as shown in fig. 1, the chain plate conveyer 4 comprises a conveyer belt frame 401, a driving wheel 402, a driven wheel 403, a chain plate belt 404, a guide rod 405, a guide rod support 406, a guide plate 407 and a chain plate driving motor 408, wherein the driving wheel 402 and the driven wheel 403 which can rotate freely are respectively arranged at two ends of the conveyer belt frame 401, the chain plate driving motor 408 drives the driving wheel 402 to drive the chain plate belt 404 to rotate circularly, the guide rod support 406 is arranged on the conveyer belt frame 401 at a certain distance between the discharging end and the feeding end of the bottle separating device 3, two cylindrical guide rods 405 are arranged in the center of the guide rod support 406, and the guide plate 407 is arranged on the bottle separating turntable 305, namely at the feeding end of the bottle separating device 3 and used for transferring bottles from the feeding guide rod 405 to the bottle separating turntable 305.
A "juice extractor" may be added at a subsequent station of the bottle separating apparatus 3 as required to supplement the total amount of sauce targeted in the bottle.

Claims (5)
1. Bottled sauce filling equipment, its characterized in that: comprises a sauce lifting device, a sauce filling device, a bottle separating device and a chain plate conveying belt;
the sauce lifting device comprises a lifting frame body, a lifting driving shaft, a lifting driven shaft, a lifting driving motor, a tipping bucket and a stirring bin, wherein a chain guide groove and a pulley guide groove with opposite notches are respectively fixed at the front side and the rear side of one inclined surface of the lifting frame body, the pulley guide groove is positioned below the chain guide groove, the top of the pulley guide groove is horizontally bent and extends to the position above the stirring bin at the top of the lifting frame body, the tipping bucket is dustpan-shaped, two front wheels fixed at the bottom of an opening are respectively positioned in the pulley guide groove, a rear wheel fixed at the bottom of the other end of the tipping bucket is fixed on a lifting chain which is driven to rotate by the lifting driving motor in the chain guide groove, two ends of the lifting chain are respectively supported on the lifting driven shaft and the lifting driving shaft at the upper end and the lower end of the lifting frame body, the lifting driving motor drives the lifting driving shaft to rotate, a stirring shaft and a screw shaft which is driven by the stirring driving motor are arranged in the stirring bin, and the output end of the screw shaft is a bin discharge hole of the stirring bin; the bin discharge hole is positioned above the upper turntable of the sauce filling device;
the sauce filling device comprises a filling machine case and a lower turntable, wherein a cam divider is fixed at the top of the inside of the case, an input shaft of the cam divider is driven by a driving motor, the top outside of the case is fixedly connected with a fixed disk, an output shaft of the cam divider penetrates through a hole at the top of the case and is fixedly connected with the lower turntable above the fixed disk, a material dividing measuring cup is inserted into each cup hole of the lower turntable, an upper turntable is arranged above the material dividing measuring cup, each cup hole of the upper turntable is communicated with each material dividing measuring cup below and is supported by a stepped structure at the upper part of the material dividing measuring cup, a cylinder I is fixedly arranged above the upper turntable and is supported by a cylinder bracket I fixed at the bottom of the fixed disk, a material pressing small hammer I is connected below a piston rod of the cylinder I, two support plates are fixedly arranged beside a discharging hole below the fixed disk and above the support plates, the cylinder bracket II is fixedly arranged on one side of the fixed disc, the cylinder II is arranged above the cylinder bracket II, the lower part of a piston rod of the cylinder II is connected with a pressing small hammer II, the left side of the supporting plate is fixedly provided with a cylinder III, the right side of the piston rod of the cylinder III is connected with a push-pull block, a replaceable measuring cup is arranged in a hole in the middle of the push-pull block, a measuring cup sleeve is sleeved outside the measuring cup sleeve and supported and limited by a bottom plate below the measuring cup sleeve, linear bearings are fixed in two side holes of the bottom plate, a guide shaft is arranged in the linear bearings, the upper part of the guide shaft is arranged below the supporting plate through a screw structure, the lower part of the guide shaft is fixedly connected with a transverse supporting plate below the lower part of the guide shaft, a feed cylinder is fixed below a bottom plate straight through hole, namely, a screw rod is arranged in a threaded hole in the center of the transverse supporting plate, the top of the screw rod is contacted with the bottom plate, and is locked and limited by a nut; the blanking cylinder is positioned above a bottle notch at the edge of the bottle separating rotary disc of the bottle separating device;
the bottle separating device comprises a bottle separating support frame, a bottle separating cam divider, a bottle separating driving motor, a bottle separating chassis, a bottle separating rotary table, a bottle separating transition disc, a bottle separating baffle plate and a bottle separating baffle plate support, wherein a plurality of bottle notches are uniformly formed in the edge of the bottle separating rotary table;
the chain plate conveying belt comprises a conveying belt frame body, a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a chain plate belt, a guide rod support, a guide plate and a chain plate driving motor, wherein the driving wheel and the driven wheel which can rotate freely are respectively arranged at two ends of the conveying belt frame body, the chain plate driving motor drives the driving wheel to drive the chain plate belt to rotate circularly, the guide rod support is arranged on the conveying belt frame body at intervals of a certain distance between a discharge end and a feeding end of a bottle separating device, two cylindrical guide rods are arranged in the center of the guide rod support, and the guide plate is arranged on a bottle separating turntable, namely, at the feeding end of the bottle separating device and used for the transition of bottles from the feeding guide rod part to the bottle separating turntable;
the upper rotary table is provided with a deflector rod auxiliary device right above, the deflector rod auxiliary device comprises a shield, a deflector rod, a deflector plate, a fixed shaft, a shaft barrel, a rolling bearing I, a fixed rod and a stand column, the shaft barrel is fixed at the center of the upper rotary table, the upper part and the lower part of the inner wall of the shaft barrel are both provided with the rolling bearing I, the center of the rolling bearing I is provided with the fixed shaft, the shield is arranged at the corresponding position in the middle of the fixed shaft through a clamping block structure at the top of the shield, the bottom of the shield is not contacted with the upper rotary table, the deflector rod and the deflector plate are arranged at intervals around, the stand column is also fixed outside the top of the chassis, and the top of the fixed shaft is fixedly connected with the fixed rod fixed at the upper part of the stand column;
the two front wheels and the two rear wheels below the tipping bucket adopt deep groove ball bearings, and the bottom of the discharging port of the tipping bucket is also welded with a handle.

