Abstract
The invention discloses a collar for a pet. The pet collar comprises a collar of a pet, a fixing buckle ring, a recognition system and the like, wherein the collar comprises a base and a covering part connected with the base, and the pet collar is characterized in that a plurality of LED modules and reinforcing belts are arranged between the base and the covering part. The LED modules can be vertically arranged according to the bases and the covering parts, and the reinforcing belts are fixed by the LED modules in an up-and-down isolation mode. One side of the fixing buckle is provided with a ring which can be connected with a pet neck rope. Technical Field
The invention relates to a pet collar, in particular to a pet collar which is fixed by a neck rope buckle ring, the neck rope is provided with a recognition system for displaying pet information, and an LED module and a strengthening belt are arranged between the bottom of the pet collar and a covering part made of transparent or semitransparent materials.
Background
With the increase of the family of the dingke and the emotional stability of the old or children, people have increasingly growing demands for pets, so that the population for domestic pet breeding reaches 1000 thousands, and industries such as hospitals, product stores, special beauty technicians and hotels facing the pets are increased.
In daily life, people often go out and walk away with pets, and the risk of missing pets, including recently, the courtesy of pets due to attacks on humans by pets and the consideration of people who do not like animals, has become a social problem, so that wearing collars on dogs has become an inevitable requirement. To prevent pet abandonment or pet abuse due to missing, various local governments are implementing registration systems.
To solve this pet-related problem, as an example of a pet collar required for walking, as shown in a "luminous collar" of Korean laid-open patent No. 10-2008-0024106 and a "luminous band for pet" of Korean registered utility patent No. 20-0435138, a luminous source is attached to one side of the collar or a light emitting diode is attached to one side thereof to facilitate recognition of a pet by others or a driver at night.
However, the conventional pet collar or collar has the problem that the light emitting source is dropped or the light emitting diodes are easily damaged due to loosening or breaking caused by the exertion of force by the pet. In addition, previous light emitting collars and light emitting straps have suffered from the inability to find the owner when the pet is lost.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is designed to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a collar made of dual materials of PP and silica gel, which is provided with multiple LED modules, so as to enhance the discrimination ability of a pet at night, and prevent the LED modules from being damaged due to deformation of the collar caused by exertion of force on the pet, thereby allowing the collar to be used for a long time.
Still another object is to provide the collar with an identification portion that displays the contact details to prevent the pet from missing.
To achieve the above object, the pet collar of the present invention comprises a collar wound around a pet, a buckle fixed to the collar, and a pet collar having an identification part for displaying pet information, wherein the collar comprises a band-shaped base and a cover part connected to the base, and a plurality of LED modules and reinforcing bands are provided between the base and the cover part.
At this time, the base is made of pp (polypropylene), the covering part is made of transparent or semitransparent silica gel, the LED module and the covering part are vertically formed in a plurality of layers, and the reinforcing tape is made of stainless steel and is characterized in that the LED module is fixed in the vertical direction.
Meanwhile, the identification part is internally provided with a battery, the middle positions of the substrate and the covering part form a box type shape penetrating through the substrate and the covering part, one surface of the identification part is provided with a display part for marking the contact way, and the upper surface or the lower surface of the identification part is provided with a starting switch of the LED lamp On/Off and a charging plug for charging the battery. In addition, one side of the fixing buckle is provided with a connecting ring for connecting the collar for the pet.
According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the discrimination with other people when the pet walks at night, thereby preventing a safety accident, and it is possible to prevent the collar from being deformed and to use the collar for a long time. Further, the identification portion displaying the contact information and the like can be easily found when the pet is lost, and the missing prevention effect is provided.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
Hereinafter, the characteristics of the pet collar (hereinafter, simply referred to as "collar") manufactured according to the present invention will be understood by referring to the drawings attached with the detailed description and the actual wearing conditions. The present invention may take various forms, and examples of practical uses thereof will be described in detail herein. However, the present invention is not limited to the specific cases, and it should be understood that the present invention includes all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives included in the spirit and technical scope of the present invention.
