Abstract
本发明实施例涉及一种数据传输方法及设备。该方法包括:发送设备确定TCP数据包的标识与RLC PDU的标识的映射关系。接收接收设备发送的RLC状态报告,该RLC状态报告包括RLC PDU的标识,该RLC状态报告用于指示其包括的RLC PDU标识指示的RLC PDU在接收设备的接收情况。发送设备根据RLC状态报告以及TCP数据包标识与RLC PDU标识的映射关系,生成TCP状态报告,所述TCP状态报告用于指示所述TCP数据包在所述接收设备的接收情况。本发明通过RLC确认包在空口的传输,实现TCP确认包的功能。由于RLC确认包在空口传输占用的资源远小于TCP确认包,故能够实现提高TCP协议的数据流的传输速率。
