The first casing 109 and the second casing 114 of this embodiment are fixedly connected through a connecting body, the connecting body is a connecting screw or a connecting bolt, the first casing 109 is provided with a mounting hole, the second casing 114 is provided with a corresponding hole, and the connecting screw or the connecting bolt passes through the mounting hole to be fixedly connected with the second casing 114. Further, in order to separate the hollow chambers from each other, mounting holes are formed between the corresponding hollow chambers on the housing of the embodiment.
It is contemplated that the connection of the first housing 109 to the second housing 114 may be by various embodiments such as ultrasonic welding, hot melt welding, glue bonding, snap-fit connection, and the like.
The automatic dispensing of the dispensing device of this embodiment is mainly realized by means of the deformation extrusion liquid storage cavity of the flexible separator 110, so that the flexible separator 110 is made of flexible and deformable materials, such as rubber, plastic, etc. Specifically, the flexible separator 110 in this embodiment includes a flexible deformation surface, and the edge of the flexible deformation surface is sealed and installed in the housing to divide the hollow cavity into a water inlet cavity and a liquid storage cavity; the water inlet end is arranged on the flexible deformation surface, the water inlet end of the washing machine enters the extrusion flexible deformation surface to deform, and the clothes treating agent is discharged from the liquid outlet end. The flexible deformation surface of the flexible separator 110 in this embodiment blocks the interior of the housing into two independent sealed accommodating chambers, and meanwhile, the flexible deformation surface is arranged opposite to the water inlet end, and the water inlet can directly impact the flexible deformation surface, so that the flexible deformation surface deforms towards the liquid storage cavity to squeeze the laundry treatment agent to be discharged. The edge of the flexible deformation surface is sealed and fixed, the middle part can deform, and the sealing installation is simple and reliable.
Specifically, the flexible separator 110 of the present embodiment is a bladder structure, and the bladder structure extends toward the first housing 109 to form a storage tank, and the bladder structure also has a corrugated structure, so as to have a better deformation effect.
In order to realize independent and automatic delivery of the clothing treatment agent in each hollow chamber, in this embodiment, liquid inlet ends which are communicated with the liquid storage cavities are respectively arranged on the shell corresponding to each hollow chamber, and each liquid inlet end is respectively communicated with each storage box 204 for storing the clothing treatment agent in each type; the liquid inlet end and the liquid outlet end are respectively provided with a one-way conduction device: the flexible separator 110 is deformed towards the liquid storage cavity by water inlet extrusion of the washing machine, the unidirectional conduction device in the liquid outlet end is conducted to throw in the clothes treating agent, the washing machine stops water inlet, the flexible separator 110 is deformed in a recovery mode, and the unidirectional conduction device in the liquid inlet end is conducted to suck the clothes treating agent in the storage box into the liquid storage cavity. The hollow chamber of the dispensing device of this embodiment has a fixed volume, and the volume of the liquid storage chamber partitioned by the flexible partition body 110 is also fixed, so that a certain amount of the laundry treatment agent is stored in the liquid storage chamber and is dispensed all at a time, and multiple dispensing can be realized by controlling water inflow until a required amount of laundry treatment agent is dispensed.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the space between the flexible separator 110 and the first housing 109 in the hollow cavity is a water inlet cavity, the space between the flexible separator 110 and the second housing 114 is a liquid storage cavity, the water inlet end and the pressure relief end are both disposed on the first housing 109 and are communicated with the water inlet cavity, and the liquid inlet end and the liquid outlet end are both disposed on the second housing 114 and are communicated with the liquid storage cavity.
The flexible separator 110 of this embodiment is flexible material support, has elastic deformation and reset function itself, but whether the flexible separator 110 normally resets is the prerequisite of whether the throwing device can accurate effective throwing, therefore, further, the throwing device of this embodiment still includes setting up the elastic reset device 111 in each cavity chamber in the casing, and its elastic expansion end ends and supports on the flexible separator 110, the elastic reset device 111 is along with flexible separator 110 deformation together when the washing machine is pressed when intaking, drives flexible separator 110 and resumes deformation when the washing machine stops intaking.
Preferably, the elastic restoring device 111 is a spring.
Further, the flexible separator 110 is further provided with a reinforcing structure, and the reinforcing structure is located on a contact surface of the flexible separator 110 contacting with the elastic restoring device 111 to enhance the stress intensity.
Preferably, the reinforcing structure is a reinforcing plate, a mounting hole is formed in the center of the reinforcing plate, a mounting column is arranged on a contact surface of the flexible separator 110, which is contacted with the elastic resetting device 111, and the mounting hole is mounted on the mounting column; the two ends of the elastic resetting device 111 are respectively and limitedly arranged on the reinforcing plate and the inner wall of the hollow chamber.
