Preferably, at least one pair of the first link 311, the second link 312, the third link, and the fan ring rack 313 is detachably connected. Two support rods 42 are respectively arranged at two ends of each purline 41 to realize a triangular support frame, so that the support stability and the firmness of the photovoltaic panel 5 are improved. Preferably, the roller comprises a roller plate 321 connected with a tooth column 322 and a driving motor, a plurality of tooth columns 322 are arranged around the center point of the roller plate 321 in a circular shape, so that a gap between two adjacent tooth columns 322 is meshed with teeth of a ring tooth 3131, tooth grooves 3134 formed between two adjacent teeth in the ring tooth 3131 are meshed with the tooth columns 322, and preferably, the tooth columns 322 are detachably connected with the roller plate 321, such as in a screwed manner, or can be in a bolted manner, such as after the tooth columns 322 penetrate through the roller plate 321, two ends of the tooth columns 322 are locked through nuts. Of course, the roller may also be a gear.
In a fifth embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-5, a photovoltaic system, comprises: the novel sun-tracking transmission tracking system comprises a plurality of multi-party arc tubes 1 for supporting a photovoltaic panel 5; the upright post 2 is used for supporting the multiparty arc tube 1; and, a thumb wheel transmission mechanism 3; the thumb wheel transmission mechanism 3 comprises a driving motor, a sector thumb tooth 31 and a roller; the outer peripheral wall of the sector-shaped shifting tooth 31 is provided with a ring tooth 3131 meshed with the roller, and the end part of one side of the sector-shaped shifting tooth 31 far away from the ring tooth 3131 is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube 1; the driving motor is arranged on the upright post 2, and the driving motor drives the roller to rotate so as to drive the sector poking teeth 31 to rotate, so that the sector poking teeth 31 drive the multi-party arc tube 1 to perform sun-tracking movement; the front end and the tail end of the fan-shaped shifting tooth 31 along the extending direction of the ring tooth 3131 are respectively provided with a limiting tooth in a radially outward protruding mode, namely a first limiting tooth 3132 and a second limiting tooth 3133; the size of the spacing teeth in the radial direction of the sector-shaped shifting teeth 31 is greater than the size of the teeth of the ring teeth 3131 in the radial direction of the sector-shaped shifting teeth 31. In practical application, when the roller rolls to the spacing tooth (first spacing tooth 3132 or second spacing tooth 3133), because the tooth height of spacing tooth is greater than the tooth height of ring tooth 3131, consequently, the roller can't roll any more and realized the mechanical spacing of photovoltaic board 5, because spacing tooth and ring tooth 3131 integrated into one piece processing forms for the intensity of mechanical spacing is high and the performance is superior, better, under the condition of the same thickness and sectional area, multiparty circular arc steel pipe's torsional capacity, bending resistance all are stronger than current pipe and side pipe, the wind resistance of photovoltaic system has been improved, make photovoltaic system's maintenance cost reduce, and be applicable to the region that wind-force is stronger, improve photovoltaic system's application scope.
In the sixth embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, on the basis of the fifth embodiment, the central angle of the ring tooth 3131 is 90 ° to 270 °, and in practical application, the angular range of the central angle of the ring tooth 3131 may be specifically set according to the local solar angle. Preferably, the central angle corresponding to the chamfer 11 of the multiparty circular arc tube 1 is 60-120 °. It is further preferred that the chamfer 11 of the multiparty circular arc tube 1 corresponds to a central angle of 90 °. The multi-side arc tube 1 of each sun-tracking transmission tracking system is one or can be formed by a plurality of spliced or spliced sub multi-side arc tubes 1. In the seventh embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, on the basis of the fifth or sixth embodiment, the sector-shaped setting gear 31 includes a first link 311, a second link 312, a third link, and a sector-ring rack 313 provided with ring teeth 3131 and stopper teeth; one end of the first link 311 is connected with one end of the fan ring rack 313, and the other end of the first link 311 is connected with the other end of the fan ring rack 313; one end of the second connecting rod 312 is connected with one end of the fan ring rack 313, and the other end of the second connecting rod 312 is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube 1; one end of the third connecting rod is connected with the other end of the fan ring rack 313, and the other end of the third connecting rod is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube 1. Preferably, at least one pair of the first link 311, the second link 312, the third link, and the fan ring rack 313 is detachably connected. Preferably, the fan ring rack 313 is detachably connected with the first connecting rod 311, the second connecting rod 312 and the third connecting rod respectively, so that the fan ring rack 313 is convenient to replace in the later period, and the maintenance cost of the photovoltaic system is reduced. It should be noted that, the sector-shaped shifting tooth 31 may be partially or entirely integrally formed, that is, at least one pair of components including the first link 311, the second link 312, the third link, and the sector-ring rack 313 are integrally formed. Of course, the sector-shaped tooth 31 may also have a plate-like structure. In practical application, the multiparty circular arc tube 1 may be located at the center of the sector-shaped shifting tooth 31, or may not be located at the center of the sector-shaped shifting tooth 31.
