In one embodiment: the thickness of the rubber pad is 4.8-5.2mm.
In one embodiment: the panel thickness was 2mm.
In one embodiment: the thickness of the rubber pad is 5mm.
Compared with the background technology, the technical proposal has the following advantages:
1. By referring to the huge clamping force of the C-shaped locking pliers, the four chucks designed by the invention form clamping force from four directions, so that the conducting rod can be well clamped and forced, the operation is convenient, and the working efficiency is improved.
2. The tail end of the C-shaped clamp mouth of the C-shaped locking pliers is connected with two handles, and the other hand can be held on the two handles to apply force to clamp the conducting rod and pull out the conducting rod simultaneously when the conducting rod is pulled out, so that the clamping force is further improved, and the pulling-out efficiency is improved.
Drawings
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Fig. 1 is a front view of the conductive rod holding tool according to the present embodiment (state of holding the conductive rod).
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the conductive rod holding tool according to the present embodiment (a state of holding the conductive rod).
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a conductive rod clamping tool includes a clamping mechanism, wherein the clamping mechanism is a C-shaped locking pliers, the C-shaped locking pliers include a clamping operation portion 10 and a C-shaped pliers mouth 20 connected to one end of the clamping operation portion, the C-shaped pliers mouth 20 includes an upper pliers jaw 21 and a lower pliers jaw 22, and the ends of the upper pliers jaw 21 and the lower pliers jaw 22 are respectively connected to an upper pliers lip and a lower pliers lip; the upper jaw and the lower jaw have the same structure, the upper jaw comprises a fixing piece 31 fixedly connected with the upper jaw and two clamping heads 32 hinged on the fixing piece 31, one end of each clamping head 32 forms a hinged end hinged with the connecting piece 31, the other end forms a clamping plane, and the two clamping heads of the upper jaw and the two clamping heads of the lower jaw form a force from four corner points of a rectangular frame towards the center of the clamping plane for clamping the conducting rod 100.
To further improve the gripping ability and work efficiency, the gripping tool further comprises two handles 40, one end of each of the handles 40 being fixedly connected to the upper and lower jaw securing members 31, respectively. In this embodiment, each end of the two handles 40 is fixedly connected to the fixing members 31 of the upper and lower lips by welding (including electric welding).
One end of the handle 40 is formed in a panel shape made of stainless steel, wherein SUS304 stainless steel is adopted, the thickness of the panel is 1.8-2.2mm, and preferably, the thickness of the panel is 2mm.
The grip portion of the handle 40 is insulated and slip-resistant so that a worker can grip the handle to apply force and is safe from slipping off the hand during the process of pulling out the conductive rod 100.
The clamping plane of the clamping head 32 is adhered with a rubber pad 33 (comprising a silica gel pad), and the rubber pad 33 has an anti-skid function and can improve the clamping capacity of the clamping head. The thickness of the rubber pad 33 may be set to 4.8-5.2mm, preferably 5mm.
