a housing 1;
a display panel provided on the housing 1, the display panel including a main panel 2 and at least one sub-panel 3;
the functional component 4 is arranged on the shell 1 and/or the subpanel 3;
the driving mechanism is arranged on the shell 1, is connected with the subpanel 3 and drives the subpanel 3 to pivot between a first position and a second position;
in the first position, the main panel 2 is connected with the sub-panel 3, the display surface 21 of the main panel 2 and the display surface 31 of the sub-panel 3 face the same direction, and the sub-panel 3 shields the functional component 4;
in the second position, at least part of the functional component 4 is exposed.
The Mobile terminal may be a Mobile phone, a Tablet Personal Computer (Tablet Personal Computer), a Laptop Computer (Laptop Computer), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a Wearable Device (Wearable Device), a notebook Computer, or a desktop Computer.
The main panel 2 may be fixedly connected to the housing 1. The driving mechanism may be connected to the sub-panel 3 such that the driving mechanism is connected to one side of the sub-panel 3. The display surface 21 of the main panel 2 and the display surface 31 of the sub-panel 3 may be oriented in the same direction or in the same direction. Specifically, the display surface 21 of the main panel 2 and the display surface 31 of the sub-panel 3 are oriented exactly the same, that is, the included angle between the main panel 2 and the sub-panel 3 is 0 degree; alternatively, the display surface 21 of the main panel 2 and the display surface 31 of the sub-panel 3 face the same side, and the deviation therebetween is within a certain range, for example, the included angle between the main panel 2 and the sub-panel 3 may satisfy the condition: greater than 0 degrees and 10 degrees or less. This is understood by those skilled in the art and will not be described herein.
In the first position (see fig. 3), the main panel 2 and the sub-panel 3 may be used as a single display panel or as two separate display panels.
The functional device 4 may comprise at least one of the following devices: the device comprises a front camera, an iris recognition camera, an infrared dot matrix illuminator, a light supplement lamp and a telephone receiver. The exposing of at least part of the functional component 4 may include: the case where the functional component 4 is partially exposed may also include the case where the functional component 4 is entirely exposed. For example, if the functional component 4 comprises a front camera, exposing at least part of the functional component 4 may comprise: the situation that only the lens of the front camera is exposed can also include the situation that the front camera is completely exposed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the functional components can be disposed below the main panel by providing the sub-panel that is pivotable, so that when the functional components need to be used, the sub-panel is pivoted to the second position (see fig. 4); when the functional assembly is not needed, the sub-panel is pivoted to the first position (see fig. 3) to shield the functional device. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can ensure the normal use of the functional components and can also improve the screen occupation ratio of the mobile terminal.
Optionally, a gap 22 is provided at a side of the main panel 2, the sub-panel 3 is provided at the gap 22, and in the first position, the sub-panel 3 fills the gap 22.
The sub-panel is arranged at the notch at one side of the main panel, so that the integrity of the display panel formed by the main panel and the sub-panel is better, and the appearance and the visual effect of the display panel can be improved; meanwhile, the notch is arranged on one side edge of the main panel, so that the installation and the pivoting of the secondary panel are more convenient, and the main panel cannot be shielded.
Alternatively, in the first position, the main panel 2 and the secondary panel 3 are located in the same plane.
It should be noted that the main panel 2 and the sub-panel 3 may also be located in different planes, for example, the sub-panel 3 is slightly higher or lower than the plane of the main panel 2.
Because when the primary importance, the primary panel is located the coplanar with the secondary panel to can make when the primary importance, display panel's wholeness is better, and then visual effect when can further promote primary panel and secondary panel whole screen display.
Alternatively, the notch 22 is provided in the middle of one side of the main panel 2.
The notch is positioned in the middle of one side of the main panel, so that the appearance of the display panel is more symmetrical and attractive.
Alternatively, the pivot axis of the secondary panel 3 is parallel to one side edge of the main panel 2.
Because the pivot axis of the sub-panel is parallel to one side edge of the main panel, the appearance of the mobile terminal can be more attractive in the pivoting process of the sub-panel.
Optionally, the notch 22 includes a first side, a second side and a third side, the second side connects the first side and the third side, and a joint of the second side and the first side and a joint of the second side and the third side are both arc-shaped.
