The anti-curling release paper disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, easy to machine and form, low in manufacturing cost, excellent in comprehensive performances such as paper film bonding strength, peeling strength, high temperature resistance and shrinkage rate, especially low in shrinkage rate, capable of effectively preventing curling in the using process and prolonging the service life, and the surface of the release paper is high temperature resistant and not easy to deform, and the coating and the base paper are not easy to peel, so that the service life is long.

E. and sequentially carrying out corona pretreatment, super calendering and drying treatment on the release paper primary product to obtain the anti-curling release paper.

As can be seen from the above table, the anti-curling release paper of examples 2, 3 and 4 of the present invention has better overall properties such as paper film bonding strength, peeling strength, high temperature resistance, shrinkage rate, and particularly has low shrinkage rate, and can effectively prevent curling during use and prolong the service life.
By combining the example 4 with the comparative example 1, and the comparative example 2 with the comparative example 3, it can be known that the shrinkage rate of the release paper of the invention is low compared with the release paper of other formulas, the bonding strength, the peeling strength and the high temperature resistance of the paper film are good, the repeated use times of the release paper of the invention can be greatly improved, and the like; the appropriate proportion of the expanded graphite is added into the release paper, so that the shrinkage rate of the release paper is greatly reduced; polysiloxane is added into the release paper in a proper proportion, so that the high temperature resistance of the release paper is greatly improved; the glycidyl methacrylate graft modified polyethylene is added into the release paper in a proper proportion to replace common polyethylene, so that the laminated film layer and the base paper of the release paper have high bonding strength, and the repeated use times are increased.
In addition, the test shows that the repeated use times of the release paper reaches more than 50 times; the tensile strength (longitudinal strength) can reach 9.75 kN/m; the tensile strength (transverse) can reach 1583 mN; the solvent resistance is better.
