The utility model provides a self-service system of making a seal of self-service record of electronic seal which characterized in that includes: the self-service seal making machine comprises a self-service seal making machine body, a touch screen arranged on the self-service seal making machine body, a master control mechanism, a recording mechanism, a consumable storage mechanism for storing electronic seal storage hardware, a consumable extraction mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a power supply mechanism for supplying power to the self-service seal making machine, wherein the box body is also provided with a goods outlet and a consumable goods inlet;
the master control mechanism comprises a first master control mechanism and a second master control mechanism, wherein the first master control mechanism is used for correcting the recorded materials provided by the user and uploading the recorded materials to the public security network platform after the user confirms, and the second master control mechanism is used for driving each mechanism to automatically operate according to a preset program in the self-service seal making process and uploading the recorded information to the digital authentication center and downloading digital certificate data information issued by the digital authentication center;
the touch screen is used for inputting relevant information which needs to be selected or filled by a user in the self-service record preparation and self-service seal preparation processes by the user, and is also used for displaying specific result information of record preparation in the self-service record preparation process and detailed information in the seal preparation process;
the recording mechanism is used for acquiring recording material information and transmitting the recording material information to the first main control mechanism for verification, and comprises a material placing port arranged on the self-service seal making machine body and a plurality of acquisition devices used for acquiring recording related information;

the conveying mechanism is controlled and driven by the second master control mechanism and is used for conveying the finished electronic seal to the goods outlet after receiving a seal control completion instruction sent by the second master control mechanism and feeding the conveying completion instruction back to the master control mechanism;
the second master control mechanism is also used for sending the received conveying completion instruction to the visual equipment, the first and second master control mechanisms are computers integrating a central processing unit, a memory, an input unit, an output unit, a communication interface and a communication module, the second master control mechanism is connected with respective control stamp mechanisms in the device through the input unit and the output unit, and the memory is used for storing dynamic information in the running process of the device;
the communication module interacts with the digital authentication center in real time, the first master control mechanism uploads the filing material to the public security network platform, if the filing material does not pass the verification of the public security network platform, the non-verified data is visually fed back to the user, the user supplements or re-inputs the filing material as required until the verification of the public security network platform passes, after the verification passes, the public security network platform feeds back the successful filing information to the first master control mechanism, the second master control mechanism transmits the filing information to the digital authentication center, the digital authentication center issues a digital certificate to the second master control mechanism according to the filing information of the user, the second master control mechanism encrypts the digital certificate and writes the digital certificate into empty electronic seal storage hardware, or the digital authentication center binds an enterprise with the electronic seal storage hardware with the preset digital certificate according to the filing information of the user.

The self-service electronic seal record keeping and self-service seal making system according to claim 1, wherein the record keeping mechanism comprises a material placing port arranged on the box body, a first image acquisition device used for acquiring image information of effective certificates of enterprises, a second image acquisition device used for shooting photos of a company, an identity information confirmation device used for confirming identities of the company and a legal person, and a printing device used for printing related certification materials, information acquired by the record keeping mechanism is interacted with terminal information of a server end system and a public security management department of a seal company in real time through the communication module, and all devices of the record keeping mechanism are connected with the input unit and the output unit of the first master control mechanism.

The self-service electronic seal record self-service seal making system according to claim 1, wherein the consumable storage mechanism comprises a plurality of consumable compartments, each digital certificate storage hardware is independently stored in a compartment, a consumable detection mechanism for detecting the remaining consumables of the consumable storage mechanism is further arranged in the self-service seal making machine body, the consumable detection mechanism is connected with the input unit and the output unit of the second master control mechanism and feeds the number of consumables back to the second master control mechanism in real time, if the remaining consumables are lower than a preset value, the second master control mechanism transmits the information to a consumable provider through a communication module, the consumable detection mechanism comprises a third image acquisition device for acquiring images of the consumables and/or a pressure sensor arranged in each compartment, the third image acquisition device is at least one and is arranged at a preset position capable of completely shooting the consumable storage mechanism, the pressure sensors are arranged on the base of each compartment, and the second master control mechanism records the number of the pressure sensors with the numerical value of zero so as to judge the number of the rest digital certificate storage hardware.

The self-service electronic seal record-recording and self-service seal-making system according to claim 1, wherein after receiving a seal-making completion instruction sent by the first master control mechanism, the second master control mechanism controls the conveying mechanism to convey a finished seal to a finished seal-processing container, the finished seal-processing container is provided with a bar code and/or an RFID tag ID, the conveying mechanism is specifically an automatic seal-dividing machine, a bar code scanner for collecting the bar code tag and/or an RFID reader for collecting the RFID tag ID are/is arranged in the conveying mechanism, and the conveying mechanism transmits the RFID tag or bar code information to the second master control mechanism, that is, the conveying completion instruction is sent.

The self-service electronic seal record-keeping and self-service seal-making system according to claim 4, wherein the self-service seal-making machine body further comprises a seal-taking identification mechanism, the seal taking identification mechanism is connected with the input unit of the second master control mechanism, the seal taking identification mechanism comprises at least one of an identity information confirmation device and a face identification device, the identity information confirming device is an identity card reader, the face recognition device comprises a second image acquisition device, the effective identity information of the seal taker is obtained by comparing the face image collected by the second image collecting device with the face image information collected during filing or the effective identity information of the seal taker is obtained by comparing the identity information confirmation device with the identity information stored during filing, after the information is confirmed to be correct, and the master control system extracts the finished product container according to the RFID label or the bar code label, conveys the finished product container through the conveying mechanism and releases the seal to the goods outlet.

The self-service electronic seal record self-service stamp controlling system according to claim 1, wherein the outlet is further provided with a timing mechanism, the timing mechanism is connected with an input unit of the second master control mechanism, when the time that the seal stays at the outlet exceeds a preset value, the timing mechanism feeds back the information to the second master control system, the second master control system sends a withdrawing instruction to the seal withdrawing mechanism, the seal withdrawing mechanism stores the seal to a preset position in the box, and the seal withdrawing mechanism is connected with the input unit and an output unit of the second master control mechanism.

the first master control mechanism uploads the recorded materials to the public security network platform when receiving a payment completion instruction selected by a user;
in the auditing process of the public security network platform, if the recorded materials are wrong, the first main control system visually feeds back the wrong reason or the unreal information of the materials to a user, the second main control mechanism controls the recording mechanism to collect the wrong recorded materials until the auditing of the public security network platform is passed, and the public security network platform sends the successful recording information to the first main control mechanism;
after the first master control mechanism receives the successful filing information, the second master control mechanism transmits the filing information to a digital authentication center, the digital authentication center issues a digital certificate to the second master control mechanism according to the filing information of the user, the second master control mechanism encrypts and writes the digital certificate into empty electronic seal storage hardware, or the digital authentication center binds an enterprise with electronic seal storage hardware preset with the digital certificate according to the filing information of the user;
the second master control mechanism controls the conveying mechanism to convey the prepared order products to the discharging port of the automatic seal control machine.

The self-service electronic seal record-recording and self-service seal-making method according to claim 8, wherein a pre-stored electronic seal use tutorial, specifically in the form of characters, pictures, or videos, or interactive animations, is stored in the memory of the second master control mechanism, and when the self-service seal-making machine is not made or is in the making process or a user selects to play the electronic seal use tutorial, the electronic seal use tutorial is played through the touch screen.