Wherein the first side and the third side may be oppositely arranged, e.g. arranged in parallel. The second side edge may be located between the first side edge and the third side edge. The second side edge may be perpendicular to both the first side edge and the third side edge.
Because the junction of the adjacent side of breach all is the arc to can enough make the junction of subpanel and main panel more pleasing to the eye, the collision of edges and corners department when also can reducing subpanel and main panel and being connected.
Optionally, the driving mechanism includes a driving motor 71 and a transmission assembly, the driving motor 71 is disposed on the housing 1, the transmission assembly is respectively connected to the driving motor 71 and the functional assembly 4, and the driving motor 71 drives the subpanel 3 to pivot through the transmission assembly.
In practical application, the transmission assembly may be a worm gear mechanism or a gear set mechanism, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Alternatively, the transmission assembly comprises a worm wheel 72 and a worm 73 which are meshed with each other, the worm wheel 72 is connected with the motor 71, and the worm 73 is connected with the subpanel 3.
In practical applications, the worm 73 may have one end connected to the worm wheel 72 and the other end connected to one side of the sub-panel 3.
In the present embodiment, the pivoting principle of the sub-panel 3 is: the motor 71 drives the worm wheel 72 to rotate, the worm wheel 72 drives the worm 73 to rotate, and the worm 73 drives the subpanel 3 to pivot. Specifically, when the motor 71 rotates forward, the sub-panel 3 pivots from the first position to the second position, and at least part of the functional components 4 are exposed; when the motor 71 is reversed, the sub-panel 3 is pivoted from the second position to the first position, and the functional component 4 is shielded by the sub-panel. Specifically, when the motor 71 rotates reversely, the sub-panel 3 pivots from the first position to the second position, and at least part of the functional components 4 are exposed; when the motor 71 rotates forward, the sub-panel 3 pivots from the second position to the first position, and the functional component 4 is shielded by the sub-panel.
Because the assembly space that the worm gear mechanism needs to occupy is littleer, therefore when adopting the worm gear as drive assembly, can save mobile terminal's assembly space more, and then be favorable to mobile terminal's frivolous development more.
Optionally, a support is provided on the housing 1, the worm 73 is pivotably provided on the support 74, the support 74 has a support hole, and the worm wheel 72 is located in the support hole.
Alternatively, the worm wheel 72 is located on a side of the worm 73 away from the main panel 2 in the thickness direction of the mobile terminal.
Because in the thickness direction of mobile terminal, the worm wheel is located the one side of keeping away from the main panel of worm to make the worm be closer to the subpanel, the installation of the worm that can be convenient for like this more.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the edge of the sub-panel 3 where it is connected to the main panel 2 is disposed obliquely, and the edge of the main panel 2 where it is connected to the sub-panel 3 is disposed obliquely.
In practical applications, the inclination angle of the edge of the sub-panel 3 connected to the main panel 2 may be greater than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees, and the inclination angle of the edge of the main panel 2 connected to the sub-panel 3 may also be greater than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees, so that the connection effect of the sub-panel 3 and the main panel 2 can be better.
Because the edge slope setting with the main panel junction of sub panel, the edge slope setting with the sub panel junction of main panel to can make the light that sends from the edge of main panel can produce the refraction (the refraction route of the light that the edge of main panel sent refers to the route that the arrow in figure 6 shows) at the junction of main panel and sub panel, and then enlarge the visible range of light, like this, can make the user when watching the screen, be difficult to perceive the connection trace of main, sub panel more, can obtain better display effect promptly.
Alternatively, the end surface of the main panel 2 where the sub-panel 3 is connected includes a first slope surface formed to be inclined toward the housing 1 in a direction from the main panel 2 to the sub-panel 3, and the end surface of the sub-panel 3 where the main panel 2 is connected includes a second slope surface formed to be fitted with the main panel 2.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the functional component 4 is mounted on the inner wall of the housing 1, and the working surface of the functional component 4 is oriented in the same direction as the display surface 21 of the main panel 2; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the functional module 4 is mounted on the non-display surface 32 of the sub-panel 3 with the working surface of the functional module 4 facing away from the sub-panel 3.
Wherein, the installation of the functional component 4 on the inner wall of the housing 1 can be understood as follows: the functional component 4 is located inside the housing 1 and is connected to the inner wall of the housing 1.
