the lower pressing frame comprises a lower pressing fixed plate fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the accommodating box body, the lower pressing fixed plate is located on the lower portion of the upper pressing fixed plate, a plurality of lower pressing fixed plate ear plates which are evenly arranged are fixed to the top of the lower pressing fixed plate, and a lower pressing wheel is hinged to the lower pressing fixed plate ear plates in a rotating mode.
The clamping plate unit comprises an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate, and the cloth is clamped between the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate; both sides of the top of the upper clamping plate are provided with upper clamping plate slideways for the upper pressing wheel to press and roll, and both sides of the bottom of the lower clamping plate are provided with lower clamping plate slideways for the lower pressing wheel to press and roll;
the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate are fixed in relative positions through a type fixing plate arranged at the front end parts of the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate, and threaded holes are formed in the upper wall plate and the lower wall plate of the type fixing plate; the abutting bolt is screwed in the threaded hole, and the end parts of the abutting bolt are respectively abutted against the top surface of the upper clamping plate and the bottom surface of the lower clamping plate;
a moisture absorption layer is fixed on the inner side wall of the rear part of the accommodating box body;
a sealing layer is fixed on the front door of the box body, and a lock catch which can be locked with the accommodating box body is arranged on the front door of the box body on the side part of the sealing layer;
the top of the accommodating box body is provided with a plurality of accommodating box body fixing grooves with isosceles trapezoid cross sections, and the short bottom edges of the accommodating box body fixing grooves face outwards; the two sides and the bottom of the buffer base are respectively provided with a plurality of buffer base side fixing grooves and buffer base lower fixing grooves with isosceles trapezoid cross sections, and the short bottom edges of the buffer base side fixing grooves and the buffer base lower fixing grooves face the outer side; the buffer base side fixing groove, the buffer base lower fixing groove and the accommodating box body fixing groove are identical in size and structure.
The cloth flattening conveying box also comprises a connecting lath used for fixing the adjacent flattening conveying boxes; the cross section of the connecting lath is an isosceles trapezoid combined body with two butt-jointed short bottom edges, and the half part of the connecting lath can be inserted into the fixing groove of the accommodating box body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cloth conveying box is simple in structure, convenient and practical, and can prevent the cloth from being wrinkled and damaged in the conveying process, and meanwhile, the cloth is prevented from being damped in the conveying box; the containing box body is in buffer connection with the buffer base, so that the vibration influence on cloth conveying caused by the automobile in the running process is reduced; the adjacent flat conveying boxes are fixedly connected through the connecting strips in an inserting mode, and the stability of the plurality of flat conveying boxes during conveying is improved.

As shown in fig. 1-5, a cloth leveling conveying box comprises a buffer base 2 and an accommodating box body 10 inserted and installed on the upper portion of the buffer base 2, wherein pressing frame units 3 are fixedly arranged on the inner side walls of two sides of the accommodating box body 10, and clamping plate units 4 are fixedly clamped on the pressing frame units 3;
the front part of the containing box body 10 is connected with a box body front door 11 through a hinge 100 in a switching way, and the bottom of the containing box body 10 is fixed with a plurality of inserted rods 12; a base cavity 20 is formed in the middle of the buffer base 2, a base upper plate hole for inserting the plurality of inserting rods 12 is formed in the top of the buffer base 2, and the plurality of inserting rods 12 are inserted in the base upper plate hole and extend into the base cavity 20; the bottom of the inserted bar 12 is provided with a threaded part, and a limit bolt 14 is screwed on the threaded part of the inserted bar; the rod body of the inserted rod 12 is sleeved with a buffer spring 13, and the upper end part and the lower end part of the buffer spring 13 are respectively abutted on the bottom surface of the accommodating box body 10 and the top surface of the buffer base 2;

the pressing frame 32 includes a pressing fixing plate 320 fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the accommodating box 10, the pressing fixing plate 320 is located at the lower portion of the pressing fixing plate 311, a plurality of pressing fixing plate lugs 321 evenly arranged are fixed at the top of the pressing fixing plate 320, and the pressing fixing plate lugs 321 are rotatably hinged to a pressing wheel 322.
The chucking unit 4 includes an upper chuck 41 and a lower chuck 42, and the cloth 6 is sandwiched between the upper chuck 41 and the lower chuck 42; two sides of the top of the upper clamp plate 41 are provided with upper clamp plate slideways 410 for the upper press wheel 314 to press and roll, and two sides of the bottom of the lower clamp plate 42 are provided with lower clamp plate slideways 420 for the lower press wheel 322 to press and roll;
the upper clamping plate 41 and the lower clamping plate 42 are fixed in relative positions through a mold fixing plate 43 arranged at the front end parts of the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate, and threaded holes are formed in the upper wall plate and the lower wall plate of the mold fixing plate 43; the abutting bolt 430 is screwed in the threaded hole, and the end parts of the abutting bolt are respectively abutted against the top surface of the upper clamping plate 41 and the bottom surface of the lower clamping plate 42;
a moisture absorption layer 15 is fixed on the inner side wall of the rear part of the accommodating box body 10;
a sealing layer 111 is fixed on the front door 11 of the box body, and a lock catch 112 which can be locked with the accommodating box body 10 is arranged on the front door 11 of the box body on the side part of the sealing layer 111;
the top of the accommodating box body 10 is provided with a plurality of accommodating box body fixing grooves 101 with isosceles trapezoid cross sections, and the short bottom edges of the accommodating box body fixing grooves 101 are arranged towards the outer side; a plurality of buffer base side fixing grooves 21 and buffer base lower fixing grooves 22 with isosceles trapezoid cross sections are respectively formed in the two sides and the bottom of the buffer base 2, and the short bottom edges of the buffer base side fixing grooves 21 and the buffer base lower fixing grooves 22 are arranged towards the outer side; the buffer base side fixing groove 21, the buffer base lower fixing groove 22 and the accommodating case fixing groove 101 have the same size and structure.
The cloth flattening conveying box also comprises a connecting lath 5 used for fixing the adjacent flattening conveying boxes; the section of the connecting lath 5 is an isosceles trapezoid combined body type with two butt-jointed short bottom edges, and half parts of the connecting lath 5 can be inserted into the accommodating box body fixing groove 101.
In the process of leveling and conveying the cloth, firstly, a cloth clamp is placed between an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate, the relative positions of the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate are fixed through a fixing plate, a clamping plate unit is subsequently inserted into a pressing frame unit, and the clamping plate unit is stably clamped under the opposite pressing action of an upper pressing wheel and a lower pressing wheel; the front door of the box body is locked on the accommodating box body through the lock catch, and the front part and the rear part of the clamping plate unit are respectively attached and fixed on the sealing layer and the moisture absorption layer, so that the clamping plate unit is prevented from moving forwards and backwards. When a plurality of conveying boxes are leveled and conveyed simultaneously, two adjacent buffer bases are connected in parallel and fixed in an inserting mode through the connecting plate strips, or the buffer bases and the accommodating box body when two adjacent buffer bases are vertically placed are connected and fixed in an inserting mode through the connecting plate strips, so that the conveying stability of the conveying boxes is improved.
