Also comprises a self-closing bin 8; the self-closing bin 8 comprises a U-shaped filter liner bin, a turning cover 3 and a buckling piece 1, wherein a filter liner fixing structure 10, a water passing pipeline and a butt joint water gap are arranged at the bin bottom of the U-shaped filter liner bin, and the turning cover and the buckling piece are respectively connected through crease connecting structures 6 and 4 (the same below) which are arranged at the port of the U-shaped filter liner bin and are used as a crease connecting structure I and a crease connecting structure II; the rear side wall of the flip 3 provided with the clamping seat structure 2 is connected with the rear side bin wall of the U-shaped filter liner bin through a crease connecting structure 6, and the clamping seat structure 2 is positioned on the front side of the flip 3 or on the left side and the right side of the flip 3; the lower end of a buckle part 1 corresponding to the clamping seat structure 2 is connected with the front side bin wall of the U-shaped filter container bin or the left and right side bin walls of the U-shaped filter container bin through a crease connecting structure 4, and a buckle 1a arranged at the upper end of the buckle part 1 is in contact fit with the clamping seat structure 2 on the flip cover at the closed position to form a positive buckle type self; the right-handed self-closing filter chamber arranged up and down and the U-shaped component chamber 18 are in a connected back-to-back reverse U-shaped double-chamber superposed structure (namely an H-shaped double-chamber superposed structure), and are connected with a fixed water passing control component, a water passing pipeline and a butt water gap through a fastening standard component and a bottom plate of a closed inverted U-shaped component chamber into a whole, or are connected and locked into a whole through a loose joint device to form a same-direction U-shaped double-chamber superposed structure; the butt joint water gap 12 at the bottom end of the positive button type self-closing filter liner bin is in butt joint with the butt joint water gap 13 of the U-shaped component bin, and a sealing piece 11 is used for sealing a gap to form a filter channel for connecting the water passing pipelines of the two bins and the filter liner. Fig. 1 is a partial schematic structural diagram showing that only one water gap of each of a filter container 7a and a filter container 7b in the self-closing filter container bin is hermetically connected with a butt water gap 12 of a U-shaped filter container bin, and then is hermetically inserted with a butt water gap 13 of a water passing pipeline connected with a water passing control component 17 on a U-shaped component bin 18.
When the movable joint device adopts a swing locking device, a locking piece 15 of the swing locking device is arranged on the lower part through a swing shaft 16, a buckle 15a on the locking piece 15 is contacted and matched with a clamping seat structure 14 arranged on the upper part through the swing and elastic deformation of the locking piece 15, and the upper part and the lower part are fixedly connected together. The catch 15a of the catch element is released from the connection between the overlying part and the underlying part.
Example 2. In the attached figure 2, on the basis of the embodiment 1, the water purifier comprises a filter container 7, a water passing control component 17, a U-shaped component bin 18 for placing the control component and connecting a pipeline of the control component, and a loose joint device; the water passing control part 17 is connected with the filter liner 7 provided with the water port through a water passing pipeline to form a filter channel. Also comprises a self-closing bin; the self-closing bin comprises a U-shaped filter liner bin, a turning cover and a clamping piece, wherein a filter liner fixing structure, a water passing pipeline and a butt joint water gap are arranged at the bin bottom, and the turning cover and the clamping piece are respectively connected through a first folding line connecting structure and a second folding line connecting structure which are arranged at the port of the U-shaped filter liner bin; the rear side wall of the flip cover provided with the fastener is connected with the rear side bin wall of the U-shaped filter liner bin through a group of crease connecting structures I, and the fastener structure is positioned on the front side of the U-shaped filter liner bin or on the left side and the right side of the U-shaped filter liner bin; the upper end of the clamping part corresponding to the clamping seat structure is connected with the second folding line connecting structure or the front side bin wall of the turnover cover or the left and right side bin walls of the turnover cover; when the flip cover is in a closed position, a buckle arranged at the lower end of the buckle piece is in contact fit with a clamping seat structure of the U-shaped filter container cabin to form a reverse buckle type self-closing filter container cabin; the upside-down arranged inverted buckle type self-closing filter liner bin and the U-shaped component bin or a connected back-to-back reverse U-shaped double-bin superposed structure (namely an H-shaped double-bin superposed structure) are connected into a whole with a fixed water passing control component, a water passing pipeline and a lower butted water gap through a fastening standard component and a bottom plate of the closed inverted U-shaped component bin, or are connected and locked into a whole through a loose joint device to form a same-direction U-shaped double-bin superposed structure; the butt joint water gap at the bottom end of the inverted self-closing filter liner bin is in sealed butt joint with the butt joint water gap of the U-shaped component bin to form a filter channel for connecting the water passing pipelines of the two bins and the filter liner.