In practical applications, when the functional assembly 4 includes a plurality of devices, some of the devices may be mounted on the inner wall of the housing 1 and some of the devices may be mounted on the non-display surface 32 of the sub-panel 3 according to the functional difference between the devices. For example, when the functional components include a front camera, an iris recognition camera, a fill-in lamp, and an infrared dot matrix illuminator, the front camera and the iris recognition camera may be installed on the inner wall of the case 1, and the fill-in lamp and the infrared dot matrix illuminator may be installed on the non-display surface 32 of the sub-panel 3.
Because when installing functional unit on the inner wall of casing, functional unit is the rigid, can not receive the influence of subplate pivot to can protect functional unit better, reduce the external damage that functional unit received.
When the functional component is arranged on the non-display surface of the sub-panel, the position of the functional component can change along with the pivoting of the sub-panel, so that the functional component can be suitable for use scenes with more angles, and the applicability of the mobile terminal is better.
In addition, in the case that the functional module 4 is mounted on the inner wall of the housing 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a functional module protective housing 5 may be further disposed between the functional module 4 and the sub-panel 3, and a through hole 51 for exposing the working surface of the functional module 4 may be correspondingly disposed on the protective housing 5; therefore, the collision of the functional component 4 in the using process can be further reduced, and the aesthetic degree of the mobile terminal can be further improved. Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the lens 6 may be embedded in the through hole 51 of the protective shell 5, so that water and dust can be further prevented from entering the functional module, and damage to the functional module 4 can be further reduced.
As shown in fig. 7, a method for controlling a display panel, applied to a mobile terminal in any embodiment of the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 to 6, includes:
step 701, receiving a first preset instruction;
and step 702, controlling a driving mechanism to drive the secondary panel to pivot according to a first preset instruction.
The first preset instruction may be an opening instruction for instructing the sub panel to pivot from the first position to the second position, or may be a closing instruction for instructing the sub panel to pivot from the second position to the first position. In practical application, the first preset instruction may be in a touch form, for example, a sliding operation or a clicking operation; it may be in the form of voice or physical key press.
In practical application, the controlling and driving mechanism for driving the sub-panel to pivot may be: the control drive mechanism drives the sub-panel to pivot from the first position to the second position, or the control drive mechanism drives the sub-panel to pivot from the second position to the first position.
The pivot of the sub-panel can be controlled according to the first preset instruction, so that when the functional assembly is required to be used, the functional assembly can be exposed through the pivot sub-panel, and when the functional assembly is not required to be used, the functional assembly can be shielded through the pivot sub-panel, so that the functional assembly does not occupy the front area of the mobile terminal in a non-working state, normal use of the functional assembly can be guaranteed, the screen occupation ratio of the mobile terminal can be improved, and further the realization of the full-screen of the mobile terminal is facilitated.
Optionally, the control method of the display panel further includes:
and under the condition that the sub-panel is at the first position, controlling the whole screen display of the sub-panel and the main panel, or controlling the split screen display of the sub-panel and the main panel.
The auxiliary panel and the main panel are controlled to display in a whole screen mode when the display screen is in the first position, so that the main panel and the auxiliary panel can be used as a whole display screen, pursuit of large display interfaces of some users can be met, key information can be normally displayed in the using process of a plurality of application software, and inconvenience of reading and operation cannot be brought to consumers.
In the first position, the main panel and the sub-panel are controlled to display in a split screen mode, so that the main panel and the sub-panel can be independently displayed, when a user receives communication messages related to a used application program or other application programs in the process of using a certain application program, the communication messages can be independently displayed through the sub-panel without interfering with the display of the main panel, and the use and the operation of the user can be more conveniently carried out. For example, when the user is in a video call or playing a game, if an instant message, a short message, an incoming call, or the like is received, the content of the instant message, the short message, an incoming call reminder, or the like can be displayed only by the sub-panel, and the interface of the video call or the game interface can be continuously displayed by the main panel.
Optionally, the control method of the display panel further includes:
and controlling the sub panel to screen in the condition that the sub panel is in the second position.
When the secondary panel is in the second position, the secondary panel is controlled to screen, so that the energy consumption of the secondary panel in a non-working state can be further reduced.
