The multi-language information collection and storage system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the circuit unit is integrated on a PCB board and comprises a mobile processor, and a charging circuit, a third wired communication module, a third wireless communication module, a shooting input circuit, a voice output circuit, a display output circuit and an indicator light circuit which are all connected with the mobile processor, the charging interface is connected with the charging circuit, the lithium battery is connected with the charging circuit and the mobile processor, the communication interface is connected with the third wired communication module, the display module is connected with the display output circuit, the indicator light is connected with the indicator light circuit, the shooting module is connected with the shooting input circuit, the microphone module is connected with the voice input circuit, the speaker module is connected with the voice output circuit, and the display module is connected with the display output circuit, the third wireless communication module is in wireless network connection with the first wireless communication module.

The multilingual information collection and storage system of claim 5, wherein a ring of sealing ring is disposed on the inner edge of the battery compartment cover, and a sealing groove matched with the sealing ring is disposed on the edge of the battery compartment on the lower housing; the surface of the upper shell and the surface of the lower shell which are mutually buckled and contacted are provided with at least one circle of mutually corresponding grooves for arranging the sealing rubber rings.

9. The method for implementing a multilingual information-gathering storage system of any one of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
(1) collecting multilingual culture information actively along a regional cooperation line by a collector carrying a mobile language information collecting terminal, wherein the active collection comprises picture or video information shooting, sound information collecting and character information inputting;
(2) collecting language culture information around the position of the collection point by using fixed language information collection devices which are distributed and arranged at different collection points;
(3) the mobile language information acquisition terminal and the fixed language information acquisition device respectively transmit the collected multilingual culture information data to a nearby intermediate information processing station in a wired communication mode or a wireless communication mode;
(4) the intermediate information processing station receives and forwards the collected multilingual culture information data to the data storage platform;
(5) and the data storage platform receives and classifies the multilingual culture information data and stores the multilingual culture information data in the data storage server.
