Through the two combination modes of the base 1, the connecting rod 2, the hanging rod 3 and the fixing rod 4, the two modes of wall-mounted installation and television supporting installation of the base 1 can be realized, and the pitching adjustment when the hanging rod 3 is connected with the connecting rod 2 can be realized through the connection of the first threaded fastener 5 and the second threaded fastener 6, the tightness adjustment and the positioning fixation of the hanging rod 3 are realized through the combination of the strip-shaped groove 41 and the third threaded fastener 7, and the lifting adjustment when the hanging rod 3 is connected with the fixing rod 4 can be realized.

As a preferred embodiment, two side edges of the hanging rod 3 are respectively bent once to form first side folded edges 35, and the two first side folded edges 35 enclose a first inner cavity for inserting the connecting rod 2; the first mounting hole 31, the second mounting hole 32 and the bayonet 34 are arranged on the first side folding edge 35. Therefore, the connecting rod 2 can be inserted into the first inner cavity to reduce the volume after connection, and the hanging rod 3 is bent to make the manufacture simpler.

Thus, the hanging rod 3 can be inserted into the second inner cavity to reduce the volume after connection, and the fixing rod 4 is bent twice, so that the manufacture is simpler and easier, and meanwhile, the bottom folding edge 44 matched with the bayonet 34 can be formed.
