Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of float glass manufacturing, in particular to a burner angle adjusting device.
Background
In the float glass production process, a melting process is an important link, and glass batch materials are heated in a glass melting furnace at a high temperature (1550-1650 ℃) to generate complex chemical reactions, so that molten glass which is uniform, bubble-free and meets the molding requirements is formed. The heat originates from a burner fuelled with heavy oil or natural gas.
In order to meet the requirements of the melting process in the production process, the left-right swing degree and the up-down inclination angle of the burner are often adjusted. The existing adjusting mechanism is inflexible, the adjusting mechanism is sometimes adjusted by means of a wrench or a pipe wrench, after a period of time, a screw rod of the gun rack adjusting mechanism is very easy to damage, a gun rack after the screw rod is damaged cannot be adjusted, the requirement of flame control cannot be met, and the melting process is affected. After the gun rack can not be adjusted, in order to ensure effective control of flame, the problem can be solved only by replacing the new gun rack, but after the new gun rack is used for a period of time, the similar situation can occur, and the replaced gun rack can only be scrapped, so that material waste is caused, and the production cost is increased.

The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing combustor angle regulator is difficult to regulate and high in maintenance cost, and provides the combustor angle regulating device which can flexibly regulate the angle of a combustor, lighten the labor intensity of workers, is convenient to maintain and reduces the maintenance cost.

the lower end of the rotary supporting shaft is fixedly connected with a stop cover through a bolt so as to prevent axial movement;
the lower end of the rotary device is fixedly connected with a gland through a bolt, and a layer of asbestos sealing gasket is arranged between the gland and the stop cover so as to prevent dust from entering and resist high temperature;
the upper end of the rotary supporting shaft extends out of the stepped hole and is fixed at the bottom of the melting furnace steel frame through bolts.
c. The inclination angle adjusting pull rod comprises two rod end joint bearings and a bearing connecting rod, two ends of the bearing connecting rod are respectively connected with the rod end joint bearings through lead screws and nuts, one end of the inclination angle adjusting pull rod is connected with the tail part of the combustor, the other end of the inclination angle adjusting pull rod is hinged with a second connecting rod, and the second connecting rod is connected with the outer wall of the slewing device;
the middle part of the bearing connecting rod is provided with a slotted hole so as to facilitate the insertion of tools such as a spanner and the like to adjust the length of the pull rod and the angle of the burner.
d. And the swing angle adjusting pull rod has the same structure as the inclination angle adjusting pull rod, one end of the swing angle adjusting pull rod is connected with the rotating device through a second connecting rod, the other end of the swing angle adjusting pull rod is hinged with the pull rod fixing seat, and the pull rod fixing seat is connected with the melting furnace steel frame.
According to the technical scheme, the tool such as a wrench is inserted into the slotted hole of the adjusting pull rod, and the tool rotates clockwise or anticlockwise, so that the length of the pull rod can be adjusted, the left-right swing angle and the up-down tilt angle of the burner can be flexibly adjusted, the requirement of a melting process on flame control is met, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the maintenance is convenient, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

In order that the invention may become more readily apparent, a burner angle adjustment apparatus of the invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to be limiting.
As shown in fig. 1, a burner angle adjusting apparatus is characterized by comprising:

the middle part of the slewing device 4 is also provided with a slewing bearing shaft 46 matched with the thrust bearing 43, the large knuckle bearing 44 and the small knuckle bearing 45 so as to ensure that the slewing device 4 can flexibly rotate around the central line of the slewing bearing shaft 46;
referring to fig. 3, the swivel support shaft 46 includes a lower shaft 46a and an upper flange 46b, which are integrally formed, the lower end of the shaft 46a being fixedly connected to a stopper cover 47 by bolts to prevent axial rattling;
the lower end of the turning device 4 is fixedly connected with a gland 48 through a bolt, and a layer of asbestos sealing gasket 49 is arranged between the gland 48 and the stop cover 47 so as to prevent dust from entering and resist high temperature;
the upper end of the slewing bearing shaft 46 extends out of the stepped hole 42, and a flange 46b is fixed at the bottom of the furnace steel frame 5 through bolts.

The tilt angle adjusting pull rod 6 is shown in fig. 1 and 4, the tilt angle adjusting pull rod 6 comprises two rod end joint bearings 62 and a bearing connecting rod 61, nuts at two ends of the bearing connecting rod 61 are in connection fit with lead screws at the ends of the rod end joint bearings 62, one end of the tilt angle adjusting pull rod 6 is connected with the tail part of the combustor 1, the other end of the tilt angle adjusting pull rod is hinged with a second connecting rod 7, and the second connecting rod 7 is connected with the outer wall of the slewing device 4;
the middle part of the bearing connecting rod 61 is provided with a slotted hole 63 for inserting tools such as a wrench to adjust the length of the pull rod and the angle of the burner.
d. And one swing angle adjusting pull rod 8, see fig. 2 and 4, the structure of the swing angle adjusting pull rod 8 is the same as that of the dip angle adjusting pull rod 6, one end of the swing angle adjusting pull rod 8 is connected with the slewing device 4 through a second connecting rod 7, the other end of the swing angle adjusting pull rod is hinged with a pull rod fixing seat 9, and the pull rod fixing seat 9 is connected with the melting furnace steel frame 5.
In the invention, a tool such as a wrench is inserted into the oblong hole 63 of the dip angle adjusting pull rod 6, and the tool rotates clockwise or anticlockwise, so that the length of the pull rod can be adjusted, the up-down dip angle of the burner 1 can be flexibly adjusted, and the adjustment of the swing angle adjusting pull rod 8 is consistent with the adjustment of the dip angle adjusting pull rod 6.

the middle part of the slewing device (4) is also provided with a slewing bearing shaft (46) matched with all bearings;
the lower end of the rotary supporting shaft (46) is fixedly connected with a stop cover (47), and the lower end of the rotary device (4) is fixedly connected with a gland (48);
the upper end of the rotary supporting shaft (46) extends out of the stepped hole (42) and is fixed at the bottom of the melting furnace steel frame (5);
c. the inclination angle adjusting pull rod (6) comprises two rod end joint bearings (62) and a bearing connecting rod (61), two ends of the bearing connecting rod (61) are respectively connected with the rod end joint bearings (62), one end of the inclination angle adjusting pull rod (6) is connected with the tail part of the combustor (1), the other end of the inclination angle adjusting pull rod is hinged with a second connecting rod (7), and the second connecting rod (7) is connected with the outer wall of the rotating device (4);
d. the structure of the swing angle adjusting pull rod (8) is the same as that of the dip angle adjusting pull rod (6), one end of the swing angle adjusting pull rod (8) is connected with the rotating device (4) through a second connecting rod (7), the other end of the swing angle adjusting pull rod is hinged with a pull rod fixing seat (9), and the pull rod fixing seat (9) is connected with the melting furnace steel frame (5).
