Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an accessory in a building fixing appliance, in particular to a high-speed internal tooth nail.
Background
Generally, a nail gun uses the impact force of gunpowder explosion to drive a nail into a target object (such as a cement ceiling) so as to fix a fixing piece (such as an L-shaped plate for a light steel frame) with the target object, and then a fixing rod is connected with the fixing piece, wherein the fixing rod can be used for installing the light steel frame, but the installation process is too troublesome. Therefore, the inventor has invented an internal screw, which has a screw body and a cylinder connected with the screw body, wherein the inner wall of the cylinder is provided with internal threads, and after the screw body is driven into a target object, the fixing rod can be connected with the inner wall of the cylinder by threads, so that the installation process is convenient, and the high-speed internal screw disclosed by TWM525248 belongs to the same type.
However, since the inner wall of the barrel of the high-speed internal screw is hard and has an internal thread, the powder having the metal shell cannot be effectively fixed in the barrel for the following reasons: if the metal shell is too small, the metal shell can move freely in the cylinder body; if the metal shell and the inner wall of the cylinder body are installed in a tight fit manner, the internal thread of the cylinder body is easily damaged, the cylinder body cannot be in threaded connection with the fixed rod at the later stage, and the use is very limited;
in addition, as is well known, the high-speed inner dental nail can be filled with soft-shell powder in the barrel, but the soft-shell powder needs to be installed at the bottom of the barrel, so that when the firing pin of the nail gun impacts the soft-shell powder, the soft-shell powder cannot slide again, which leads to the failure of the soft-shell powder to detonate.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new and structurally optimized high speed internal screw to solve the above problems.

The invention aims to provide a high-speed internal tooth nail which is convenient to use.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a high-speed internal tooth nail, which comprises a body, a connecting piece and gunpowder; the body comprises a nail body and a cylinder body, wherein a nail tip is arranged at one end of the nail body, the cylinder body is arranged at one end of the nail body opposite to the nail tip and encloses a containing chamber, and an internal thread part is arranged on the inner wall of the containing chamber; the connecting piece is detachably connected with the barrel, and the gunpowder is connected with the connecting piece.
After the structure is adopted, the connecting piece can be used for being connected with hard shell gunpowder or soft shell gunpowder, is convenient to install, cannot damage the inner thread part of the barrel, and can prevent the gunpowder from moving relative to the body, so that the invention has the advantage of convenience in use.
The connecting piece is inserted into the accommodating chamber, and the gunpowder is sleeved with the connecting piece inside and outside.
The connecting piece is characterized in that one end, far away from the nail body, of the connecting piece is provided with a containing hole, gunpowder is inserted into the containing hole, and the connecting piece is made of hard plastic.
The connecting piece comprises a small-diameter section and a large-diameter section which are connected with each other, the small-diameter section is inserted into the containing chamber, the outer peripheral wall of the connecting piece is provided with at least two notches, and each notch extends on the small-diameter section and the large-diameter section; the end of the large-diameter section far away from the small-diameter section is provided with a containing hole, and gunpowder is inserted into the containing hole, so that the gunpowder is connected with the large-diameter section.
The connecting piece still includes the linkage segment, and the linkage segment is connected between minor diameter section and major diameter section integratively, and the wall thickness of linkage segment is less than half of the wall thickness of major diameter section.
The major diameter section is cylindric, and the path section is cylindric, and the linkage segment is cyclic annular and connects between the outside of path section and the inboard of major diameter section, and major diameter section, linkage segment, path section adopt rigid plastic integrated into one piece.
The high-speed internal dental nail also comprises a protective cover which is detachably sleeved on the nail tip, and the protective cover is made of rubber or plastic.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the high-speed internal tooth nail of the present invention comprises a body 1, a connecting member 4, and gunpowder 9.
The body 1 comprises a nail body 2 and a cylinder body 3, wherein one end of the nail body 2 is provided with a nail tip 21, the cylinder body 3 is arranged at one end of the nail body 2 opposite to the nail tip 21 and encloses a containing chamber 31, the inner wall of the containing chamber 31 is provided with an internal thread part 32, and one end of the cylinder body 3 far away from the nail body 2 is provided with an opening 35 communicated with the containing chamber 31; the barrel 3 and the nail body 2 are integrally formed, and preferably, the body 1 is made of metal material to have better structural strength.
The connecting piece 4 is detachably connected with the barrel 3, the gunpowder 9 is connected with the connecting piece 4, and the gunpowder 9 is provided with a metal shell.
Specifically, the connecting member 4 is inserted into the chamber 31, and the gunpowder 9 is inserted into and out of the connecting member 4. The end of the connecting piece 4 far away from the nail body 2 is provided with a containing hole 41, the gunpowder 9 is inserted in the containing hole 41, the material of the connecting piece 4 is hard plastic, therefore, the containing hole 41 can be slightly deformed, the gunpowder 9 is smoothly inserted in the containing hole 41, the gunpowder 9 is connected with the body 1 to the utmost extent, the gunpowder 9 cannot be clamped with the internal thread part 32, and the internal thread part 32 cannot be damaged.
