Technical Field

Background
With the rapid development of network construction, video services have increased greatly, and especially the number of users who use IPTV set-top boxes as home entertainment centers has increased year by year. An EPG page of an IPTV is generally a frame page in which a plurality of sub-pages are nested, where only one sub-page is visible for showing EPG content to a user, and other sub-pages are hidden and invisible to the user for implementing key functions such as heartbeat and broadcast control. If some nested hidden sub-page has HTTP exception such as 404, 500, etc. during loading, the sub-page has corresponding error description, but because these sub-pages are hidden, the user can not know that the page loading exception occurs. However, when the loading of key sub-pages such as heartbeat and broadcast control is abnormal, partial functions of the EPG may fail, for example, heartbeat keep-alive and broadcast control operation cannot be performed normally, which affects user experience, and a user may complain to an operator because of the abnormal operation. The invention aims to solve the problem that a user is agnostic when a key hidden page nested in a frame page is subjected to error prompt.

the display style of the sub-page is visability: hidden or display: none;
and the name or id value of the frame where the sub-page is located is as follows: refwin, CTRL, channelAuthWin, or reminndwin.
According to the first aspect, in a second possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the HTTP errors of the set types include 400, 403, and 404 network type errors and 500 and 502 server type errors.

Description of terms:
IPTV: the interactive network television is a brand-new technology which integrates a plurality of technologies such as internet, multimedia, communication and the like by utilizing a broadband cable television network and provides a plurality of interactive services including digital televisions for home users. The international definition of IPTV is that of a wired or wireless Ip network with QoS authentication, which can control secure transmission, and provide multimedia services including video, audio (including voice), text, graphics, and data services. The receiving terminal comprises a television, a Pad, a mobile phone, a mobile television and other similar terminals. The definition of IPTV in China is that the terminal based on the cable Ip network is the multimedia service of a television through controllable and controllable safe QoS transmission.
EPG: EPG is an english abbreviation of Electronic Program Guide, meaning Electronic Program Guide. The browser detects that the EPG page request has a set type of HTTP error, judges whether the page meets the preset characteristic value of a key hidden sub-page, if so, judges that the page is the key hidden sub-page, generates a page containing error information and pushes the page to a user, otherwise, the page is not processed.
