the video network monitoring and networking management and scheduling system receives a cascade information item and a signaling sent by the intelligent terminal, wherein the cascade information item is the item content for carrying out cascade synchronous operation, and the signaling is used for requesting the data information of a lower platform in the video network;
the video network monitoring and networking management and scheduling system sends a signaling to an intermediate server of an upper-level platform in the video network;
the intermediate server of the upper platform in the video network forwards the signaling to the intermediate server of the lower platform in the video network;
the intermediate server of the lower platform in the video network receives the signaling and sends the signaling to the cooperative server of the lower platform in the video network;
the intermediate server of the lower platform in the video network receives the data information of the lower platform in the video network sent by the cooperation server of the lower platform in the video network and sends the data information of the lower platform in the video network to the intermediate server of the upper platform in the video network;
the intermediate server of the upper platform in the video network inserts the data information of the lower platform in the video network into the database;
the video network monitoring, networking, managing and scheduling system carries out cascading synchronous operation according to the data information of the lower-level platform in the video network and the cascading information items, so that the data information and the cascading information of the upper-level platform and the lower-level platform in the video network are consistent.

the intelligent terminal receives a cascade information item and an instruction for requesting data information of a lower platform in the video network, wherein the cascade information item comprises: the video networking number of the lower platform, the name of the lower platform, the state of the lower platform and the region of the lower platform;
the intelligent terminal sends the cascading information items and the instructions to the video networking box;
the video network box carries out video network protocol conversion on the cascade information item and the instruction, and converts the cascade information item and the instruction into a cascade information item and a signaling identified by a video network monitoring and networking management scheduling system;
and the video network box sends the cascade information item and the signaling to the video network monitoring and networking management and scheduling system.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving, by the intermediate server of the lower platform in the video network, the data information of the lower platform in the video network sent by the collaboration server of the lower platform in the video network comprises:
the coordination and transfer server of the lower platform in the video network reads the data information of the lower platform in the video network in the database of the coordination and transfer server of the lower platform in the video network according to the signaling;

The method according to claim 1, wherein before the video networking monitoring and managing and scheduling system performs the cascade synchronization operation according to the lower platform data information in the video networking and the cascade information items, the method further comprises:
the video network monitoring, networking, managing and scheduling system judges whether the received data information of the lower-level platform in the video network is consistent with the data information of the lower-level platform in the video network, which is stored in a database of the video network monitoring, networking, managing and scheduling system;
if the video network monitoring and networking management scheduling system is consistent with the video network monitoring and networking management scheduling system, the video network monitoring and networking management scheduling system does not carry out cascade synchronous operation;
and if the difference is not consistent, the video networking monitoring and networking management scheduling system carries out cascade synchronous operation.
