Background
The calcium silicate board is a board made of siliceous materials, calcareous materials, reinforcing fiber materials, auxiliary agents and the like which are matched according to a certain proportion, and is prepared by pulping, molding and rapid curing reaction in high-temperature high-pressure saturated steam to form a calcium silicate gel, is a novel green environment-friendly inorganic building material, has the functions of the traditional gypsum board, has the advantages of excellent fireproof performance, moisture resistance and super long service life, and is widely applied to suspended ceiling and partition walls of industrial and commercial engineering buildings, lining boards of home decoration, furniture, lining boards of billboards, ceiling boards of warehouses, network floors, wall boards of tunnels and other indoor engineering, and is an ideal decorative board for suspended ceiling and partition; however, there are still some improvements in the practical use of the currently used calcium silicate boards: the common calcium silicate board is rectangular, and has poor compression resistance; most of common calcium silicate boards are solid and have large dead weight; the common calcium silicate plate shape has fixed standard, and is inconvenient to take and put; the common calcium silicate plates are not provided with connecting devices, so that the overall stability is poor; therefore, we propose a lightweight environment-friendly calcium silicate board.

the light environment-friendly calcium silicate board comprises a calcium silicate board main body, wherein a plurality of expansion holes are formed in the middle of the upper surface of the calcium silicate board main body, the expansion holes are uniformly and orderly arranged on the upper surface of the calcium silicate board main body, a first convenient buckle is formed in the front side of the upper surface of the calcium silicate board main body, a second convenient buckle is correspondingly formed in the rear side of the upper surface of the calcium silicate board main body, a first installation chuck is arranged at one side edge of the upper surface of the calcium silicate board main body, which is positioned above the first installation chuck, a first connecting groove is formed in the upper surface of the calcium silicate board main body, a second installation chuck is symmetrically arranged at the other side edges of the first convenient buckle and the second convenient buckle, the upper surface of the calcium silicate board main body is provided with a second connecting groove above a second mounting clamping head, one side surface of the calcium silicate board main body is provided with a first oblique cutting edge below the first mounting clamping head, the other side surface of the calcium silicate board main body is provided with a second oblique cutting edge below the second mounting clamping head, the calcium silicate board main bodies are connected together through C-shaped connecting clamping strips, one clamping strip bulge of the C-shaped connecting clamping strip is clamped into the second connecting groove on one calcium silicate board main body, the clamping strip bulge of the other side is clamped into the first connecting groove on the other calcium silicate board main body, so that the calcium silicate board main bodies are tightly connected, the bottom of the calcium silicate board main body is provided with an inner concave spherical arc top, a first lightening hole, a second lightening hole, a third lightening hole and a fourth lightening hole are respectively formed above the inner concave spherical arc top on two sides of the calcium silicate board main body, the first lightening hole, the second lightening hole, the third lightening hole and the fourth lightening hole are all round through holes, the diameter of the first lightening hole is equal to four fifths of the diameter of the second lightening hole, the diameter of the second lightening hole is equal to four fifths of the diameter of the third lightening hole, and the diameter of the third lightening hole is equal to four fifths of the diameter of the fourth lightening hole.

Preferably, the circle centers of the first lightening hole, the second lightening hole, the third lightening hole and the fourth lightening hole are positioned on the same circular arc.
Preferably, the concave spherical arc top is positioned at the right center of the bottom of the calcium silicate board main body.

The whole light environment-friendly calcium silicate board has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, lighter weight, stronger compression resistance and stability and better use effect compared with the traditional calcium silicate board.

the surface of the calcium silicate board main body 1 is square; the expansion and shrinkage hole 2 is a hemispherical small hole with a concave and non-penetrating inner side; the first connecting groove 6 and the second connecting groove 8 are grooves penetrating through the upper surface of the calcium silicate board main body 1; the bottom surfaces of the first installation clamping head 5 and the second installation clamping head 7 are positioned on the same horizontal plane; the circle centers of the first lightening hole 11, the second lightening hole 12, the third lightening hole 13 and the fourth lightening hole 14 are positioned on the same circular arc; the concave spherical arc top 17 is positioned at the right center of the bottom of the calcium silicate board main body 1; the cambered surface of the concave spherical arc top 17 is a matte rough surface.
