Performance testing
The performance of the test is tested according to the standard JC T864-2008, and the test mainly comprises the following steps: untreated tensile strength (MPa), elongation (%) and tensile strength (MPa) after acid treatment, elongation (%) and tensile strength (MPa) after alkali treatment, non-treated bond strength (MPa), water impermeability (0.3MPa water pressure, holding pressure 60 min): a small amount of water is permeable and is unchanged into impermeable;

A single-component waterproof building coating is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 500 portions of 200-one acrylate emulsion, 10-60 portions of film-forming additive, 350 portions of 150-one filler, 200 portions of 100-one pigment, 2-10 portions of defoaming agent, 2-10 portions of wetting agent, 5-10 portions of thickening agent, 5-20 portions of multifunctional additive, 5-20 portions of bactericide and 100-one solvent, wherein the components also comprise diethylene glycol dibenzoate; the weight ratio of the diethylene glycol dibenzoate to the film-forming aid is 1: (0.1-1), the acrylate emulsion is styrene-acrylate emulsion, and the film-forming auxiliary agent is diethylene glycol methyl ether, dipropylene glycol butyl ether and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether; the weight ratio of the diethylene glycol methyl ether to the dipropylene glycol butyl ether to the diethylene glycol monobutyl ether is 1: (1-3): (0.5-1.5), the filler is wollastonite, the wollastonite is needle-shaped wollastonite, the mesh number of the needle-shaped wollastonite is 600-800 meshes, and the length-diameter ratio is (15-20): 1, the pigment is titanium dioxide, the titanium dioxide is rutile titanium dioxide, and the solvent is water;
the preparation method of the single-component waterproof building coating at least comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 90-98 wt% of water, adding the acrylate emulsion into the weighed water, and then adding half of the antifoaming agent, the wetting agent and the multifunctional auxiliary agent at the rotating speed of 800-;
(2) reducing the rotation speed to 200-;
(3) reducing the rotating speed to 800r/min for 600-;
(4) the rotation speed is reduced to 100 and 300r/min for stirring for 10-50 min.
2. The single component waterproof architectural coating of claim 1 wherein the styrene-acrylate emulsion is a mixture of styrene, n-butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid in a weight ratio of 1: (1.1-2): (0.01-0.1): (0.001-0.1).
