Abstract

The OTA (Over-the-Air) technology is a technology for remotely managing data and applications through an Air interface of mobile communication, and is widely applied to services such as download and upgrade. For example, an automobile with an OTA function can perform online upgrade on an automobile ECU (Electronic Control Unit) through the internet, so as to realize the performance optimization upgrade of the ECU.
At present, the method for downloading the upgrade package by using the OTA technology may include: the server sends the download address of the upgrade package to the terminal; the terminal inquires IP (Internet Protocol) address information of an OTA domain name in an upgrading packet downloading address from a domain name resolution server; and after acquiring the IP address information of the OTA domain name returned by the domain name resolution server, the terminal is connected with the OTA server corresponding to the IP address information, and then acquires the upgrade package corresponding to the download address from the OTA server. In the existing upgrade package downloading process, the terminal cannot accurately acquire the IP address information of the OTA domain name from the domain name resolution server, often due to a domain name resolution server failure, domain name hijacking, and the like, and the upgrade package fails to be downloaded to a malicious upgrade package. Therefore, there is a need to provide a more reliable or efficient solution to ensure accurate downloads to secure upgrade packages.
Disclosure of Invention

In another specific embodiment, when the upgrade service attribute includes the fault information of the OTA server, the IP address information with the minimum fault rate of the OTA server corresponding to the IP address information may be selected from the IP address information corresponding to the domain name of the download address according to the fault information of the OTA server, and the IP address information is used as the IP address information of the domain name in the download address.
The IP address information is determined based on the upgrade service attribute, so that the terminal can be ensured to quickly acquire accurate IP address information, and the flexibility of IP address configuration and attack defense is enhanced.

It can be seen from the above embodiments of the method, apparatus, server, terminal or system for downloading an upgrade package provided by the present invention that the IP address information of a domain name is returned by the control server, which can provide the same IP address information as that of a conventional domain name server when performing domain name resolution, thereby avoiding that the upgrade package is downloaded unsuccessfully due to a domain name resolution failure when performing domain name resolution by means of the domain name resolution server in the prior art, or the upgrade package is downloaded maliciously, ensuring that the terminal can receive an IP address corresponding to a correct OTA domain name, and acquiring the upgrade package to be downloaded, and having better flexibility and security.
It should be noted that: the precedence order of the above embodiments of the present invention is only for description, and does not represent the merits of the embodiments. And specific embodiments thereof have been described above. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, as for the device, server, terminal and system embodiments, since they are substantially similar to the method embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (12)
1. An upgrade package downloading method, the method comprising:
the control server monitors whether the over-the-air OTA domain name resolution is abnormal or not;
when the monitoring result is yes, the control server sends a download address of an upgrade package and network protocol IP address information of a domain name in the download address to a terminal, wherein the IP address information is determined by the control server from the IP address information corresponding to the domain name of the download address based on the upgrade service attribute;
the terminal is connected with the OTA server corresponding to the IP address information and requests to download an upgrade package from the download address;
and the OTA server sends the upgrade package to the terminal.
2. An upgrade package downloading method, the method comprising:
monitoring whether the over-the-air OTA domain name resolution is abnormal or not;
and when the monitoring result is yes, sending a download address of an upgrade package and network protocol IP address information of a domain name in the download address to the terminal, wherein the IP address information is determined by the control server from the IP address information corresponding to the domain name of the download address based on the upgrade service attribute, so that the terminal is connected with an OTA server corresponding to the IP address information and requests to download the upgrade package from the download address.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to the monitoring whether the over-the-air OTA domain name resolution is anomalous, the method further comprises:
sending an upgrade package download control instruction to the terminal;
receiving current version information sent by the terminal;
determining upgrade version information according to the current version information, and sending the upgrade version information to the terminal;
and receiving a query request of a download address of an upgrade package corresponding to the upgrade version information sent by the terminal.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and when the monitoring result is negative, sending a download address of the upgrade package to the terminal so that the terminal acquires the upgrade package based on the download address.
5. An upgrade package downloading method, the method comprising:
receiving a download address of an upgrade package and network protocol (IP) address information of a domain name in the download address sent by a control server when the control server monitors that the domain name resolution of an over-the-air download OTA is abnormal, wherein the IP address information is determined by the control server from the IP address information corresponding to the domain name of the download address based on an upgrade service attribute;
connecting an OTA server corresponding to the IP address information, and requesting to download an upgrade package from the download address;
and receiving the upgrade package sent by the OTA server.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein before the receiving control server monitors the occurrence of an anomaly in domain name resolution of the over-the-air downloading OTA, the method further comprises, before the download address of the upgrade package and the IP address information of the domain name in the download address are sent:
receiving an upgrade package downloading control instruction sent by a control server;
sending current version information to a control server;
receiving upgrading version information which is sent by a control server and determined according to the current version information;
and sending a query request of the download address of the upgrade package corresponding to the upgrade version information to a control server.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the connecting to the OTA over the air server corresponding to the IP address information, and the requesting to download the upgrade package from the download address comprises:
adjusting the downloading command into a downloading command for downloading by using the IP address information of the domain name;
and connecting an over-the-air OTA server corresponding to the IP address information based on the downloading command, and requesting to download an upgrading packet from the downloading address.
8. An upgrade package download system, the system comprising: the system comprises a control server, a terminal and an over-the-air OTA server;
the control server is used for monitoring whether the over-the-air OTA domain name resolution is abnormal or not, and when the monitoring result is yes, sending a download address of an upgrade package and network protocol IP address information of a domain name in the download address to the terminal, wherein the IP address information is determined by the control server from the IP address information corresponding to the domain name of the download address based on the upgrade service attribute;
the terminal is used for connecting an OTA server corresponding to the IP address information and requesting to download an upgrade package from the download address;
and the OTA server is used for sending the upgrade package to the terminal.
9. An upgrade package downloading apparatus, comprising:
the monitoring module is used for monitoring whether the over-the-air OTA domain name resolution is abnormal or not;
and the data sending module is used for sending a download address of an upgrade package and network protocol IP address information of a domain name in the download address to the terminal when the monitoring result of the monitoring module is yes, wherein the IP address information is determined by the control server from the IP address information corresponding to the domain name of the download address based on the upgrade service attribute, so that the terminal is connected with an OTA server corresponding to the IP address information and requests to download the upgrade package from the download address.
10. An upgrade package downloading apparatus, comprising:
the data receiving module is used for receiving a download address of an upgrade package and network protocol IP address information of a domain name in the download address which are sent when the control server monitors that the domain name resolution of the over-the-air download OTA is abnormal, wherein the IP address information is determined by the control server from the IP address information corresponding to the domain name of the download address based on the upgrade service attribute;
the connecting module is used for connecting the over-the-air OTA server corresponding to the IP address information;
a download request module for requesting to download the upgrade package from the download address;
and the upgrade package receiving module is used for receiving the upgrade package sent by the OTA server.
11. An upgrade package download server, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory has stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions, which is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the upgrade package download method according to any one of claims 2 to 4.
12. An upgrade package download terminal, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory has stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions, which is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the upgrade package download method according to any one of claims 5 to 7.