In examples 1 and 2, the inverted U-shaped parts magazine having "the control unit and the pipe placement space for connecting the control unit" was also regarded as one mode of the U-shaped parts magazine. In this case, the inverted U-shaped component magazine is also referred to as U-shaped component magazine.
FIG. 2 is a schematic structural view of a water purifier adopting a forward buckling type self-closing filter cartridge bin, a U-shaped component bin and a loose joint device which are connected into a whole to form a reverse U-shaped double-bin stacking structure. The difference from the structure shown in the attached figure 1 is that in the attached figure 2, the forward buckling type self-closing filter container bin and the U-shaped component bin adopt a connected back-to-back reverse U-shaped double-bin stacked structure (namely an H-shaped double-bin stacked structure) 8b, and are connected with a bottom plate 18a which is additionally provided with a fixed water passing control component, a water passing pipeline and a lower butt joint water gap and is closed and inverted to form a whole through a fastening standard component. Two fastening standard configurations are shown in FIG. 2: latch member 19 and screw 20.
Example 3. On the basis of the embodiments 1 and 2, the water pipe joint also comprises a rigid water pipe joint which is connected with the water pipe and is in sealed butt joint with each other; the bottom plate 18a is fixed with a water passing control part 17 and a related water passing pipeline and is provided with an upward butt joint water gap 13; a reverse U-shaped double-bin superposed structure 8a formed by connecting the U-shaped filter liner bin and the inverted U-shaped component bin is provided with a downward butt joint water port 12, is vertically and correspondingly in sealing butt joint with an upward rigid water passing pipeline interface 13 on the bottom plate to form a filter channel, and is vertically limited by a connecting and matching structure of the bottom plate 18a and the inverted U-shaped component bin; the mutual sealing butt joint interface is separated from the sealing butt joint position along with the separation of the bottom plate and the inverted U-shaped component bin. In the present application, since the inverted U-shaped component compartment only provides a space for placing the water control component, the bottom plate is regarded as a part of the inverted U-shaped component compartment.
Example 4. On the basis of embodiments 1, 2 and 3, the water purifier comprises a filter container 7, a water passing control part 17, a U-shaped filter container cabin for fixing the filter container, and a loose joint device; the water passing control part and the filter liner with the upper end provided with a butt joint water gap are connected through a water passing pipeline to form a filter channel. Also comprises a self-closing bin; the self-closing bin comprises a U-shaped component bin 8b, a turning cover and a buckling piece, wherein the bin bottom is provided with a water passing control part 17, a water passing pipeline connected with the control part and a butt joint water gap, and the turning cover and the buckling piece are respectively connected through crease connecting structures 6 and 4 arranged at the ports of the U-shaped component bin and used as a crease connecting structure I and a crease connecting structure II; the rear side wall of the turnover cover 3 provided with the clamping seat structure 2 is connected with the rear side bin wall of the U-shaped component bin 8b through a crease connecting structure 6, and the clamping seat structure 2 is positioned on the front side of the turnover cover 3 or on the left side and the right side of the turnover cover 3; the lower end of a buckle part 1 corresponding to the clamping seat structure 2 is connected with the front side bin wall of the U-shaped component bin 8b or the left and right side bin walls of the U-shaped component bin 8b through a crease connecting structure 4, and a buckle 1a arranged at the upper end of the buckle part 1 is in contact fit with the clamping seat structure 2 on the turnover cover 3 at the closed position to form a positive buckle type self-closing component bin; the right-handed self-closing component bin is in upper and lower contact fit with the lower U-shaped filter liner bin 18b and is connected and locked into a whole through a loose joint device to form a U-shaped double-bin superposition structure in the same direction; the butt joint water gap 12 at the bottom end of the positive buckling type self-closing component bin and the butt joint water gap 13 of the U-shaped filter liner bin 18b are in sealed butt joint to form a filter channel for connecting the water passing pipelines of the two bins and the filter liner.
