Claims (9)

1. A repaired mouth device for a pipeline, characterized in that the repaired mouth device comprises: the pipeline heating device comprises a support (1) which is rotatably sleeved on a pipeline, and a winding mechanism (2) and a heating mechanism (3) which are arranged on the support (1);
the heating means (3) comprise a first heating assembly (31) for preheating the conduit;
the winding mechanism (2) includes: a frame (21), and,
a repaired mouth belt shaft (22), a rotatable adsorption roller (23) and a second heating component (24) which are detachably connected with the frame (21);
the repaired mouth belt shaft (22) is used for placing the repaired mouth belt,
the adsorption roller (23) is used for driving the joint strip to be separated from the joint strip shaft (22) and wound on the pipeline, the adsorption roller (23) comprises a silica gel layer arranged on the surface of the roller, the silica gel layer is used for compensating the distance from the outer wall of the adsorption roller (23) to the outer wall of the pipeline so as to enable the joint strip to be attached to the outer wall of the pipeline, and the adsorption roller (23) is a vacuum adsorption roller;
the second heating assembly (24) is used for heating the joint tape separated from the joint tape shaft (22).

The patching device of claim 1, wherein the bracket (1) comprises: the device comprises a first arc-shaped support (11) and a second arc-shaped support (12) which can be closed to form a ring shape, wherein the distance between the first arc-shaped support (11) and the second arc-shaped support (12) is adjustable.

the second arc-shaped bracket (12) comprises a third arc plate (121) and a fourth arc plate (122) which are arranged in parallel;
the adjacent end parts of the first arc plate (111) and the third arc plate (121) are connected through a first hydraulic telescopic rod (4A);
the adjacent end parts of the second arc plate (112) and the fourth arc plate (122) are connected through a second hydraulic telescopic rod (4B).
4. The patching device of claim 3, wherein the winding mechanism (2) further comprises: the conveying device comprises a rotatable carrier roller and a conveying net (26) sleeved on the carrier roller;
the bearing roller setting is in mending take the axle (22) and adsorb between roller (23), include: a first carrier roller (25A) close to the repaired band shaft (22) and a second carrier roller (25B) close to the adsorption roller (23);
the first idler (25A) and the second idler (25B) are used for tensioning and driving the conveying net (26);

the press roll assembly (29) comprises:
a compression roller shaft (291) detachably connected with the frame (21) and capable of rotating along the axis thereof;
an eccentric (292) fixed to the platen roller shaft (291);
a pressure roller wheel bracket (293) which is abutted against the lower part of the eccentric wheel (292); and the number of the first and second groups,
and a pressure roller (294) fixed to the pressure roller bracket (293).
6. The patching device of claim 4, wherein the winding mechanism (2) further comprises a first driving assembly for driving the carrier roller and the suction roller (23) to rotate.
7. The patching device of claim 6, wherein a first sprocket (27A) is provided at an end of the first idler (25A), a second sprocket (27B) is provided at an end of the second idler (25B), and a third sprocket is provided at an end of the suction roller (23);
the first drive assembly includes: a motor, a fourth sprocket (27C), a first chain (28A) and a second chain (28B);
the motor is arranged below the conveying net (26), and the fourth chain wheel (27C) is connected with the output end of the motor;
the first chain (28A) connects the first sprocket (27A), the second sprocket (27B) and the fourth sprocket (27C) simultaneously;
the second chain (28B) connects the fourth sprocket (27C) and the third sprocket simultaneously.
8. The patching device of claim 4, wherein the second heating assembly (24) comprises: an infrared lamp holder (241); a plurality of infrared lamps (242) fixed on the infrared lamp holder (241); and an infrared reflection plate (243) arranged above the infrared lamp tube (242).
9. The patching device of claim 2, wherein the heating mechanism (3) further comprises:
a travelling wheel (32) fixed on the second arc-shaped bracket (12), and a second driving component (33) used for driving the bracket (1) to rotate on the pipeline.
