Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical appliances and anti-aging composition storage and application, and particularly relates to an anti-aging composition storage and application device.
Background
Aging is a multi-link biological process, which is a comprehensive manifestation of reduced and disturbed body function during the period of degeneration. Although many medicines are proved to be capable of delaying aging at present, the anti-aging medicines cannot be used in disorder, and the toxic and side effects caused by the anti-aging medicines are gradually increased. The stem cell therapy, which is one of the cell therapies, provides hope for delaying aging of human beings, and has been proved in the anti-aging experiments of adipose-derived stem cells and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. In the anti-aging application, the adipose-derived stem cells not only can be used as a filling agent, but also can be used as a permanent regenerant, and the differentiation capacity is strong, so that the anti-aging effect is obvious and the curative effect is durable. The anti-aging product is a combination of fat stem cell extract and metformin, and exerts a synergistic effect.
Because the composition is active cytokine and has no preservative component, the product is required to be preserved in a low-temperature environment, a shading environment and a sterile environment, so that the activity of the cytokine is ensured. There is a need for an application device capable of storing active ingredients to address the impediments to the realization of a commercial formulation of anti-aging compositions.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an anti-aging composition storage and application device, which solves the problem of the obstruction of the anti-aging composition to realize the productization; the device is simple in manufacture and convenient for industrialized production.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
an anti-aging composition storage and application device comprises a storage bottle and an output device; the storage bottle is arranged in the output device; one end of the output device is a ball device, the other end of the output device is a spiral propelling device, and the storage bottle is arranged between the two devices; the output device comprises a ball device, a liquid inlet pipe, a shell, a protective cover, a hinge half-dividing device and a spiral pushing device; the lower end of the ball device is provided with a liquid inlet pipe, the upper end of the hinge half device is connected with the ball device, and the lower end of the hinge half device is connected with the spiral pushing device; the top of the output device is provided with a protective cover, and the outer side of the output device is provided with a shell; the device is divided into a fixed shell and a half shell;
the ball device comprises a ball and a connecting block; the left end and the right end of the ball are respectively provided with a connecting block and are connected with the fixed shell;
the hinge half device comprises a hinge and a lock catch, and the hinge and the lock catch are respectively arranged at two sides of the half shell; the half shells are fixed and connected through the lock catches and the hinges.
The spiral pushing device comprises a driving rod, a base block and a handheld rod; one end of the driving rod is connected with the base block, and the other end of the driving rod is connected with the handheld rod; the upper and lower L-shaped half shells of the output device are sleeved on the driving rod through threads; the driving rod is inserted into the half shell and can rotate relative to the substrate block;
the storage bottle includes: the bottle comprises a bottle mouth, a bottle cap, a bottle body and a piston device, wherein the bottle body comprises an inner cavity and an outer cavity, the bottle cap is arranged at one end of the bottle body, the piston device is arranged at the other end of the bottle body, an inner thread is arranged on the inner side surface of the lower end of the bottle cap, an outer thread is arranged on the outer side surface of the bottle mouth at the upper end of the bottle body, and the bottle cap is rotationally connected to the outer side surface of the upper end of the bottle body through the inner side surface thread; the piston device comprises a sealing strip and a piston, wherein the sealing strip is arranged at the bottom of the outer cavity around the outer wall of the outer cavity, and the sealing strip is connected with the bottle body and the outside of the piston.

When the storage bottle is used, the driving rod is rotated, and under the action of friction force, the substrate block is driven to move towards the ball direction, so that the effect of pushing the piston in the storage bottle forwards is achieved.
The ball device reduces friction force in the power transmission process in a rolling mode, improves the transmission efficiency of mechanical power, sends liquid to the ball, enables the composition to be in contact with skin, and plays a role in massaging the skin while reducing friction resistance.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The device is divided into a storage bottle and an output device, so that the storage and the application of the anti-aging product are respectively provided with specialized equipment, and the storage and the application of the anti-aging product are convenient for the machine body.
(2) The design of the storage bottle ensures that the product is easy to store in low-temperature, shading and sterile environments, ensures the cytokine activity and the purity of the product, and solves the technical problem of storing the anti-aging composition.
(3) The ball device is designed to reduce friction resistance and massage skin, so that the product is easier to absorb. Solves the problem of the blockage of the anti-aging composition in realizing the productization.
(4) When the product is used, the storage device is connected with the output device in a threaded rotation mode, and the product is applied to the machine body through the ball structure, so that the anti-aging function of the product is exerted.
(5) The device is simple and convenient to operate, saves labor and time.
(6) The output device is connected with the storage bottle in a threaded rotation mode, so that the device is simple and easy to operate, and the output device and the storage bottle can be well fixed.