Fig. 3 shows only a partial structure schematic diagram of the two downward butt joint water gaps 12 of the water passing pipeline connected with the water control component 17 in the self-closing component bin, and the partial structure schematic diagram is in sealed insertion connection with one upward butt joint water gap 13 of the two filter containers 7a and 7b of the U-shaped component bin 18 b.
Example 5. On the basis of embodiments 1, 2, 3 and 4, the water purifier comprises a filter container, a water passing control component, a U-shaped filter container bin for fixing the filter container and a loose joint device; the water passing control part is connected with a filter liner of which the upper end is provided with a butt joint water gap through a water passing pipeline to form a filter channel and also comprises a self-closing bin; the self-closing bin comprises a U-shaped component bin, a turning cover and a clamping piece, wherein a water passing control component, a water passing pipeline connected with the control component and a butt joint water gap are arranged at the bin bottom, and the turning cover and the clamping piece are respectively connected through a first folding line connecting structure and a second folding line connecting structure arranged at the port of the U-shaped component bin; the rear side wall of the flip cover provided with the fastener is connected with the rear side bin wall of the U-shaped component bin through a group of crease connecting structures I, and the fastener seat structure is positioned on the front side of the U-shaped component bin or on the left side and the right side of the U-shaped component bin; the upper end of the clamping part corresponding to the clamping seat structure is connected with the second folding line connecting structure or the front side bin wall of the turnover cover or the left and right side bin walls of the turnover cover; when the flip cover is in a closed position, a buckle arranged at the lower end of the buckle part is in contact fit with a clamping seat structure of the U-shaped component bin to form a reverse buckle type self-closing filter container bin; the back-off type self-closing component bin is in upper and lower contact fit with the U-shaped filter liner bin and is connected and locked into a whole through a loose joint device to form a U-shaped double-bin superposition structure in the same direction; the butt joint water gap at the bottom end of the back-off type self-closing component bin is in sealed butt joint with the butt joint water gap of the U-shaped filter liner bin to form a filter channel for connecting the water passing pipelines of the two bins and the filter liner.
In the above embodiments 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, the docking nozzle 12 disposed in the water passing pipeline of the self-closing silo is an upper docking nozzle 12, and the docking nozzle 13 disposed in the water passing pipeline of the U-shaped bladder silo or the U-shaped component silo located below the self-closing silo and matching with the self-closing silo is a lower docking nozzle 13; when the self-closing bin and the U-shaped filter liner bin or the U-shaped component bin are connected into a whole in an up-and-down matching mode, the upper butt-joint water gap 12 and the lower butt-joint water gap 13 are in sealing butt joint with each other.
As a modification of the above embodiments 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, the present invention further includes a liner hole frame 5 provided with an outer edge 5 a; the outer edge 5a of the filter liner hole frame 5 can be arranged on the upper end surface of the wall of a U-shaped filter liner bin or a U-shaped component bin of the self-closing bin, and also can be arranged on the upper end surface of an inner wall reinforcing rib arranged on the U-shaped filter liner bin or the U-shaped component bin of the self-closing filter liner bin, wherein when the outer edge 5a is arranged on the upper end surface of the self-closing bin (figure 1), the upper end surface of the outer edge is in contact fit with the corresponding lower end of a turning cover 3 at a closing position, the upper end and the lower end of a group of crease structures corresponding to the thickness of the outer edge of the filter liner hole frame are respectively connected with the rear side of the turning cover and the rear side of the U-shaped filter liner bin or the U-shaped component bin, a clamping seat structure is positioned on the turning cover or the self-closing bin, and one end of a clamping member is connected with the port of the self-closing bin or the turning cover through another group of crease structures corresponding to the thickness of the outer edge of the filter liner hole frame; the upper end of the fastener is provided with a fastener which is in contact fit with the clamping seat structure on the flip cover at the closed position; when the outer edge is arranged on the upper end surface of the reinforcing rib on the inner wall of the self-closing bin (figures 2 and 3), the upper end of the outer edge arranged in the U-shaped filter container bin or the U-shaped component bin is in contact fit with the corresponding lower end of the turning cover at the closing position.
