The protection cover 90 is disposed on the second electrical connector 60 of the bottom case 10, the protection cover 90 is detachably engaged with the bottom case 10, and a first protrusion 91 is disposed on a top surface of the protection cover 90. In the assembly process, the first protruding portion 91 can be conveniently clamped by an automatic clamping device such as a clamping head and a mechanical arm, and the automatic clamping device can clamp the first protruding portion 91 to transport the protective cover 90 above the control circuit board of the bottom box 10, so that the protective cover 90 is clamped and fixed on the bottom box 10. Thus, the protective cover 90 can be automatically assembled on the bottom box 10 without manual operation, so that the working efficiency is high, the manpower and material resources can be saved, and the cost is low.
Further, referring to fig. 14 and 15, a second protrusion 92 is disposed on the bottom surface of the protective cover 90. The second protruding portion 92 is disposed corresponding to the push button 40, and the second protruding portion 92 is configured to be in interference fit with an end portion of the power wire 200. Thus, before the protective cover 90 is assembled, after the protective cover 90 is conveyed onto the conveying rails one by one through the vibration discharging device, the second convex portion 92 passes through the sliding hole below the bottom wall of the conveying rail and moves along the sliding hole during the movement along the conveying rail. When the conveying rail conveys the protective cover 90 to the preset position, the second convex portion 92 can be conveniently clamped by automatic equipment such as a clamping head, a mechanical arm and the like, and moved to the next station, and the operation is convenient.
It should be explained that, the top surface of the protective cover 90 refers to a side surface of the top plate of the protective cover 90 facing away from the bottom case 10 after the protective cover 90 is mounted on the bottom case 10; in contrast, the bottom surface of the protection cover 90 refers to a side surface of the top plate of the protection cover 90 facing the bottom case 10 after the protection cover 90 is mounted on the bottom case 10.
In this way, during the assembly process of the push button 40 and the power cord 200, the second protrusion 92 can also be used to prop against the end of the power cord 200 to avoid the power cord 200 from being excessively inserted into the bottom case 10, so as to improve the safety performance.

Further, referring to fig. 12, the first protrusion 91 is disposed adjacent to the opening 93, and the top surface of the protective cover 90 includes a first area and a second area 99 connected to each other. The first region is further away from the bottom case 10 than the second region 99, so that the top surface of the protection cover 90 has a stepped structure. The first protrusion 91 is located in the first area, and the opening 93 is opened in the second area 99. In this way, the first protrusion 91 is more convex with respect to the second region 99 of the top surface, and is easier to be taken and placed by the automated clamping apparatus.
On the other hand, the second area 99 corresponds to the press button 40, the opening 93 corresponds to the button body 41, and the remaining area of the second area 99 is in interference fit with the first press line portion 42 and the second press line portion 43. The button body 41 can move up and down at the opening 93, and the second region 99 plays a limiting role on the first pressing line portion 42 and the second pressing line portion 43, so that the pressing line button 40 can be prevented from being separated from the battery case.