The present invention is described in detail below by way of specific examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. Unless otherwise specified, the experimental methods used in the present invention are all conventional methods, and all experimental equipment, materials, reagents, etc. used can be obtained from commercial sources.
Example 1
An anti-aging composition storage and application device, as shown in fig. 1-2, comprises a storage bottle and an output device; the storage bottle is arranged in the output device; one end of the output device is a ball device, the other end of the output device is a spiral propelling device, and the storage bottle is arranged between the two devices; the output device comprises a ball device, a liquid inlet pipe 19, a shell, a protective cover 17, a hinge half-dividing device and a spiral pushing device; the lower end of the ball device is provided with a liquid inlet pipe 19, the upper end of the hinge half device is connected with the ball device, and the lower end is connected with the spiral pushing device; the top of the output device is provided with a protective cover 17, and the outer side of the output device is provided with a fixed shell 15 and a half shell 16;
the ball device comprises a ball 8 and a connecting block 9; connecting blocks 9 are arranged at the left end and the right end of the ball 8 and are connected with an output device fixing shell 15;
the hinge half device comprises a hinge 10 and a lock catch 11, and a half shell 16, wherein the hinge 10 and the lock catch 11 are respectively arranged on two sides of the half shell 16;
the spiral pushing device comprises a driving rod 12, a base block 13 and a handheld rod 14; one end of the driving rod 12 is connected with the base block 13, and the other end is connected with the handheld rod 14; the upper and lower L-shaped half shells 16 of the output device are sleeved on the driving rod 12 through pushing threads 18; the driving rod 12 is inserted into the half shell 16 and can rotate relative to the base block 13;
the storage bottle includes: the bottle comprises a bottle mouth 7, a bottle cap 1, a bottle body 2 and a piston device, wherein the bottle body 2 comprises an inner cavity 4 and an outer cavity 3, one end of the bottle body 2 is provided with the bottle cap 1, the other end of the bottle body 2 is provided with the piston device, the inner side surface of the lower end of the bottle cap 1 is provided with an inner thread, the outer side surface of the bottle mouth 7 at the upper end of the bottle body 2 is provided with an outer thread, and the bottle cap 1 is rotationally connected to the outer side surface of the upper end of the bottle body 2 through the inner side surface thread; the piston device comprises a seal opening 5 and a piston 6, wherein the seal opening 5 is arranged at the bottom of the outer cavity 3 around the outer wall of the outer cavity, and the seal opening 5 is connected with the bottle body 2 and the outside of the piston 6.
Further, the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe 19 is conical, the side wall is provided with an arc opening, and the outer side of the liquid inlet pipe is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread of the storage bottle.
Further, a rubber film is arranged at the bottle mouth 7 to seal, so that the sterile state of the product is maintained.
Further, when the storage bottle is used, the bulge of the unsealing strip 5 is torn, and after the unsealing strip 5 is taken down along the bottle body, the outer cavity of the bottle body at the bottom of the storage bottle is removed, so that the piston 4 is exposed.
Further, the storage bottle is connected with the output device through screw thread rotation.
The upper end of the hinge half device is connected with the connecting block 9, and the lower end of the hinge half device is connected with the spiral pushing device through the pushing thread 18.
The ball device is connected to the output device shell through the outer side of the connecting block 9, and the inner side of the ball device is connected to the liquid inlet pipe 19.
The liquid inlet pipe 19 comprises a liquid inlet cavity and a liquid inlet channel.

the ball device comprises a ball (8) and a connecting block (9); the left end and the right end of the ball (8) are respectively provided with a connecting block (9) and are connected with the fixed shell (15) of the output device;
the hinge half-dividing device comprises a hinge (10), a lock catch (11) and a half-dividing shell (16), wherein the hinge (10) and the lock catch (11) are respectively arranged at two sides of the output half-dividing shell (16); the half shell (16) is fixedly connected with the hinge (10) through the lock catch (11);
the spiral pushing device comprises a driving rod (12), a base block (13) and a handheld rod (14); one end of the driving rod (12) is connected with the base block (13), and the other end of the driving rod is connected with the handheld rod (14); the upper and lower L-shaped half shells (16) of the output device are sleeved on the driving rod (12) through pushing threads (18); the driving rod (12) is inserted into the half shell (16) and can rotate relative to the base block (13);