Example 6. The manufacturing method of the self-closing bin of the water purifier with the U-shaped double-bin stacking structure in the embodiments 1, 2 and 3 comprises the following steps: the U-shaped filter container bin, the flip cover, the buckling piece and the clamping seat structure which are provided with the filter container fixing structure and the water pipeline interface are integrally molded by injection, a first crease connecting structure is arranged between the U-shaped filter container bin and the flip cover, and a second crease connecting structure is arranged around the buckling piece and is arranged between the U-shaped filter container bin and the buckling piece or between the flip cover and the buckling piece, wherein for a positive buckling mode, the second crease connecting structure is arranged between the U-shaped filter container bin and the buckling piece, and the flip cover is provided with a corresponding clamping seat structure; for the reverse buckling mode, a second crease connecting structure is arranged between the turnover cover and the buckling piece, and a corresponding clamping seat structure is arranged on the U-shaped filter liner bin; the U-shaped filter container bin, the turnover cover, the clamping piece and the clamping seat are respectively closed by swinging inwards around the first folding mark connecting structure to enable the clamping piece to be in contact fit with the clamping seat structure to form the self-closing bin.
As another structure manufacturing mode, the U-shaped filter container bin and the inverted U-shaped component bin of the reverse U-shaped double-bin superposed structure are integrally injection-molded.
Example 7. The manufacturing method of the self-closing chamber of the water purifier with the U-shaped double-chamber overlapping structure in the embodiments 4 and 5 comprises the following steps: the U-shaped component bin, the flip cover, the buckling piece and the clamping seat structure which are provided with the water passing control component and are connected with the water passing pipeline of the control component and the butt joint water gap are integrally formed in an injection molding mode, a crease connecting structure I is arranged between the U-shaped component bin and the flip cover, a crease connecting structure II is arranged around the buckling piece, and the crease connecting structure II is arranged between the U-shaped component bin and the buckling piece or between the flip cover and the buckling piece, wherein for the right buckling mode, the crease connecting structure II is arranged between the U-shaped component bin and the buckling piece, and the flip cover is provided with a corresponding clamping seat structure; for the reverse buckling mode, a second crease connecting structure is arranged between the turnover cover and the buckling piece, and a corresponding clamping seat structure is arranged on the U-shaped component bin; u type part storehouse, flip, buckle spare and cassette are respectively around crease connection structure one, two closed U type part storehouses of inwards swinging, cause buckle spare and cassette structural contact cooperation to constitute from closing the storehouse.
In the scheme, the self-closing filter container bin (comprising a forward buckling self-closing filter container bin and a backward buckling self-closing filter container bin) or the self-closing component bin (comprising a forward buckling self-closing component bin and a backward buckling self-closing component bin) is regarded as the self-closing bin.
