Further, after issuing the vehicle moving reminding message to the first terminal, the method further comprises the following steps: and receiving third position information reported again by the first terminal and used for parking the vehicle within a preset time length, comparing the first position information with the third position information, and sending a fine reminding message to the first terminal if the third position information still belongs to the monitoring area corresponding to the first position information. The preset duration can be calibrated according to actual conditions.
Specifically, after the vehicle moving reminding message is issued to the first terminal through the server, the position information of the vehicle needs to be monitored in real time to judge whether the vehicle is moved out of the illegal parking area by the vehicle owner. The server receives third position information, detected by a positioning system arranged in the first terminal, of the parking area where the vehicle stops within a preset time, and compares the first position information with the third position information to judge whether the vehicle is moved out of the illegal parking area by the vehicle owner. Specifically, after the vehicle moving reminding message is issued to the first terminal through the server, if the third position information reported again by the first terminal and where the vehicle stops is not received within the preset time, it indicates that the vehicle owner does not move the vehicle, and therefore, the fine reminding message is sent to the first terminal.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after issuing the vehicle stealing prompting message to the first terminal, the method further includes: acquiring a running vehicle in a monitoring area to which the running vehicle belongs; and issuing a reminding message for prohibiting the vehicle from stopping in the belonged monitoring area to the running vehicle.
Specifically, after the server moves the vehicle to the first terminal, the server may further continue to retrieve the monitoring information of the monitoring area to which the first location information of the vehicle parked belongs, process and analyze the monitoring information to obtain the running vehicle in the monitoring area, obtain the license plate information of the running vehicle, extract the identification information of the corresponding vehicle owner, such as the identity number and the mobile phone number of the vehicle owner, from the vehicle management system according to the license plate information of the vehicle, and determine the first terminal corresponding to the vehicle owner according to the identification information of the vehicle owner. After the first terminal corresponding to the owner of the running vehicle is determined, a reminding message for prohibiting the vehicle from stopping in the belonging monitoring area can be issued to the first terminal, so that when the condition of road congestion in the monitoring area is determined, the running vehicle in the monitoring area can be reminded in time, the running vehicle is prevented from stopping in the monitoring area, and the condition of road congestion can be fundamentally improved.

It should be noted that the method for handling illegal parking of a vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention may be executed by an intelligent terminal of a vehicle owner (e.g., a mobile phone of the vehicle owner, an intelligent bracelet, etc.). Specifically, when the vehicle is flamed out and parked, before the first position information of the parked vehicle is reported to the server through the intelligent device of the vehicle owner, whether the vehicle owner selects and opens the APP software of the 'strip' can be detected, namely, the target selection operation of the vehicle owner is detected. As a possible implementation manner, after receiving the vehicle moving reminding message issued by the server, the intelligent terminal does not report the position information of the parked vehicle to the server again within a preset time period, and under the condition, the server can identify that the vehicle owner does not move and issue the penalty reminding message to perform penalty punishment on the vehicle owner, so that the intelligent terminal can receive the penalty reminding message issued by the server when the vehicle owner does not move.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the processing method for illegal vehicle parking further comprises the following steps: and reporting the position information of the parked vehicles after the vehicles are moved to the server again, and receiving the fine reminding message sent by the server. And the fine reminding message is sent by the server when the position information of the vehicle parked after the vehicle is moved is still in the monitoring area corresponding to the first position information.
As another possible implementation manner, after the intelligent terminal of the vehicle owner receives the vehicle moving reminding message sent by the server, the server may determine whether the vehicle owner moves the vehicle out of the illegal parking area according to the position information, detected by the positioning system built in the intelligent terminal, of the vehicle parked within the preset time period, wherein the position information of the vehicle parked after the vehicle moving and the third position information may be compared to determine whether the vehicle owner moves the vehicle out of the illegal parking area. If the position information of the parked vehicle after moving the vehicle still belongs to the monitoring area corresponding to the first position information, the vehicle owner does not move the vehicle out of the illegal parking area, and therefore the server can issue a fine reminding message to the intelligent terminal of the vehicle owner. That is to say, if the vehicle moving reminding message issued by the server is received through the intelligent terminal of the vehicle owner, but the vehicle owner does not move the vehicle out of the illegal parking area, the intelligent terminal can receive the fine reminding message issued by the server to perform fine punishment on the vehicle owner.

