Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to a volume change compensation device for transformer and power equipment configuration, in particular to an internal oil type metal corrugated oil storage cabinet with micro-positive pressure characteristics.
Background
At present, in order to obtain the working state of micro positive pressure and prevent deformation of products when the products bear positive pressure, an inner oil type metal corrugated oil storage cabinet used for power equipment configuration is required to be provided with a counterweight plate similar to the upper sealing plate in shape on the upper sealing plate. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the product is not deformed during negative pressure pumping detection and transportation, a pressure protection device is arranged on a lower sealing plate of the product; therefore, there are problems of low production efficiency and high production cost.

Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to provide an internal oil type metal corrugated oil storage cabinet with micro-positive pressure characteristics. The internal oil type metal corrugated oil storage cabinet with the micro-positive pressure characteristic cancels an original heavy metal block and an original pressure protection device, utilizes an oil container arranged in a corrugated core body, and forms micro-positive pressure on the corrugated core body on the basis that the sealing plate is not deformed under the conditions of positive pressure and negative pressure.
The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the oil container is divided into a plurality of spaces by upright ribs, through holes are formed in the upright ribs, and the spaces are mutually communicated through the through holes; the vertical ribs are divided into transverse ribs arranged along the length direction of the oil container and vertical ribs arranged along the width direction of the oil container, and the transverse ribs and the vertical ribs are arranged in a grid shape;
the horizontal projection of the position of the exhaust pipeline is positioned in the oil container.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:

2. The side plate of the oil container is provided with a plurality of holes, and the effective weight injected into the oil container can be determined by adjusting the opening height of the holes.
3. The oil container is internally provided with the vertical ribs, so that the deformation of the upper sealing plate can be effectively prevented.
4. The invention can replace the counter weight on the original corrugated core body and the pressure protection device in the corrugated core body, thereby reducing the production cost and the product cost by one-to-two, and saving a great amount of funds.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention comprises a cabinet body 1 and a corrugated core body 2 arranged in the cabinet body 1, wherein an oil container 4 is arranged in the corrugated core body 2, and the oil container 4 is arranged on the lower surface of an upper sealing plate 3; the shape of the oil container 4 of this embodiment is designed to be the same as the shape of the upper seal plate 3, and the center line in the height direction is collinear with the center line in the height direction of the corrugated core body 2.
The upper part of the side plate of the oil container 4 is provided with a plurality of holes 5, and each hole 5 is communicated with the inside of the corrugated core body 2. When the corrugated core 2 is filled with oil before the operation of the transformer, the oil is injected into the oil container 4 through each hole 5, and the oil container 4 forms micro-positive pressure on the corrugated core 2. The heights of the holes 5 are the same, and the effective weight of the oil injected into the oil container 4 can be determined by adjusting the heights of the holes 5. The height of the oil container 4 is equal to the height of the corrugated core body 2 when closed.
As shown in fig. 2, the oil container 4 is partitioned into a plurality of spaces by ribs 14, and the ribs 14 are provided with through holes 15, and the spaces are communicated with each other through the through holes 15. The vertical ribs 14 are divided into transverse ribs arranged along the length direction of the oil container 4 and vertical ribs arranged along the width direction of the oil container 4, and the transverse ribs and the vertical ribs are arranged in a grid shape. The transverse ribs and the vertical ribs arranged inside the oil container 4 are combined with the oil container 4, so that the deformation of the upper sealing plate 3 can be effectively prevented.
The upper sealing plate 3 is provided with an exhaust pipeline 6 communicated with the interior of the corrugated core body 2 and used for exhausting gas in the corrugated core body 2, and the horizontal projection of the position of the exhaust pipeline 6 is positioned in the oil container 4; that is, the spaces in the oil container 4 are communicated with each other and the inside of the corrugated core 2 is communicated with each other through the holes 5, so that the gas inside the corrugated core 2 can be discharged through the exhaust pipe 6 after passing through the oil container 4. The lower sealing plate 9 of the corrugated core body 2 is provided with an oil pipeline 10 communicated with the transformer oil tank, so that a real full-sealed oil circuit system is formed.
An oil level indicating device 7 is arranged at the edge of one side of the axial section of the upper sealing plate 3, an oil level observation window 8 for observing the oil level indicating device 7 is arranged on the cabinet body 1, and the oil level indicating device 7 is positioned at one side close to the oil level observation window 8. When the oil level change monitoring device is in operation, the oil level change of the oil storage cabinet can be intuitively and accurately observed through the oil level observation window 8 on the cabinet body 1; the oil level indicating device 7 of the present embodiment may be an oil level pointer.
The feeler lever 12 is mounted on the other side edge of the axial section of the upper sealing plate 3. An upper limit alarm switch 11 and a lower limit alarm switch 13 are respectively arranged on the inner wall of the cabinet body 1, and the upper limit alarm switch 14 and the lower limit alarm switch 13 are positioned on a track route that the feeler lever 12 ascends and descends along with the corrugated core body 2.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
according to the invention, the structure of the oil container 4 with the shape of the lower surface of the upper sealing plate 3 being the same as that of the upper sealing plate 3 and the holes 5 formed in the upper part of the periphery is adopted, the interior of the oil container 4 is communicated with the interior of the corrugated core 2 through the holes 5, and the height of the oil container 4 is equal to the height of the corrugated core 2 when the corrugated core 2 is closed, so that the oil container can play a role of a pressure protection device. Oil injected into the oil container 4 through the holes 5 when the corrugated core 2 is filled with oil before the operation of the transformer, the dead weight of the oil container 4 and the injected oil overcome the buoyancy of the oil in the corrugated core 2, and the oil container 4 can generate micro positive pressure on the corrugated core 2, so that the transformer keeps a working state of micro positive pressure when the transformer is operated. Once the oil pipeline 10 leaks, the oil in the wave core body 2 can leak light gradually, the oil in the oil container 4 cannot leak, the weight of the oil in the oil container 4 can force the wave core body 2 to be closed, and then the lower limit alarm switch 13 can alarm, so that the safe operation of the whole transformer system is ensured. Moreover, the oil container 4 of the present embodiment can protect the upper sealing plate 3 from deformation no matter when the inside of the corrugated core 2 is positive or negative.
