The fixing element 1 is movable relative to the clamp 4. Typically, the fixing element 1 is located above the surface of the clamp 4 with the recess 42 and is movable relative to the clamp 4. The hair-planting piece 2 is of a sheet-shaped structure with hair-planting holes 21 for hair planting, and is provided with side walls encircling along edges, which are perpendicular to the bottom of the hair-planting piece 2, for convenient taking and placing and fixing with a brush handle. The bristle body 3 includes a bundle of bristles which are in contact with teeth during brushing, and an end surface of the bristle body 3 which is in contact with the teeth is defined by a bottom surface of the recess 42.
At least one implantation hole 21 is formed in the implantation piece 2, concave holes 42 corresponding to the implantation holes 21 in the implantation piece 2 one by one are formed in the surface of the clamp 4, when the implantation holes 21 are placed on the clamp 4, the implantation holes 21 in the implantation piece 2 and the concave holes 42 corresponding to the implantation holes can be aligned to enable the implantation holes 21 to be communicated with the concave holes 42, the cross section shape of the concave holes 42 is the same as that of the implantation holes 21 corresponding to the implantation holes, when the implantation holes 21 are implanted, the bristle bodies 3 implanted into the implantation holes 21 enter the concave holes 42 through the implantation holes 21, and the concave holes 42 play a shaping role on the bristle bodies 3. And the recess 42 is provided with a bottom surface for end shaping of the bristle body 3 implanted therein, the recess 42 and the bristle sheet 2 together molding the shape of the bristle body 3 which contacts the teeth during brushing.
The hair-setting sheet 2 is usually provided with a plurality of hair-setting holes 21, and the cross-sectional shapes of the hair-setting holes 21 are different from each other, and the cross-sectional shapes of the concave holes 42 in the jig 4 corresponding to the hair-setting holes 21 are also different from each other. Because the number of the implanting holes 21 on the surface of the bristle planting piece 2 is usually two or more, at least two concave holes 42 are usually arranged on the surface of the clamp 4, and the concave holes 42 are in one-to-one correspondence with the implanting holes 21, as shown in fig. 2, wherein the depths of the two or more concave holes 42 are different, the height of the bottom surface of the bristle body 3 contacted with teeth after the bristle planting can be uneven, so that the contact surface between the bristle body 3 and teeth is increased, and the cleaning strength of the toothbrush is increased.

The surface of the second clamping member 51 is provided with a boss, the second groove 512 is arranged in the boss, the upper surface of the boss is a plane, the middle cross section of the second clamping member 51 is in a circular arc shape, and the boss is arranged on the circular arc surface, so that the surface of the bristle body 3 contacted with teeth after hair planting is in a circular arc shape opposite to the surface. The cross-section of the second groove 512 is the same as the cross-sectional shape of the through hole 523. In addition, the bottom of the second groove 512 is further provided with saw-tooth-shaped protrusions or depressions for shaping the end parts of the bristles which are implanted therein, and the bottom of the bristle body 3 after the bristle implantation presents opposite saw-tooth-shaped depressions or protrusions to increase the contact area between the bristle body 3 and teeth, thereby increasing the cleaning force of the toothbrush.
The boss is arranged in the middle of the second clamping piece 51, the second clamping pieces 51 on two sides of the boss are provided with surfaces with the shape opposite to the shape of the end face of the preset bristle body 3, for example, when the end face of the bristle body 3 comprises a circular arc groove, the surface of the second clamping piece 51 is a circular arc protrusion with the same shape and size as the concave groove of the end face of the bristle body 3, the surface of the second clamping piece 51 can be connected with the end face of the bristle body 3, and the second clamping piece 51 and the bristle body 3 are combined into a whole. The bristle sheet 2 is provided with a plurality of bristle holes 21, and the other part of concave holes 53 corresponding to the bristle holes 21 are formed by through holes 523 arranged in the first clamping piece 52 and surfaces of the second clamping piece 51 opposite to the set end surface shape of the bristle body 3.
