The connecting shell 430 is an outer shell of an electrical appliance functional part; a fourth guide rail 431 and a third clamping groove 432 are arranged above the outer side surface of the electric appliance function part shell, and a fifth guide rail 433 and a second clamping groove 434 are arranged below the outer side surface of the electric appliance function part shell; the fifth guide rail 433 corresponds to the first guide rail; the fifth guide rail 433 is symmetrical to the fourth guide rail 431; the third card slot 432 is symmetrical to the second card slot 434; the third clamping groove 432 is used for being connected with a second elastic buckle on the inner cavity wall of the mosaic module in a matched mode. The electric appliance functional part is connected with the shell in a matching way.
The mosaic module comprises a mosaic base 610 and a mosaic cover plate 620. The mosaic base 610 is provided with an accommodating cavity 611 for accommodating the mosaic functional component; the inner cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 611 is provided with a first elastic buckle 6111 and a guide groove 6112. The first elastic buckle 6111 is connected to the second card slot 434 in a matching manner. A fourth clamping groove 621 is arranged on the wide edge of the mosaic cover plate 620; a third elastic buckle 612 is arranged on the wide edge of the mosaic base; the third elastic buckle 612 is connected with the fourth clamping groove 621 in a matching manner; and a disassembly and abdication gap 622 is arranged on the long edge of the mosaic cover plate 620. The upper surface of the mosaic cover plate 620 is provided with an opening groove 623; the opening groove 623 is an electrical appliance functional part groove.
The mosaic functional component is slidably inserted into a guide groove 6112 on the inner cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 611 of the mosaic module through the first guide rail 4215/4222, the fifth guide rail 433 and the fourth guide rail 431, and is matched with 2 first elastic buckles 6111 in the mosaic module through the second clamping groove 434 and the third clamping groove 432 to realize fixed connection.
The mosaic functional component and the mosaic module are assembled to form a mosaic module component.
The mosaic functional component has the advantages that the connecting shell is arranged, so that the problem that the shell is damaged after the original mosaic functional component is disassembled for many times is solved; meanwhile, due to the replaceable characteristic of the connecting shell, the service life of the mosaic functional component can be prolonged, the loss is reduced, and the cost is saved; in addition, the mosaic module assembly still has the characteristics of convenience in replacement, simplicity in operation and high replacement and disassembly speed.
In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

a connecting shell; the connecting shell is provided with a second clamping groove and a clamping hook groove which is connected with the clamping hook in a matching way; the second clamping groove is used for being matched and connected with a first elastic buckle on the inner cavity wall of a mosaic module;
the housing comprises an upper shell and a lower shell; the upper shell is provided with the first clamping groove, the clamping hook and the embedded fixing screw hole; the upper shell is fixedly connected with the lower shell through the embedded fixing screw holes; the upper shell and the lower shell are both provided with first guide rails;
the upper shell is provided with a lower groove; the lower shell is provided with an upper groove; the upper groove and the lower groove are combined to form a groove for disassembling the shell;
the connecting shell comprises a button bracket and an indicator lamp bracket; the clamping hook groove and the first groove are formed in the outer side face of the button support; the clamping hook groove of the button bracket is connected with the clamping hook of the upper shell in a matching way; a second groove is formed in the outer side surface of the indicator light bracket; the second groove and the first groove are combined to form the second clamping groove; a button positioning chute is arranged in the button bracket, and a button limit stop is arranged in the button positioning chute; the outer side surfaces of the button bracket and the indicator light bracket are respectively provided with a second guide rail; the second guide rail corresponds to the first guide rail; and/or the first and/or second light sources,
the connecting shell is an alarm lampshade; the alarm lampshade comprises an upper lampshade and a lower lampshade; the clamping hook groove and the third groove are formed in the outer side face of the upper lampshade; the clamping hook groove of the upper lampshade is matched and connected with the clamping hook of the upper shell; a fourth groove is formed in the outer side face of the lower lampshade; the third groove and the fourth groove are combined to form the second clamping groove; the outer side surfaces of the upper lampshade and the lower lampshade are provided with third guide rails; the third guide rail corresponds to the first guide rail; and/or the first and/or second light sources,
the connecting shell is an outer shell of an electric appliance functional part; a fourth guide rail and a third clamping groove are arranged above the outer side surface of the electric appliance function part shell, and a fifth guide rail and the second clamping groove are arranged below the outer side surface of the electric appliance function part shell; the fourth guide rail corresponds to the first guide rail; the fifth guide rail is symmetrical to the fourth guide rail; the third card slot is symmetrical to the second card slot; and the third clamping groove is used for being matched and connected with a second elastic buckle on the inner cavity wall of the mosaic module.
2. The mosaic functional component of claim 1, wherein: the plug hood is internally used for arranging a circuit board plug; the shell is internally used for arranging a printed circuit board; and an indicator light, an alarm light or/and a button are arranged in the connecting shell.
3. A mosaic module assembly, characterized in that said mosaic module assembly comprises:
a mosaic module;
a mosaic function, comprising:
a plug cover; the plug cover is provided with a plug cover buckle;
a housing; the shell is provided with a clamping hook and a first clamping groove in matched connection with the plug cover in a buckling mode;
a connecting shell; the connecting shell is provided with a second clamping groove and a clamping hook groove which is connected with the clamping hook in a matching way; the second clamping groove is used for being matched and connected with a first elastic buckle on the inner cavity wall of a mosaic module;
the mosaic module comprises a mosaic base; the mosaic base is provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating the mosaic functional component;
the housing comprises an upper shell and a lower shell; the upper shell is provided with the first clamping groove, the clamping hook and the embedded fixing screw hole; the upper shell is fixedly connected with the lower shell through the embedded fixing screw holes; the upper shell and the lower shell are both provided with first guide rails; the inner wall of the accommodating cavity is also provided with a guide groove; the first guide rail is matched with the guide groove;
the connecting shell comprises a button bracket and an indicator lamp bracket; the clamping hook groove and the first groove are formed in the outer side face of the button support; the clamping hook groove of the button bracket is connected with the clamping hook of the upper shell in a matching way; a second groove is formed in the outer side surface of the indicator light bracket; the second groove and the first groove are combined to form the second clamping groove; a button positioning chute is arranged in the button bracket, and a button limit stop is arranged in the button positioning chute; the outer side surfaces of the button bracket and the indicator light bracket are respectively provided with a second guide rail; the second guide rail corresponds to the first guide rail; the second guide rail is matched with the guide groove; and/or the first and/or second light sources,

4. The mosaic module assembly of claim 3, wherein: the inner cavity wall of the accommodating cavity is provided with the first elastic buckle.

The mosaic module assembly of claim 4, wherein: the mosaic module also comprises a mosaic cover plate; a fourth clamping groove is formed in the wide edge of the mosaic cover plate; a third elastic buckle is arranged on the wide edge of the mosaic base; the third elastic buckle is connected with the fourth clamping groove in a matched manner; and the long edge of the mosaic cover plate is provided with a dismounting and abdicating notch.