In the eighth embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, on the basis of the fifth, sixth or seventh embodiment, a supporting mechanism is further included, and the supporting mechanism includes a purline 41 and a supporting rod 42; purlines 41 are laid above the multiparty circular arc tube 1 along the length direction perpendicular to the multiparty circular arc tube 1; the photovoltaic panel 5 is laid above the purline 41; one end of a supporting rod 42 is connected with the purline 41, and the other end of the supporting rod 42 is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube 1. In practical application, a plurality of purlines 41 are laid at intervals and parallel to each other along the length direction of the multiparty circular arc tube 1, and the photovoltaic panel 5 is laid above the purlines 41. Two support rods 42 are respectively arranged at two ends of each purline 41 to realize a triangular support frame, so that the support stability and the firmness of the photovoltaic panel 5 are improved. Preferably, the roller comprises a roller plate 321 connected with a tooth column 322 and a driving motor, a plurality of tooth columns 322 are arranged around the center point of the roller plate 321 in a circular shape, so that a gap between two adjacent tooth columns 322 is meshed with teeth of a ring tooth 3131, tooth grooves 3134 formed between two adjacent teeth in the ring tooth 3131 are meshed with the tooth columns 322, and preferably, the tooth columns 322 are detachably connected with the roller plate 321, such as in a screwed manner, or can be in a bolted manner, such as after the tooth columns 322 penetrate through the roller plate 321, two ends of the tooth columns 322 are locked through nuts. Of course, the roller may also be a gear. Preferably, the installation clearance of two novel sun-tracking transmission tracking systems adjacently arranged along the length direction of the multiparty circular arc tube is 10-20cm.
It should be noted that the above embodiments can be freely combined as needed. The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A sun-tracking drive tracking system, comprising:
a multi-square arc tube for supporting a photovoltaic panel;
the upright post is used for supporting the multiparty arc tube; the method comprises the steps of,
a thumb wheel transmission mechanism;
the dial wheel transmission mechanism comprises a driving motor, fan-shaped dial teeth and rollers;
the outer peripheral wall of the fan-shaped shifting tooth is provided with a ring tooth meshed with the roller, and the end part of one side of the fan-shaped shifting tooth, which is far away from the ring tooth, is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube;
the driving motor is arranged on the upright post, and the driving motor drives the roller to rotate so as to drive the fan-shaped poking teeth to rotate, so that the fan-shaped poking teeth drive the multi-party circular arc tube to do sun-tracking movement;
the front end and the tail end of the fan-shaped shifting tooth along the extending direction of the ring tooth are respectively provided with a limiting tooth in a radial outward protruding mode, namely a first limiting tooth and a second limiting tooth;
the size of the limiting teeth along the radial direction of the sector-shaped shifting teeth is larger than the size of the teeth of the ring teeth along the radial direction of the sector-shaped shifting teeth;
the fan-shaped shifting tooth comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod and a fan-shaped ring rack provided with the ring tooth and the limiting tooth;
one end of the first connecting rod is connected with one end of the fanning ring rack, and the other end of the first connecting rod is connected with the other end of the fanning ring rack;
one end of the second connecting rod is connected with one end of the fan ring rack, and the other end of the second connecting rod is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube;
one end of the third connecting rod is connected with the other end of the fan ring rack, and the other end of the third connecting rod is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube.
2. The sun-tracking drive tracking system according to claim 1, wherein:
the central angle corresponding to the chamfer angle of the multiparty circular arc tube is 60-120 degrees.
3. The sun-tracking drive tracking system according to claim 2, wherein:
the central angle corresponding to the chamfer angle of the multiparty circular arc tube is 90 degrees.
4. A sun-tracking drive system according to any one of claims 1-3, and also comprising:
the support mechanism comprises purlines and support rods;
the purline is laid above the multiparty arc tube along the length direction perpendicular to the multiparty arc tube;
the photovoltaic plate is laid above the purline;
one end of the supporting rod is connected with the purline, and the other end of the supporting rod is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube.
5. A photovoltaic system, comprising:
a plurality of sun-tracking transmission tracking systems arranged in an array;
the sun tracking transmission tracking system comprises a multi-square arc tube for supporting a photovoltaic panel; the upright post is used for supporting the multiparty arc tube; and, a thumb wheel transmission mechanism;
the dial wheel transmission mechanism comprises a driving motor, fan-shaped dial teeth and rollers;
the outer peripheral wall of the fan-shaped shifting tooth is provided with a ring tooth meshed with the roller, and the end part of one side of the fan-shaped shifting tooth, which is far away from the ring tooth, is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube;
the driving motor is arranged on the upright post, and the driving motor drives the roller to rotate so as to drive the fan-shaped poking teeth to rotate, so that the fan-shaped poking teeth drive the multi-party circular arc tube to do sun-tracking movement;
the front end and the tail end of the fan-shaped shifting tooth along the extending direction of the ring tooth are respectively provided with a limiting tooth in a radial outward protruding mode, namely a first limiting tooth and a second limiting tooth;
the size of the limiting teeth along the radial direction of the sector-shaped shifting teeth is larger than the size of the teeth of the ring teeth along the radial direction of the sector-shaped shifting teeth;
the fan-shaped shifting tooth comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod and a fan-shaped ring rack provided with the ring tooth and the limiting tooth;
one end of the first connecting rod is connected with one end of the fanning ring rack, and the other end of the first connecting rod is connected with the other end of the fanning ring rack;
one end of the second connecting rod is connected with one end of the fan ring rack, and the other end of the second connecting rod is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube;
one end of the third connecting rod is connected with the other end of the fan ring rack, and the other end of the third connecting rod is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube.
6. The photovoltaic system of claim 5, wherein:
the central angle corresponding to the chamfer angle of the multiparty circular arc tube is 60-120 degrees.
7. The photovoltaic system of claim 6, wherein:
the installation gap between two sun-tracking transmission tracking systems which are adjacently arranged along the length direction of the multiparty arc tube is 10 cm to 20cm.
8. The photovoltaic system of any of claims 5-7, wherein:
the sun-tracking transmission tracking system also comprises a supporting mechanism, wherein the supporting mechanism comprises purlines and supporting rods;
the purline is laid above the multiparty arc tube along the length direction perpendicular to the multiparty arc tube;
the photovoltaic plate is laid above the purline;
one end of the supporting rod is connected with the purline, and the other end of the supporting rod is connected with the multiparty circular arc tube.