First, the collar (1) is formed by a band-shaped collar (10) with a certain length which is fixed by a fixing buckle (20) for winding the collar around the body of a pet, and further comprises a recognition part (30) through which the collar (10) penetrates.
Generally, the identification portion (30) is preferably fixed to the central portion of the collar (10) so as to be positioned in front of or behind the neck of the pet.
The collar (1) is as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the collar (10) wound on the body of a pet, a fixing buckle ring (20) of the collar (10) and the collar for the pet with a recognition part (30) for displaying pet information, the collar (10) is composed of a strip-shaped substrate (11) and a covering part (12) connected with the substrate (11), and a plurality of LED modules (13) and reinforcing belts (14) are arranged between the substrate (11) and the covering part (12).
The substrate (11) is made of Polypropylene (PP), the covering part (12) is made of transparent or semitransparent silica gel, the LED module (13) is vertically formed into a plurality of layers according to the substrate and the covering parts (11,12), and the reinforcing strip (14) is made of stainless steel and is fixed on the LED module (13) in an up-and-down direction in an isolated mode.
In addition, the substrate (11) and the covering part (12) are mutually connected by using an adhesive, welding and the like, the LED module (13) and the reinforcing tape (14) are pasted on one surface of the substrate (11), in order to cover the covering part (12), the LED module (13) and the reinforcing tape (14) are fixed on one surface of the substrate (11) by using a method of adhesive, welding and the like, and the LED light is displayed to the outside through the covering part (12) made of transparent or semitransparent silica gel, so that other people can easily identify pets at night to prevent safety accidents such as traffic accidents in advance. Meanwhile, a PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD (PCB) of the LED module (13) is usually made of non-stretchable glass fiber, and a collar made of epoxy resin (epoxy) is attached to one surface of the substrate (11) to form a vertical isolation state with the LED module (13) in order to prevent a pet from being damaged due to force. Meanwhile, in order to connect both ends of the collar (1) by using the fixing buckle (20), the covering part (12) is shorter than the base (11). That is, a part of both ends of the base 11 is not covered by the covering portion 12, and one end of the base 11 is fixed by a fixing buckle 20, and the other end has a plurality of fixing ends 11 a.
As shown in fig. 3, the buckle body 21 is generally formed in a square box shape and has a through portion 21a formed on one side of the base 11 like a belt, and the through portion 21a is inserted into the other end of the base 11, and a plurality of fixing bases 11a on the other side of the base 11 are connected to one side of the buckle body 21 to be fixed by inserting fixing lugs 22. That is, the fixing lug (22) is made of a rubber material which is pushed by the rotating shaft (23) to rotate on the shaft center, thereby getting rid of the fixing base (11a), and is pressed toward the fixing base (11a) by the return spring (24) on the shaft center.
Of course, the above-described fixing snap ring (20) system is applicable to any fixing system, such as one in which a protruding portion is formed on one side of the base (11) and a plurality of holes are formed on the other side.
The identification part (30) is internally provided with a battery, the middle positions of the substrate (11) and the covering part (12) form a box shape penetrating through the substrate and the covering parts (11,12), one surface of the identification part is provided with a display part (31) of a communication mode, and the upper surface or the lower surface of the identification part is provided with a starting switch (32) for switching an LED and a charger connecting plug (33) for charging the battery. Furthermore, the LED module (13) is also provided with RGB LEDs capable of displaying various colors, and a plurality of colors can be displayed by repeatedly pressing the starting switch (32). For example, pressing the start switch (32) causes the LED to illuminate a white light, which is pressed once again to become red, which is pressed again to become a blue light, and finally until the LED light goes out. The telephone number lamp may be displayed in a slide show manner or the like.