Preferably, the inner wall of the hollow chamber of the present embodiment is provided with a limiting post, two ends of the elastic reset device 111 are respectively mounted on the reinforcing plate in a limiting manner and the limiting post, so that two ends of the elastic reset device 111 are mounted in a limiting manner, and elastic reset of the flexible separator 110 is ensured.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, a first hollow chamber and a second hollow chamber which are isolated from each other are provided in a housing of the dispensing device, a first flexible separator is sealed and installed in the first hollow chamber to separate the first hollow chamber into a first water inlet chamber and a first liquid storage chamber, a second flexible separator is sealed and installed in the second hollow chamber to separate the second hollow chamber into a second water inlet chamber and a second liquid storage chamber; the first liquid storage cavity contains detergent, and the second liquid storage cavity contains softener. The shell is provided with a first water inlet end 101 and a first pressure relief end 102 which are communicated with a first water inlet cavity, a first liquid outlet end 103 and a first liquid inlet end which are communicated with a first liquid storage cavity, and a second water inlet end 105 and a second pressure relief end 106 which are communicated with a second water inlet cavity, a second liquid outlet end 107 and a second liquid inlet end which are communicated with a second liquid storage cavity.
The throwing device of this embodiment can realize the throwing of detergent and softener with the help of intaking, through the number of times of intaking and the opportunity of intaking of control, satisfies the requirement to detergent and softener input volume and the opportunity of throwing, consequently, the throwing device of this embodiment, simple structure, throw accurately.
It should be noted that, in the initial state of the dispensing device of this embodiment, the unidirectional conduction device on the liquid inlet end and the liquid outlet end is kept closed, and during initial use, the liquid storage cavity is filled with air, so that the air in the liquid storage cavity is discharged when the washing machine is controlled to be introduced from the water inlet end for the first time. The washing machine is controlled to stop water from the water inlet end, the flexible separator 110 is reset, and the laundry treating agent in the storage box is sucked into the liquid storage chamber. When the washing machine is controlled to enter from the water inlet end again, the flexible separator 110 is extruded to deform into the liquid storage cavity, so that the clothes treating agent is injected out, and automatic throwing is realized.
Example III
The throwing device of the embodiment further provides a unidirectional conduction device suitable for a liquid outlet end and a liquid inlet end on the basis of the first embodiment, and specifically:
as shown in fig. 4, the unidirectional conduction device 1000 in this embodiment includes a valve body 1002, a valve cover 1001, a valve core 1004, and a return spring 1003, where a hollow channel is formed inside the valve body 1002; the valve cover 1001 is arranged at one end of the hollow channel of the valve body 1002, and a valve hole is formed in the valve cover 1001; the valve core 1004 is arranged in the hollow channel of the valve body 1002, one end of the valve core 1004 is arranged on the valve cover 1001 in a relatively movable manner, and the other end is matched with the channel opening of the hollow channel; one end of the return spring 1003 is abutted against the valve cover 1001, and the other end is abutted against the valve core 1004;
specifically, the liquid outlet end of this embodiment is the drain pipe, installs out liquid unidirectional conduction device on the drain pipe, goes out liquid unidirectional conduction device and includes valve body, valve gap, case and reset spring, the inside cavity passageway that has of valve body, the cavity passageway one end and the drain pipe intercommunication of valve body, the valve gap is installed to the one end that keeps away from the drain pipe on the cavity passageway in the valve body on the valve gap, but the valve opening is seted up on the valve gap, the one end of case relative motion installs at the valve gap, the other end cooperatees with the cavity passageway one end that is connected with the drain pipe in the valve body, reset spring's one end is stopped and is supported on the valve gap, the other end is stopped and is supported on the case.
The washing machine is controlled to be deformed to the liquid storage cavity by the water inlet end, the flexible separator is extruded by the water inlet to deform, the volume of the liquid storage cavity is reduced, the pressure in the liquid storage cavity is increased, the valve core is pushed to move, the valve core does not block the hollow channel in the valve body any more, the liquid outlet one-way conduction device is conducted, and the clothing treating agent is discharged from the liquid outlet pipe to be put in.
