Abstract

一种基于模板匹配的编解码方法及装置,编码方法为,确定待编码单元的预测模式;根据所述预测模式对所述待编码单元进行帧内预测或者帧间预测,获得所述待编码单元的预测残差;当所述预测模式为模板匹配模式时,使用目标变换对所述预测残差进行变换,得到变换系数,所述目标变换的变换基矩阵的第一行系数呈从左向右递增分布,或者,第一列系数呈从上到下递增分布;对所述变换系数进行量化和熵编码,生成码流,由于模板匹配预测残差的能量分布与目标变换的变换基矩阵的特性相似,从而能够很好的去除相关性,提升了变换效果和编码效果。