Further, the display portion (31) can be formed by pasting the contact information on one surface of the identification portion (30) of the box-shaped object by using a sticker or a rubber-made numeral as in the case of the display method of the contact information on the automobile, and it is needless to say that the contact information can be displayed in various ways such as a way of directly recording on the pasted sticker. At the same time, a rechargeable battery electrically connected to the LED module is provided inside the identification portion (30), and the LED is preferably lighted after the battery is charged by the charger connection plug (33). Furthermore, a device for emitting pest extermination frequency, namely a microphone (34), a GPS receiver linked with a smart phone for confirming pet position information, and a pedometer for testing moving distance, time, number of steps and the like to test calories and the like may be further installed inside the recognition part (30), and the relevant values may be displayed on the recognition part (30). Meanwhile, one side of the fixed buckle (20) is provided with a connecting ring (25) which can be connected with the pet leash (2). Therefore, the connecting ring (25) can be used in connection with a plurality of different tethers (2).
In addition, fig. 5 and 6 are drawings showing another practical wearing pattern of the collar (1) of the present invention, and as with fig. 5 and 6, the collar (10) is composed of a ground 1 collar (15), a 2 nd collar (16) and a connecting portion (17) connecting the 1 st and 2 nd collars (15, 16) in a band type configuration. The 1 st collar (15) is provided with an LED module (13) and a reinforcing tape (14), and the connecting part (17) is characterized by an identification part (30). At this time, the fixing buckles (20) are respectively arranged at the two ends of the No. 1 neck ring (15) and the No. 2 neck ring (16), the No. 1 neck ring (15) is wound around the neck part of the pet, the No. 2 neck ring (16) is wound around the back and the armpit, so that the connecting part (17) is arranged at the back of the pet. Therefore, the pet can be fixed more stably than the pet only wound around the neck, and the force of the pet applied to the collar (1) is dispersed to prevent the deformation or malfunction of the LED module (13). Furthermore, the identification part (30) penetrating the connection part (17) is easy to identify, and a connection ring (25) can be added for connecting the neck rope (2) at the connection part (17). Meanwhile, fig. 7 and 8 are drawings showing another practical wearing diagram of the collar (1) of the present invention, and like fig. 7 and 8, the collar (10) can be wrapped around the main body (10a) of the back of the pet and one side of the main body (10a) to extend the 3 rd collar (18) wrapped around the foreleg of the pet, and the lower side of the 3 rd collar (18) is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the LED module (14) and the reinforcing band (14) can be added on one side.
Therefore, the main body (10a) is made of a stretchable material, and a part of the lower end of the 3 rd collar (18) is cut to facilitate the insertion of the front leg of the pet, and is fixed by a fixing device such as a zipper, a Velcro fastener, a snap fastener, or the like after the front leg is inserted. Furthermore, the light of the LED module (13) installed on one side of the No. 3 collar (18) according to the walking state of the pet moves repeatedly back and forth, thereby improving the external identification power. Then, the 3 rd collar (18) is covered by a covering part (12) which is made of transparent or semitransparent silica gel and consists of an LED module (13) and a reinforcing belt (14). Of course, the covering part (12) covers the whole of the substrate (11) except for a part of the two ends of the 4 th neck ring (19), and covers one surfaces of the 3 rd and 4 th neck rings (18, 19). Meanwhile, the upper part of the main body (10a) is provided with a recognition part (30), and the main body (10a) which is separated from the recognition part (30) is provided with a connecting ring (25) which can be connected with the neck rope (2).
The connection ring (25) is made of a U-shaped metal material or a synthetic resin material, and is integrated with a connection portion having a plate-like shape at a lower end, and the connection portion is connected to the body (10a) by sewing or the like. Further, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the 3 rd and 4 th collars (18,19) are placed on the front and back of the main body (10a) and the main body (10a) wound around the back of the pet, like the other wearing drawings. At this time, the 3 rd neck ring (18) is formed in a cylindrical shape by being wound around the front leg of the pet, and the 4 th neck ring (19) is formed in a band shape by being wound around the neck of the pet.