The liquid inlet end of the embodiment is a liquid inlet, the liquid inlet is communicated with a liquid outlet flow channel, a liquid inlet one-way conduction device is arranged on the liquid inlet, the liquid inlet one-way conduction device comprises a valve body, a valve cover, a valve core and a reset spring, a hollow channel is arranged in the valve body, one end of the hollow channel of the valve body is communicated with the liquid outlet flow channel, the other end of the hollow channel of the valve body is communicated with the liquid inlet, a valve cover is arranged at one end of the hollow channel connected with the liquid inlet in the valve body, a valve hole is formed in the valve cover, one end of the valve core can be arranged on the valve cover in a relatively moving mode, the other end of the valve core is matched with one end of the hollow channel connected with a liquid inlet pipe in the valve body, one end of the reset spring is abutted against the valve cover, and the other end of the reset spring is abutted against the valve core.
The washing machine controls the water inflow from the water inflow end, the water inflow extrudes the flexible separation body to deform towards the liquid storage cavity, the volume of the liquid storage cavity is reduced, the pressure in the liquid storage cavity is increased, the valve core is propped against the hollow channel in the valve body to keep in sealing contact, and the liquid inflow unidirectional conduction device is kept closed. The washing machine is controlled to stop water inflow from the water inlet end, the flexible separator is pressed to restore deformation, the volume of the liquid storage cavity is increased, the pressure is reduced, the pressure in the storage box pushes the valve core, the valve core does not block the hollow channel in the valve body any more, the liquid inlet one-way conduction device is conducted, and the clothes treating agent enters the liquid storage cavity from the storage box through the liquid outlet channel.
Further, in order to increase the tightness of the liquid outlet one-way conduction device and the liquid inlet one-way conduction device, a sealing ring is arranged on the sealing end of the valve core.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the dispensing device of the present embodiment includes a housing, wherein a hollow cavity is provided in the housing, and a flexible separator 110 is sealingly installed in the hollow cavity to separate the accommodating cavity into a water inlet cavity and a liquid storage cavity; the shell is respectively provided with a water inlet end and a pressure relief end which are communicated with the water inlet cavity, and the water inlet end is communicated with a water inlet pipeline of the washing machine; a liquid outlet end communicated with a liquid storage cavity is arranged on the shell, and a clothes treating agent is contained in the liquid storage cavity; the liquid outlet end is provided with a flushing end communicated with the liquid outlet end.
The washing machine water inlet enters the water inlet cavity from the water inlet end, the flexible separation body 110 is extruded to deform towards the liquid storage cavity, the liquid storage cavity is reduced in volume, the clothes treating agent is discharged from the liquid outlet end, and the washing water flow enters the liquid outlet end from the washing end to wash the clothes treating agent.
The device is put in to this embodiment go out to hold and set up the washing end rather than the intercommunication, through introducing the washing rivers by the washing end and go out the liquid end and wash clothing treating agent, more be favorable to clothing treating agent to put in, and no remain, avoided extravagant and guaranteed the accuracy of putting in the volume simultaneously.
The washing water flow in this embodiment may be introduced separately, for example, a branch may be led out from a water inlet pipe of the washing machine to be connected to the washing end, and the laundry treating agent washing may be achieved by controlling the inlet water to enter the washing end.
As the preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, according to the working characteristics of the throwing device, it is necessary to control the water inlet to enter the water inlet cavity of the hollow cavity, and the water entering the water inlet cavity flows out from the pressure release end, so this embodiment considers that the water flowing out from the pressure release end is utilized to flush the laundry treatment agent, specifically, the pressure release end in this embodiment is communicated with the flushing end, the water inlet of the washing machine enters the water inlet cavity from the water inlet end, and the water flowing out from the pressure release end enters the liquid outlet end through the flushing end to flush the laundry treatment agent. According to the embodiment, the pressure release end is communicated with the flushing end, so that the washing machine can be used for feeding water, and not only is the laundry treating agent put in realized, but also the laundry treating agent is flushed by using the pressure release end.
Further, the pressure relief end and the liquid outlet end which are arranged on the same hollow cavity are respectively communicated with each other.
As an implementation mode of the embodiment, a first hollow cavity and a second hollow cavity which are isolated from each other are arranged in the shell, a first flexible separator is arranged in the first hollow cavity in a sealing mode, the first hollow cavity is divided into a first water inlet cavity and a first liquid storage cavity, a second flexible separator is arranged in the second hollow cavity in a sealing mode, the second hollow cavity is divided into a second water inlet cavity and a second liquid storage cavity, detergent is contained in the first liquid storage cavity, and softener is contained in the second liquid storage cavity.
The shell is provided with a first water inlet end 101 communicated with a first water inlet cavity, a first pressure relief end 102 and a first liquid outlet end 103 communicated with a first liquid storage cavity, the shell is provided with a second water inlet end 105 communicated with a second water inlet cavity, a second pressure relief end 106 and a second liquid outlet end 107 communicated with a second liquid storage cavity, the first liquid outlet end 103 is provided with a first flushing end 104, the first flushing end 104 is communicated with the first pressure relief end 102, the second liquid outlet end 107 is provided with a second flushing end 108, and the second flushing end 108 is communicated with the second pressure relief end 106.
