actual situation, so that secondary accidents are avoided, the rescue time is saved, and the rescue workers outside the hall can also input the query instruction through the touch buttons or the mechanical buttons on the outer calling board to query the passenger carrying situation in the elevator car. And selecting a more reasonable travel mode according to the passenger carrying condition. For example, when there is only one elevator, the elevator can be called or the walking stairs can be adopted according to the actual situation. When a plurality of elevators which can be dispatched independently can be selected, the passenger carrying conditions in a plurality of elevator cars can be inquired, and the appropriate elevator can be selected by synthesizing the conditions in the plurality of elevators.
Specifically, fig. 1b is a system framework diagram in a method for acquiring an elevator car video according to an embodiment of the present invention. The camera is installed in elevator car for acquire video signal, video signal is transmitted to the PLC module of computer lab along with the cable by the elevator after PLC module conversion, and the PLC module of computer lab inserts video signal into the LAN, uploads video signal to first outer board of calling, and first outer board of calling acquires corresponding video signal and shows, and this video signal of broadcast in the LAN, so that other outer boards of calling acquire when possessing video signal receiving demand video signal. And sequentially numbering all the external calling boards, and establishing video transmission connection between the external calling board with the minimum number and the digital camera and between two external calling boards adjacent in number, so that the external calling boards acquire video signals when meeting video signal receiving requirements and display the video signals on the external calling boards.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the video transmission connection between the external calling board and the digital camera is established, so that the transmission of video signals is realized, the condition in the elevator car can be provided for people outside a hall through the external calling board, meanwhile, a solution when the connection is abnormally disconnected is provided, the problem that the video signal acquisition of other external calling boards is influenced due to the abnormality of one external calling board is avoided, and the stability of the information acquisition process is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an elevator car video acquiring method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is optimized based on the above-mentioned embodiments, and further refines a step of "if a current video transmission connection of a first outer calling board with a smaller number and a second outer calling board with a larger number is disconnected, sending a connection request to other outer calling boards with a number before the second outer calling board in sequence through the second outer calling board until the second outer calling board establishes a new video transmission connection", where the method includes:
s210, at least two outer calling boards corresponding to the same elevator car and a digital camera in the elevator car are connected to the same subnet of a local area network.
S220, sequentially numbering the at least two outer calling boards, and establishing video transmission connection between the outer calling board with the minimum number and the digital camera and between two outer calling boards adjacent to the number.
Optionally, the establishing of the video transmission connection between the external calling board with the minimum number and the digital camera and between two external calling boards with adjacent numbers includes:
when the digital camera has a video signal receiving requirement, the video signal collected by the digital camera is acquired through the outer calling board with the smallest serial number, and the connection is sequentially established with the outer calling board with the previous serial number through other outer calling boards to acquire the video signal.
The video signal receiving requirement can be a requirement that the elevator control system acquires the video signal query from an external calling board. Optionally, when it is detected that the external calling board receives the user query instruction, it is determined that the video signal receiving requirement is met. When the user has the requirement of inquiring the manned condition in the car, the inquiry command can be input in the external calling board.
And the outer calling board with the minimum number is connected with the digital camera in the car, and video signals are acquired from the digital camera and displayed. And the other external calling boards are sequentially connected with the external calling board with the previous number, and the video signal is acquired from the external calling board with the previous number. Illustratively, the external calling board 1# obtains a video signal at the digital camera, the external calling board 2# establishes a connection with the external calling board 1# and requests the video signal when receiving a query instruction of a user, and the external calling board 1# sends the video signal to the external calling board 2# after responding to the request. The connection between the external calling board 1# and a camera of the car can be established, video signals are acquired from the camera to be displayed, the connection between the external calling board 2# and the external calling board 1# is established, and the external calling board 1# forwards the video signals to the external calling board 2# while the video signals are acquired from the camera; similarly, the connection between the external calling board 3# and the external calling board 2# is established, the external calling board 2# forwards the video signals to the external calling board 3# while obtaining the video signals, and so on, and all other external calling boards obtain the video signals in the mode to display.
And S230, if the current video transmission connection of the first external calling board with the smaller number and the second external calling board with the larger number is disconnected, initiating a request for reestablishing the video transmission connection between the first external calling board and the second external calling board.
S240, if the video transmission connection between the first external calling board and the second external calling board fails to be reestablished after the request is set for the number of times, sending connection requests to other external calling boards numbered before the second external calling board through the second external calling board in sequence until the second external calling board establishes a new video transmission connection.
When the video transmission connection between the two external calling boards is disconnected, the video transmission connection between the two external calling boards is retried to be established, the number of trying to establish may not exceed K times, where K is any positive integer, and may be set according to actual requirements, for example, may be 3 times. When the K attempts fail, the connection is tried to be established with the next external calling board.
For example, assuming that there are 10 outer call boards, numbered from 1# -10 #, the initial state is that all outer call boards are normally displayed. And if the external calling boards 5# and 6# are abnormal and can not work at a certain time, the subsequent 7# to 10# external calling boards can not be displayed normally. At this time, the connection between 7# and 6# is abnormally disconnected, but the connection between 7# and 10# is normal, except that no video signal is transmitted. And 7# should try to connect with 6# after failing for K times, 7# is connected with 5# again, 7# tries to connect with 4# after failing for K times, and all 7# to 10# can be recovered to be normal if the connection is successful and normal video signals are acquired. By the processing mode, the condition that one external calling board fails and all subsequent external calling boards fail is avoided.
Optionally, the method further includes: and if no new video transmission connection is established between the second external calling board and any other external calling board, establishing a video transmission connection between the second external calling board and the digital camera.
Wherein the last target for all outer call boards to attempt to connect is a digital camera in the car. That is, when the video transmission connection is disconnected and a new video transmission connection cannot be established with any one of the external calling boards, the external calling board can be connected with the digital camera to acquire a video signal from the digital camera, so that normal display is realized and interruption of video transmission is avoided.
The embodiment of the invention realizes the transmission of video signals by establishing the video transmission connection between the external calling board and the digital camera, provides the conditions in the elevator car for people outside the hall through the external calling board, simultaneously provides a solution when the connection is abnormally disconnected, strives to restore the original connection after the connection is abnormally disconnected, tries to establish the original video transmission connection again, and establishes a new video transmission connection after the repeated attempts fail. The problem that due to the fact that one external calling board is abnormal, other external calling boards are affected to acquire video signals is avoided, and stability of the information acquisition process is improved.