In detail, the connecting member 4 includes a small-diameter section 42 and a large-diameter section 43 which are connected with each other, the small-diameter section 42 is inserted into the accommodating chamber 31, the axial length of the small-diameter section 42 is smaller than that of the accommodating chamber 31, three notches 45 are uniformly arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the connecting member 4 along the circumferential direction, and each notch 45 axially extends on the small-diameter section 42 and the large-diameter section 43; the end of the large diameter section 43 far away from the small diameter section 42 is provided with a containing hole 41, and the gunpowder 9 is inserted into the containing hole 41, so that the gunpowder 9 is connected with the large diameter section 43.
Preferably, the connecting member 4 further includes a connecting section 44, the connecting section 44 being integrally connected between the small diameter section 42 and the large diameter section 43, the wall thickness of the connecting section 44 being less than half of the wall thickness of the large diameter section 43, so that the structural strength of the connecting section 44 is less than that of the large diameter section 43.

In practical use, as shown in fig. 4, the high-speed internal tooth nail is installed in the muzzle of the nail gun 8, the nail tip 21 is outward, the powder 9 abuts against a firing member 81 (such as a withdrawing rod or a firing pin), when the firing member 81 collides with the powder 9 and the powder 9 explodes, the impact force generated by the powder 9 will eject the body 1 outward, it is worth mentioning that, as shown in fig. 5, since the wall thickness of the connecting section 44 is smaller than that of the large-diameter section 43 (as shown in fig. 3), the connecting section 44 will be broken due to the impact force of the powder 9, the small-diameter section 42 will move toward the bottom of the chamber 31 due to the impact force and eject along with the body 1, and the three notches 45 can improve the exhaust function, so that the small-diameter section 42 moves to the bottom of the chamber 31 at high speed, so as to avoid the insufficient depth of striking the target due to the reduction of the speed of the body 1 ejecting, wherein: if the part of the large diameter section 43 moves towards the bottom of the chamber 31 along with the small diameter section 42, the three notches 45 can prevent the part of the large diameter section 43 from forming a complete ring shape, so that the part of the large diameter section 43 cannot be clamped with the internal thread part 32, in addition, after the gunpowder 9 explodes, the metal shell of the gunpowder 9 expands, the gunpowder 9 can be abutted against the large diameter section 43, the large diameter section 43 is clamped in the nail gun 8, the gunpowder 9 cannot be clamped in the chamber 31, and the gunpowder 9 cannot cause the internal thread part 32 to be in threaded connection with the fixing rod, so that the operation of removing the gunpowder 9 from the chamber 31 is not needed, and the construction is more convenient.
Example two
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, regarding the high-speed internal tooth nail of the present invention, only the structure of the body 1 is different from the first embodiment, which is described as follows: the body 1 comprises a nail body 2A and a cylinder body 3A, wherein one end of the nail body 2A is provided with a nail tip 21, the cylinder body 3A is arranged at one end of the nail body 2A opposite to the nail tip 21 and encloses a containing chamber 31, and the inner wall of the containing chamber 31 is provided with an internal thread part 32; an opening 35 communicated with the containing chamber 31 is arranged at one end of the cylinder 3A far away from the nail body 2A, a bottom plate 33 is arranged at one end of the cylinder 3A opposite to the opening 35, a through hole 34 is arranged on the bottom plate 33, the nail body 2A comprises a body part 22 and a head part 23 which are connected with each other, the circumferential cross-sectional area of the head part 23 is larger than the circumferential cross-sectional area of the body part, the radial size of the head part 23 is larger than that of the through hole 34, the radial size of the head part 23 is smaller than that of the opening 35, the body part 22 penetrates through the through hole 34 and the head part 23 to be limited in the containing chamber 31, and preferably, the body part 22 and the through hole 34 are in close fit relation to prevent the body part 22 from sliding relative to the cylinder 3A, therefore, the nail body.
The structure of the connecting piece 4 and the gunpowder 9 is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the gunpowder 9 is provided with a plastic shell; the connection mode between the barrel 3A and the connecting piece 4 and between the connecting piece 4 and the gunpowder 9 is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the description is omitted here.
In summary, the connecting member of the high-speed internal screw according to the present invention can smoothly connect the powder to the body, so that the powder is not caught by the internal thread of the barrel, the internal thread of the barrel is not damaged, and the powder is not moved relative to the body, thereby facilitating installation and improving convenience in use.
In addition, the gunpowder can not be clamped in the accommodating chamber after explosion, and the gunpowder can not cause the internal thread part of the barrel body to be incapable of being in threaded connection with the fixed rod, so that the operation of removing the gunpowder from the accommodating chamber is not needed, and the construction is more convenient.