Example five
The present embodiment provides a washing machine having the laundry treatment agent storage and delivery device according to the first-fourth embodiment, including a water inlet valve and a water collecting box, the water inlet valve includes a first water outlet control end connected to the water collecting box and a second water outlet control end connected to a water inlet cavity of the delivery device, and each pressure release end and each liquid outlet end of the delivery device are respectively connected to the water collecting box.
According to the control method of the washing machine, when a certain laundry treatment agent is required to be put in, the washing machine extrudes the flexible separator to deform towards the liquid storage cavity by controlling the laundry water to enter the water inlet end corresponding to the laundry treatment agent of the putting device from the second water outlet control end of the water inlet valve, and the liquid storage cavity volume is reduced, so that the laundry treatment agent is discharged into the water collecting box from the liquid outlet end and mixed with the laundry water discharged from the pressure relief end and flows into the washing cylinder of the washing machine.
The above embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other to form new technical solutions, which are all within the scope of the present invention as claimed.

the liquid storage cavity is provided with a liquid inlet end and a liquid outlet end, and the liquid inlet end is communicated with the storage box; the water inlet of the washing machine flows into the water inlet cavity to extrude the flexible separation body to deform towards the liquid storage cavity, and the clothes treating agent accommodated in the liquid storage cavity is discharged from the liquid outlet end;
the throwing device comprises a shell with a hollow cavity inside, and the shell and the storage shell are integrated into a whole

the flexible separator is a saccular structure, the saccular structure extends towards the first shell to form a storage groove, and the saccular structure is also provided with a ripple structure.

The laundry treating agent storage and dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the storage apparatus comprises a storage housing having a storage chamber therein, the storage box is disposed in the storage chamber in the storage housing, and the dispensing apparatus is integrally disposed on the storage housing.
3. The laundry treatment agent storage and dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the storage housing has a liquid outlet channel therein in communication with the storage chamber, and a liquid inlet end of the dispensing apparatus is in communication with the liquid outlet channel.
4. A laundry treating agent storage and dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 3 wherein the storage housing is hollow and has a partition therein which divides the housing into a storage chamber and a liquid outlet passage which are in communication with each other.

A laundry treatment agent storage and dispensing apparatus according to claim 3 wherein the storage case is drawably mounted within the storage chamber of the storage housing, the storage case having a storage liquid end on which is mounted a one-way valve; a jacking column is arranged in the liquid outlet flow passage, and one end of the jacking column extends into the storage cavity; when the storage box is arranged in the storage cavity of the storage shell, the jack post jacks the one-way valve, the storage box is communicated with the liquid outlet flow passage, and the clothes treating agent in the storage box flows into the liquid outlet flow passage.

The laundry treatment agent storage and dispensing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the housing of the dispensing apparatus has at least two hollow chambers, each hollow chamber being internally sealed with a flexible partition body to partition each hollow chamber into a water inlet chamber and a liquid storage chamber;
the shell is provided with a water inlet end and a pressure relief end which are communicated with the water inlet cavity respectively corresponding to each hollow cavity; the shell is provided with a liquid inlet end and a liquid outlet end which are communicated with the liquid storage cavity respectively corresponding to each hollow cavity;
the storage shell of the storage device is internally provided with a plurality of storage boxes respectively corresponding to the hollow cavities of the throwing device, and each storage box is respectively communicated with the liquid storage cavity of each hollow cavity.

The clothes treating agent storage and delivery device of claim 6 wherein the housing has a first hollow chamber and a second hollow chamber separated from each other, the first hollow chamber being internally sealed with a first flexible separator separating the first hollow chamber into a first water inlet chamber and a first liquid storage chamber, the second hollow chamber being internally sealed with a second flexible separator separating the second hollow chamber into a second water inlet chamber and a second liquid storage chamber;
the storage device comprises a storage shell, a storage box and a storage box, wherein a first storage cavity and a second storage cavity are formed in the storage shell of the storage device, a first storage box is arranged in the first storage cavity, a second storage box is arranged in the second storage cavity, a detergent is contained in the first storage box, and a softener is contained in the second storage box;
the storage shell is also internally provided with a first liquid outlet flow passage communicated with the first storage cavity and a second storage cavity
The first liquid storage cavity is communicated with the first storage box through the first liquid outlet channel, and the second liquid storage cavity is communicated with the second storage box through the second liquid outlet channel.
