The embodiment of the disclosure provides a display device, as shown in fig. 2, the display device includes a reel portion 1 and a flexible screen 2, when a user needs to use the flexible screen 2 to display, the flexible screen 2 can be pulled out of the reel portion 1, when the flexible screen 2 is not needed to be used, the flexible screen 2 is wound in the reel portion 1, the reel portion 1 includes an inner shaft 11, the flexible screen 2 is sequentially wound on the inner shaft 11, the inner shaft 11 is formed with a step portion 12, the step portion 12 can be connected to the inner shaft 11 in a detachable connection manner, and can also be integrally formed with the inner shaft 11, preferably, the step portion 12 and the inner shaft 11 are integrally formed, so that the structural strength is ensured, and meanwhile, the dimensional accuracy and the machining accuracy of products can be ensured when the products are produced in batches in factories; the flexible screen 2 is wound on the inner shaft 11 from the low side of the step part 12 in a withdrawable manner, and the flexible screen 2 can be smoothly wound on the inner shaft 11 through the step part 12 on the inner shaft 11, so that the problem of local stress concentration of the flexible screen 2 caused by local protrusion or depression of the flexible screen 2 is effectively avoided, and the flexible screen has a simple structure, can reduce cost and can prolong the service life of a product.
In some embodiments, the radius of the inner shaft 11 is gradually increased in the winding direction from the low side to the high side of the stepped portion 12 to accommodate the change in distance of the flexible screen 2 from the inner shaft 11 when the flexible screen 2 is wound around the inner shaft 11, so that the flexible screen 2 can be smoothly wound around the gradually changed inner shaft 11 from the stepped portion 12.

In some embodiments, continuing with fig. 4, the flexible screen 2 includes a display layer 21, and a first film layer 22 and a second film layer 23 disposed on opposite sides of the display layer 21, respectively, the first film layer 22 and the second film layer 23 wrapping the display layer 21, while protecting the display layer 21, also being capable of satisfying the functionality of the display layer 21.
In some embodiments, an external connector 24 (as shown in fig. 4) is disposed at one end of the display layer 21, the external connector 24 and one end of the display layer 21 where the external connector 24 is located are bent and pass through the communication groove 13, the problem that the end of the flexible screen 2 is damaged at the end after being repeatedly unfolded or folded is avoided, the functionality of the display layer 21 can be met through a simple structural design, and on the basis of not occupying other space, the connection space of the external connector 24 can also be met, as shown in fig. 4, one end of the first film layer 22 is embedded in the step portion 12 so as to share the external force born by the display layer 21 in the unfolding process, so that the stability of the end of the display layer 21 is improved, the second film layer 23 is attached to the outer wall of the inner shaft 11, one end of the second film layer 23 is close to the communication groove 13, the arrangement mode of the first film layer 22 and the second film layer 23 can avoid the influence that one end of the display layer 21 penetrates into the hollow portion of the inner shaft 11, and the flexible screen 2 is convenient to wind on the inner shaft 11 in multiple layers. To increase the bending property of the display layer 21, the back of the display layer 21 may be locally removed or thinned.
In some embodiments, the fixing manner of the display layer 21 bent into the hollow portion of the inner shaft 11 and the inner shaft 11 is not limited, and the two may be adhesive bonding, a locking mechanism, an extrusion mechanism, etc., so that the one end of the display layer 21 is effectively fixed on the inner shaft 11 without damaging the flexible screen 2.
In some embodiments, the bending portion of the inner shaft 11 near the display layer 21 is provided with a bonding groove 14, and the bonding groove 14 contains a glue for fixing the display layer 21, so that the back surface of the display layer 21 is bonded and fixed, thereby improving reliability, preventing the display layer 21 from being separated from the reel portion 1 when the display layer 21 is pulled out of the reel portion 1, or preventing one end of the display layer 21 bent into the hollow portion of the inner shaft 11 from being connected loose after the display layer 21 is repeatedly unfolded and folded, which results in affecting the use of a user.

In some embodiments, the display device further includes an external circuit unit disposed in the inner shaft 11, the external connector 24 is connected to the external circuit unit (not shown in the figure), and the external circuit unit is in conductive connection with the external connector 24 to supply power to the display layer 21, and the external circuit unit is disposed in the hollow portion of the inner shaft 11, so that the flexible screen 2 is powered on the basis of not occupying other space, so that the structure of the display device is exquisite, and the requirements of users and markets are met.
In some embodiments, the display device further includes a handle portion 3 (as shown in fig. 5) for pulling the flexible screen 2 out of the reel portion 1, wherein the double-headed arrow indicates the direction in which the flexible screen 2 is drawn out and retracted, and the handle portion 3 is convenient for a user to operate, so that the user's feeling of use can be improved.

In some embodiments, the flexible screen 2 includes a film coating layer 27 and a functional layer 25 (as shown in fig. 6) disposed on the back of the film coating layer 27, where the functional layer 25 covers the middle of the film coating layer 27, and two sides of the functional layer are laid with a backing layer 26, so that the functional layer 25 and the backing layer 26 can completely cover the film coating layer 27, one end of the flexible screen 2 through the backing layer 26 is glued to the inner shaft 11, the other end of the flexible screen 2 through the backing layer 26 is glued to the handle portion 3, and the flexible screen 2 is glued to the handle portion 3 and the inner shaft 11 through the backing layer 26 without affecting the display of the flexible screen 2, so that the flexible screen 2 can be stably fixed.
