(3) the invention has novel design, simple structure and convenient use, and can directly and quickly detect related components inside the cabinet body after the test pencil in the overhaul drawer is taken out, thereby preventing the danger caused by the electric leakage of equipment during the overhaul process of an operator, avoiding the need of carrying overhaul tools on the road by the operator, and illuminating the inside of the cabinet body by the illuminating lamp, thereby enabling automatic or manual overhaul work to be carried out under the environment of poor light or at night; when raining, the second plate slides towards the front side to shield rain below, so that operators and internal equipment are prevented from being wetted by rain; when the heavy object is hit on the second plate, the spring moves downwards, so that a cushioning effect is achieved, and the heavy object is prevented from hitting equipment inside the cabinet body; equipment can produce more heat at the during operation, and the heat can distribute away from the ventilation hole, plays better radiating effect, and the shield can prevent that the dust from getting into the inside of the cabinet body, and the dash board prevents that the inside that the rainwater got into the cabinet body from the ventilation hole from damaging equipment wherein.