As shown in fig. 6, the device for processing illegal parking of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a first receiving module 100 and a determining module 200.
The first receiving module 100 is configured to receive first position information, reported by a first terminal of a vehicle owner, where the vehicle stops; the judging module 200 is configured to judge the number of illegal parking in the monitoring area to which the first location information belongs, determine that the vehicle owner needs to move the vehicle when the number of illegal parking exceeds a preset number, and issue a vehicle moving reminding message to the first terminal.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after the determining module 200 issues the vehicle moving reminding message to the first terminal, the determining module is further configured to acquire other first terminals that have reported the first location information in the monitoring area to which the determining module belongs, and issue the vehicle moving reminding message to the other first terminals.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the determining module 200 is further configured to receive a road condition image of a road segment where the second terminal of the passerby is located and current second location information of the passerby, identify whether the road segment where the second terminal of the passerby is located is congested according to the road condition image, compare the first location information with the second location information when the congestion occurs, and issue a vehicle moving reminding message to the first terminal when the first location information and the second location information belong to the same monitoring area.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the determining module 200 is further configured to, when there is a first terminal that does not report the first location information to the server, identify license plate information of each vehicle from the multiple road condition images, obtain identification information of an owner of the vehicle according to the license plate information, determine a first terminal corresponding to the owner according to the identification information of the owner, identify a first terminal that does not report the first location information from all the first terminals, and issue a vehicle moving notification message to the first terminal.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the determining module 200 is further configured to, after issuing the vehicle moving reminding message to the first terminal, receive third location information, which is reported again by the first terminal and at which the vehicle stops, within a preset time period, compare the first location information with the third location information, and send a fine reminding message to the first terminal when the third location information still belongs to the monitoring area corresponding to the first location information; the judging module is further used for sending a fine reminding message to the first terminal when the third position information is not received within the preset time length.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after issuing the vehicle moving reminding message to the first terminal, the determining module 200 is further configured to acquire the driving vehicle in the belonging monitoring area, and issue a reminding message for prohibiting the vehicle from stopping in the belonging monitoring area to the driving vehicle.

As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus for processing illegal parking of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a first transmitting module 300 and a second receiving module 400.
The first sending module 300 is configured to report first location information where the vehicle stops to a server; the second receiving module 400 is configured to receive a vehicle moving reminding message issued by the server, where the vehicle moving reminding message is issued when the server determines that the vehicle owner needs to move according to the first location information.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first sending module 300 is further configured to detect a target selection operation of the vehicle owner before reporting the first location information of the vehicle parked to the server, and start a monitoring service function for parking violation according to the target selection operation.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first sending module 300 is further configured to obtain first identification information of the vehicle owner and second identification information of the vehicle during registration, and send the first identification information and the second identification information to the server.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second receiving module 400 is further configured to receive a fine reminding message sent by the server, where the fine reminding message is sent by the server when the vehicle owner is identified as not moving.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first sending module 300 is further configured to report the location information where the vehicle parked after moving the vehicle to the server again; the second receiving module 400 is further configured to receive a fine reminding message sent by the server, where the fine reminding message is sent by the server when the position information of the parked vehicle after the vehicle is removed still belongs to the monitoring area corresponding to the first position information.

According to the computer-readable storage medium of the embodiment of the invention, by executing the method for processing the illegal parking of the vehicle, the parking position of the vehicle can be monitored in real time, whether the road congestion is caused or not is accurately judged according to the number of the illegal parking in the monitoring area, so that whether the vehicle owner needs to move the vehicle or not is judged, and when the vehicle owner needs to move the vehicle, the vehicle owner is effectively reminded of moving the vehicle in time, so that the road congestion condition can be fundamentally improved, and meanwhile, the working pressure of workers of a traffic control department is greatly reduced.

1. A method for processing illegal parking of a vehicle, which is executed by a server, and comprises the following steps:
receiving first position information reported by a first terminal of a vehicle owner, wherein the first position information is used for parking the vehicle;
judging the number of illegal parking in the monitoring area to which the first position information belongs, if the number of illegal parking exceeds the preset number, determining that the vehicle owner needs to move the vehicle, and issuing a vehicle moving reminding message to the first terminal;
and after issuing the vehicle moving reminding message to the first terminal, acquiring other first terminals which report the first position information in the monitoring area, and issuing the vehicle moving reminding message to the other first terminals.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a road condition image of a road section where the second terminal of the passerby is located and current second position information of the passerby, wherein the road condition image and the current second position information are reported by the second terminal of the passerby;
identifying whether the road section is jammed according to the road condition image;
and if the congestion occurs, comparing the first position information with the second position information, and if the first position information and the second position information belong to the same monitoring area, issuing the vehicle moving reminding message to the first terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
when a first terminal which does not report the first position information to the server exists, identifying license plate information of each vehicle from a plurality of road condition images, acquiring identification information of an owner of the vehicle according to the license plate information, and determining a first terminal corresponding to the owner according to the identification information of the owner;
and identifying the first terminals which do not report the first position information from all the first terminals, and issuing vehicle moving reminding messages to the first terminals.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after issuing the vehicle stealing notification message to the first terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving third position information reported again by the first terminal and used for parking the vehicle within a preset time length, comparing the first position information with the third position information, and if the third position information still belongs to a monitoring area corresponding to the first position information, sending a fine reminding message to the first terminal; wherein,
and if the third position information is not received within the preset time length, sending a fine reminding message to the first terminal.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein after issuing the vehicle stealing notification message to the first terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring a running vehicle in a monitoring area to which the running vehicle belongs;
and issuing a reminding message for prohibiting the running vehicle from stopping in the monitoring area to which the running vehicle belongs.
6. A processing method for illegal parking of vehicles is characterized by being executed by an intelligent terminal of a vehicle owner, and comprises the following steps:
reporting first position information of the parked vehicle to a server;
receiving a vehicle moving reminding message sent by the server; the vehicle moving reminding message is issued by the server when the server judges that the number of illegal parking in the monitoring area to which the first position information belongs exceeds the preset number.
7. The vehicle illegal parking processing method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising:
and receiving a fine reminding message issued by the server, wherein the fine reminding message is sent by the server when the owner of the vehicle is identified not to move.
8. The vehicle illegal parking processing method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising:
reporting the position information of the parked vehicle to the server again after the vehicle is moved;
