The traditional pressure sensor is mainly based on a mechanical structure type device, and indicates pressure by deformation of an elastic element, but the structure is large in size and heavy in weight, and cannot provide electrical output. With the development of semiconductor technology, semiconductor pressure sensors have come to be developed. Its advantages are small size, light weight, high accuracy and high temp. Particularly, with the development of MEMS technology, the semiconductor sensor is miniaturized, and has low power consumption and high reliability.
Pressure pulses in the hydraulic line lead to a reduced reliability and a reduced service life of the pressure measuring device, but currently there is no effective pressure pulse damping device in the pressure sensor, and therefore there is a continuing need to provide a pressure damping device for pressure sensors.

The preset length of the external thread of the buffer screw 1 can be determined by calculation before the buffer screw is machined according to actual requirements. The opening of the second channel 12 is arranged in the externally threaded side wall of the buffer screw 1, so that the fluid flowing out through the opening of the second channel 12 enters the threaded connection of the buffer screw 1 and the liner 2. The screw type pressure buffer device of the embodiment of the invention is formed by connecting the buffer screw 1 and the lining 2 through threads.

In the process that the fluid passes through the threaded connection, the hydraulic pulse of the fluid can be greatly weakened, so that the buffering effect is achieved, namely the hydraulic pulse of the fluid flowing out of the third channel 21 is basically eliminated, and the safety of a subsequent detection chip is guaranteed.
According to the screw type pressure buffering device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the buffering screw and the lining are connected through threads, and fluid is introduced into the threaded connection of the buffering screw and the lining through the channel arranged on the buffering screw, so that the hydraulic pulse of the fluid is greatly weakened through the threaded connection, and the hydraulic pulse of the fluid flowing out of the lining is basically eliminated. The device has simple structure, small volume and light weight.
In the above embodiment, the first channel 11 is a blind hole whose axis coincides with the axis of the cushion screw 1.

Specifically, the screw type pressure buffering device is arranged in the filler neck 5, fluid needing pressure buffering enters the pressure sensor through a fluid inlet of the filler neck 5, enters the buffering screw 1 through the first channel 11, enters the threaded connection between the buffering screw 1 and the lining 2 through the second channel 12, a small gap is formed for the fluid to pass through due to the fact that the threaded connection is not completely closed, the fluid enters the third channel 21 through the gap of the threaded connection, and acts on the pressure core 4 after flowing out through the third channel 21. During the process of the fluid passing through the threaded connection, the hydraulic pulse of the fluid can be greatly weakened, so that the buffering effect is achieved, namely, the fluid flowing out from the third channel 21 basically eliminates the hydraulic pulse, and the safety of the pressure core body 4 is guaranteed.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a pressure sensor that includes a screw-type pressure buffer that substantially attenuates hydraulic pressure pulses of a fluid by providing a buffer screw and a liner in threaded engagement and directing the fluid through a passage provided in the buffer screw and into the buffer screw and liner threaded engagement such that the fluid flowing from the liner substantially eliminates the hydraulic pressure pulses. The device has simple structure, small volume and light weight.
