Technical Field
The invention relates to electric power overhaul equipment, in particular to circuit breaker chassis overhaul equipment.
Background
The circuit breaker chassis is an important part of the circuit breaker. The chassis is in insulating fit with the centrally-mounted cabinet body, and is mechanically interlocked, so that the cabinet is safe, reliable and flexible. The chassis is provided with an isolation maintenance position and a working position in the cabinet, and each position is provided with a positioning device to ensure reliable interlocking and must be operated according to an interlocking misoperation prevention program. The chassis is rocked by the nut and the screw rod to push and withdraw, and the operation is light. Once the chassis fails, the normal operation of the switching equipment is affected, and when serious, a certain line is powered off.
To enhance the power supply reliability, it is required that certain lines should not be powered down for more than 1 hour. This requires the service personnel to complete the fault treatment within 1 hour, and should be as fast as possible.
Because the weight of the breaker body is large, the chassis maintenance must be separated from the breaker body for the purpose of maintenance safety, the bolts on the base are removed by using the adjustable wrench, but the lifting device for reliably carrying out the breaker body is lacking on site, so the breaker body has to be carried down from the handcart and turned over again for maintenance, and because the weight of the breaker body is usually more than 150kg, at least 4 persons are required to lift and transport, the chassis maintenance is inconvenient to carry, the chassis maintenance is unsafe in the carrying process, and the maintenance process is time-consuming and inefficient.
Through investigation, breaker chassis defect problems are generally categorized into four categories:
(1) The micro-switch node is damaged. The problems are mainly manifested in the reasons that the micro switch nodes of S8 and S9 in the chassis are damaged or the loose contact of the wiring is poor, and the like, and maintenance personnel need to rush to the field for treatment.
(2) The interlocking bending plates break. If a 10kV bus is electrified, misoperation at the middle position can lead to discharge of upper and lower contacts, personal injury is caused, and maintenance personnel also need to rush to the field for treatment.
(3) The interlock lever is bent. If the interlocking rod is bent after multiple locking actions and cannot be deformed, the breaker can be switched in or out after being switched on, and the requirements of electric power safety working regulations are seriously violated: the load-carrying on-off isolating switch cannot be realized. The result of the incorrect operation can be that the equipment discharges to cause injury to personnel, so that the equipment needs to be immediately processed by maintenance personnel.
(4) The worm wheel and worm are damaged. The abrasion or damage of the worm wheel and the worm can lead the chassis to swing in and out abnormally, seriously affect other normal locking functions, and also needs to be immediately processed by maintenance personnel.
Moreover, for the four common faults of the chassis, the most probable occurrence is the damage of the micro-contact. When the defect of the micro-switch node damage is treated, a maintainer lifts, turns over, dismantles and overhauls the micro-switch node on site by adopting a plurality of persons, and when the defect of the micro-switch node damage is overhauled, the breaker body must be turned over by 90 degrees, so that the operation of the maintainer is facilitated. Because in the 90 degree state, the handcart can not shake because the limit bolt touches the ground. However, in the process of treatment, the handcart is required to be rocked in and out for many times, so that maintenance personnel need to repeatedly overturn the handcart, and the method is extremely easy to cause the damage of the whole breaker, the extrusion deformation of the pole head contact, the deflection damage of the spring mechanism, the injury of the maintenance personnel and the like, thereby causing larger damage.

5. The device is convenient to move through the arrangement of the idler wheels on the frame.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the chassis overhauling device of the 10 kilovolt centrally installed switchgear vacuum circuit breaker comprises a frame 1, a lifting bracket 2 capable of lifting vertically along the frame, a linear driver for driving the lifting bracket to lift, two clamping arms 3 arranged on the left side and the right side of the lifting bracket and extending forwards, and a turnover bracket 31 hinged on the inner side of the front end of the clamping arms, wherein the two clamping arms are connected with an opening and closing control structure for controlling opening and closing, wheels 13 are arranged at four corners of the bottom of the frame, a linear guide rail is arranged between the lifting bracket and the frame, the turnover bracket is fixed with the vacuum circuit breaker, and the turnover bracket is connected with an angle positioning structure for fixing the angle of the turnover bracket.

The linear driver is a jack 4, so that the lifting device is convenient and labor-saving, and can realize the lifting of a large weight. The frame 1 comprises a U-shaped structure base 11 which is horizontally arranged and provided with a forward opening, a door-shaped frame 12 connected with two U-shaped side walls of the base, and a cross beam which is connected between the two U-shaped side walls and arranged below the lifting support, wherein the linear guide rail is arranged on door frames at the left side and the right side of the door-shaped frame, and the jack is arranged on the cross beam. Therefore, the whole stability of the frame is good, and the sleeve for placing the pry bar for the jack is arranged on the base, so that the jack can be conveniently operated.
The door frame and the base on the left side and the right side of the door frame are connected with a grab bar 14, a connecting rod is connected between the grab bar and the door frame, and the door frame can be pushed and pulled by the grab bar to move.

Referring to fig. 3, the difference from the first embodiment is that the lifting support is provided with a transverse guide rail 22, the transverse guide rail is connected with a clamping arm assembly, the clamping arm assembly includes a left clamping arm and a right clamping arm which are separately arranged side by side, the inner sides of the front ends of the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm are hinged with a turnover support 31, the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm are respectively connected with a transverse ball screw 23 through a left nut and a right nut, the transverse ball screw is connected with a clamping motor, the clamping motor drives the transverse ball screw, the transverse ball screw drives a left nut and a right nut to move, and the left nut and the right nut respectively drive the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm to move along the transverse guide rail, so that the clamping is convenient to operate.
Further, hydraulic rods are arranged on the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm, and are connected with the overturning bracket and drive the overturning bracket to rotate. The reversing bracket is controlled to rotate through the hydraulic control rod, so that more labor is saved, and the angle can be automatically fixed after the reversing bracket is overturned to a set angle.

The lifting turnover type auxiliary equipment is used for overhauling the chassis of the circuit breaker, so that the overhauling time overlength caused by repeated turnover is successfully shortened, the requirement that the power failure of a circuit is not more than 1 hour is met, the power supply reliability is improved, the power failure and transmission time is shortened, domestic electricity is better ensured, a good power supply service image is better established in society, and the power supply service quality is improved.