The scope of protection of the present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments. The related technical features disclosed in the above embodiments can be recombined to generate a new implementation scheme as required, and the new implementation scheme is also within the scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A water purifier with a U-shaped double-bin superposed structure comprises a filter liner, a water passing control part, a placing control part and a U-shaped component bin connected with a pipeline of the control part; the water passing control part and the filter liner with the water port are connected through a water passing pipeline to form a filter channel, and the water filtering device is characterized by also comprising a self-closing bin; the self-closing bin comprises a U-shaped filter liner bin, a turning cover and a clamping piece, wherein a filter liner fixing structure, a water passing pipeline and a butt joint water gap are arranged at the bin bottom, and the turning cover and the clamping piece are respectively connected through a first folding line connecting structure and a second folding line connecting structure which are arranged at the port of the U-shaped filter liner bin; the rear side wall of the flip cover provided with the clamping seat structure is connected with the rear side bin wall of the U-shaped filter liner bin through a crease connecting structure I, and the clamping seat structure is positioned on the front side of the flip cover or on the left side and the right side of the flip cover; the lower end of a buckle piece corresponding to the clamp seat structure is connected with the front side bin wall of the U-shaped filter liner bin or the left and right side bin walls of the U-shaped filter liner bin through a crease connecting structure II, and a buckle arranged at the upper end of the buckle piece is in contact fit with the clamp seat structure on the flip cover at the closed position to form a positive buckle type self-closing filter liner bin; the upper and lower buckling type self-closing filter container bin and the U-shaped component bin are connected into a whole through an additional fastening standard component, an additional fixed water passing control component, a water passing pipeline and a butt joint water gap, or are connected and locked into a whole through an additional loose joint device to form a same-direction U-shaped double-bin stacked structure; the butt joint water gap of the right-hand buckling type self-closing filter liner bin bottom is in sealed butt joint with the butt joint water gap of the U-shaped component bin to form a filter channel for connecting the water passing pipelines of the two bins and the filter liner.

A water purifier with a U-shaped double-bin superposed structure comprises a filter liner, a water passing control part, a placing control part and a U-shaped component bin connected with a pipeline of the control part; the water passing control part and the filter liner with the water port are connected through a water passing pipeline to form a filter channel, and the water filtering device is characterized by also comprising a self-closing bin; the self-closing bin comprises a U-shaped filter liner bin, a turning cover and a clamping piece, wherein a filter liner fixing structure, a water passing pipeline and a butt joint water gap are arranged at the bin bottom, and the turning cover and the clamping piece are respectively connected through a first crease connecting structure, a second crease connecting structure and a clamping piece which are arranged at the port of the U-shaped filter liner bin; the rear side wall of the flip cover provided with the fastener is connected with the rear side bin wall of the U-shaped filter liner bin through a group of crease connecting structures I, and the fastener structure is positioned on the front side of the U-shaped filter liner bin or on the left side and the right side of the U-shaped filter liner bin; the upper end of the clamping part corresponding to the clamping seat structure is connected with the second folding line connecting structure or the front side bin wall of the turnover cover or the left and right side bin walls of the turnover cover; when the flip cover is in a closed position, a buckle arranged at the lower end of the buckle piece is in contact fit with a clamping seat structure of the U-shaped filter container cabin to form a reverse buckle type self-closing filter container cabin; the upside-down reverse buckling type self-closing filter liner bin and the U-shaped component bin which are arranged up and down or a connected back-to-back reverse U-shaped double-bin superposed structure (namely an H-shaped double-bin superposed structure) are connected with a fixed water passing control component, a water passing pipeline and a lower butt joint water gap through an additionally arranged fastening standard component and are connected into a whole through a bottom plate of the additionally arranged inverted U-shaped component bin in a closed mode or are connected and locked into a whole through an additionally arranged loose joint device to form a same-direction U-shaped double-bin superposed structure; the butt joint water gap of the bottom of the inverted self-closing filter liner bin is in sealed butt joint with the butt joint water gap of the U-shaped component bin to form a filter channel for connecting the water passing pipelines of the two bins and the filter liner.
3. The water purifier with U-shaped double-bin stacking structure according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising rigid water passing pipeline interfaces which are connected with the water passing pipeline and are in sealed butt joint with each other; the bottom plate is fixed with a water passing control part and a related water passing pipeline and is provided with an upward butt water port; a reverse U-shaped double-bin superposed structure formed by connecting the U-shaped filter liner bin and the inverted U-shaped component bin is provided with a downward butt joint water port, the reverse U-shaped double-bin superposed structure is vertically and correspondingly sealed and butted with an upward rigid water passing pipeline interface on the bottom plate to form a filter channel, and the butted position is vertically limited by a connecting and matching structure of the bottom plate and the inverted U-shaped component bin; the mutual sealing butt joint interface is separated from the sealing butt joint position along with the separation of the bottom plate and the inverted U-shaped component bin.