A bottled sauce filling apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the front wheel and the rear wheel below the tipping bucket respectively comprise a pressing plate, a tipping bucket shaft, a welding block fixed at the bottom of the tipping bucket and deep groove ball bearings, one end of the tipping bucket shaft is installed on the welding block and is clamped and fixed by the pressing plate, the other end of the tipping bucket shaft of the rear wheel penetrates through and is installed in a connecting block on a lifting chain, and the other end of the tipping bucket shaft of the front wheel is supported in pulley guide grooves on two sides by using two deep groove ball bearings.
3. A bottled sauce filling apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein: a pressing plate is arranged right above the lower turntable, and a sealing ring is arranged in a circular groove at the bottom of the pressing plate.

A bottled sauce filling apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein: a tensioning plate is arranged between every two adjacent material dividing measuring cups and fixed on the upper portion of the lower rotary table, a hook is arranged on the lower portion of the upper rotary table, a lock catch is fixed on the top of the tensioning plate, and a lock catch of the lock catch is turned upwards and connected with the hook.

A bottled sauce filling apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein: an extension rod is arranged between a piston rod of the cylinder III and the push-pull block, a blocking material is added beside the small hammer I, a rolling bearing II is fixed in a counter bore at the bottom of the bottom plate, an inner hole of the rolling bearing II is matched with a non-threaded part at the top of the screw rod, an auxiliary block is fixed below the counter bore, and a shaft retainer ring is arranged between the rolling bearing II and the auxiliary block and is arranged in a groove at the upper part of the screw rod.