4. A water purifier with a U-shaped double-bin stacking structure comprises a filter liner, a water passing control part, a U-shaped filter liner bin for fixing the filter liner, and a loose joint device; the water passing control component and the filtering liner with the upper end provided with a butt joint water gap are connected through a water passing pipeline to form a filtering channel, and the water filtering device is characterized by also comprising a U-shaped component bin with the bottom provided with the water passing control component, the water passing pipeline connected with the control component and the butt joint water gap, and a self-closing bin formed by a first folding joint structure, a second folding joint structure and a clamping piece which are respectively connected through a first folding joint structure, a second folding joint structure and the clamping piece which are arranged at the port of the U-shaped component bin; the rear side wall of the flip cover provided with the clamping seat structure is connected with the rear side bin wall of the U-shaped component bin through a crease line connecting structure I, and the clamping seat structure is positioned on the front side of the flip cover or on the left side and the right side of the flip cover; the lower end of a clamping part corresponding to the clamping seat structure is connected with the front side bin wall of the U-shaped component bin or the left and right side bin walls of the U-shaped component bin through a crease connecting structure II, and a clamping buckle arranged at the upper end of the clamping part is in contact fit with the clamping seat structure on the turnover cover at the closed position to form a positive clamping type self-closing component bin; the right-handed self-closing component bin is in upper and lower contact fit with the U-shaped filter liner bin and is connected and locked into a whole through a loose joint device to form a U-shaped double-bin superposition structure in the same direction; the butt joint water gap at the bottom end of the positive buckling type self-closing component bin is in sealed butt joint with the butt joint water gap of the U-shaped filter liner bin to form a filter channel for connecting the water passing pipelines of the two bins and the filter liner.

A water purifier with a U-shaped double-bin stacking structure comprises a filter liner, a water passing control part, a U-shaped filter liner bin for fixing the filter liner, and a loose joint device; the water passing control component and the filter liner with the upper end provided with a butt joint water gap are connected through a water passing pipeline to form a filter channel, the water filtering device is characterized by also comprising a U-shaped component bin with a water passing control component arranged at the bin bottom, a water passing pipeline connected with the control component and the butt joint water gap, and a self-closing bin formed by a first folding line connecting structure, a second folding line connecting structure and a clamping piece which are respectively connected through a first folding line and a second folding line which are arranged at the port of the U-shaped component bin; the rear side wall of the flip cover provided with the fastener is connected with the rear side bin wall of the U-shaped component bin through a group of crease connecting structures I, and the fastener seat structure is positioned on the front side of the U-shaped component bin or on the left side and the right side of the U-shaped component bin; the upper end of the clamping part corresponding to the clamping seat structure is connected with the second folding line connecting structure or the front side bin wall of the turnover cover or the left and right side bin walls of the turnover cover; when the flip cover is in a closed position, a buckle arranged at the lower end of the buckle part is in contact fit with a clamping seat structure of the U-shaped component bin to form a reverse buckle type self-closing filter container bin; the back-off type self-closing component bin is in upper and lower contact fit with the U-shaped filter liner bin and is connected and locked into a whole through a loose joint device to form a U-shaped double-bin superposition structure in the same direction; the butt joint water gap at the bottom end of the back-off type self-closing component bin is in sealed butt joint with the butt joint water gap of the U-shaped filter liner bin to form a filter channel for connecting the water passing pipelines of the two bins and the filter liner.

The water purifier with U-shaped double-bin stack structure as claimed in claim 1, 2, 4 or 5, wherein the docking nozzle arranged in the water passing pipeline of the self-closing bin is an upper docking nozzle, and the docking nozzle arranged in the water passing pipeline of the U-shaped liner bin or the U-shaped component bin which is positioned below the self-closing bin and matched with the self-closing bin is a lower docking nozzle; when the self-closing bin and the U-shaped filter container bin or the U-shaped component bin are connected into a whole in an upper-lower matching mode, the upper butt-joint water gap and the lower butt-joint water gap are in sealed butt joint with each other.
7.
