Claims (8)

1. A method for tracking the quality of concrete, comprising:
the concrete supplier prepares concrete according to the demand information of the concrete purchaser, and writes vehicle transportation information in a first electronic tag carried by the concrete transportation vehicle; and associating the concrete information with the vehicle transportation information and transmitting the concrete information and the vehicle transportation information to a server;
after the concrete truck arrives at the construction site, collecting concrete in the concrete truck and manufacturing a concrete test block, implanting a second electronic tag carrying concrete test block information into the concrete test block, associating the concrete test block information with the concrete truck information, and sending information in the first electronic tag and information in the second electronic tag to a server;
a third electronic tag is arranged on the concrete pump truck, a positioning chip is arranged at a discharge hole of the concrete pump truck, and concrete pump truck information and positioning chip information are recorded in the third electronic tag; recording the starting time and the ending time of concrete pouring when the concrete is poured, arranging an electronic tag reader on a concrete pump truck, taking the time when a first electronic tag enters the identification range of the electronic tag reader as the concrete pouring starting time, and taking the time when the first electronic tag leaves the identification range of the electronic tag reader as the concrete pouring finishing time; information in the first electronic tag, information in the third electronic tag and concrete pouring time information are associated and uploaded to a server;
arranging a base station network in each layer of concrete pouring operation plane, acquiring coordinate information of a positioning chip in real time by the base station network when concrete in a concrete transport vehicle is poured, correlating the information of the positioning chip, the coordinate information and the coordinate acquisition time information, and uploading the correlated information to a server;
a path calculation module in the server calculates the path of the discharge port of the concrete pump truck and determines a concrete pouring area; the information management module in the server correlates the concrete pouring area information with the vehicle transportation information through positioning chip information and correlates the concrete test block information;
and uploading concrete test block detection report information to a server, correlating the concrete test block detection report information with the concrete test block information, determining concrete information and a concrete pouring area corresponding to the concrete test block when the concrete test block detection result is unqualified, and taking corrective measures.
2. The concrete quality tracking method according to claim 1, wherein the information in the first electronic tag, the information in the third electronic tag, and the concrete placement time information are associated and uploaded to the server, and specifically comprising:
after the electronic tag reader identifies the information of the first electronic tag and records the starting time and the ending time of concrete pouring, the electronic tag reader identifies the information of the third electronic tag, the electronic tag reader realizes the association of the information in the first electronic tag, the information in the third electronic tag and the concrete pouring time information, and then the information is uploaded to a server through the electronic tag reader.
3. The concrete quality tracking method according to claim 1, wherein the concrete information includes concrete raw material information and concrete placement site information.
4. The method for tracking the quality of concrete according to claim 1, wherein,
the concrete information comprises concrete mixing date information and concrete mixing batch information, and the server information management module carries out information association on concrete vehicle transportation information with the same concrete mixing date information and the same concrete mixing batch;
when the detection result of the concrete test block is unqualified, determining a concrete stirring batch corresponding to the concrete test block, determining all concrete vehicle transportation information corresponding to the concrete stirring batch, determining concrete pouring area information of corresponding vehicle transportation information, and then adopting corrective measures.
5. A concrete quality tracking system, comprising:
the first electronic tag is arranged on the concrete transport vehicle and records transport vehicle information, wherein the vehicle transport information comprises concrete transport date, license plate information and concrete transport sequence numbers;
the second electronic tag is arranged in the concrete test block and records the information of the test block;
the third electronic tag is arranged on the concrete pump truck and records the information of the pump truck and the information of the positioning chip;
the electronic tag reader is arranged at the concrete pump truck and used for identifying information in the first electronic tag and the third electronic tag, recording the concrete pouring start time and the concrete pouring end time and transmitting the identified information in the first electronic tag and the third electronic tag and the concrete pouring time information to the server;
the positioning device comprises a base station network and a positioning chip, wherein the positioning chip is arranged at a discharge port of the concrete pump truck; arranging a plurality of base stations in each layer of concrete pouring operation plane to form a base station network, and identifying real-time coordinates of the positioning chips and uploading measurement time and coordinate information of the positioning chips corresponding to the measurement time to a server;
the server comprises an information management module and a path calculation module; the information management module is used for recording and associating data in the first electronic tag, the second electronic tag and the third electronic tag; the path calculation module is used for receiving the base station data and calculating the running path of the positioning chip, and determining a concrete pouring area in the concrete carrier; the information management module associates the concrete pouring area information with the test block information and associates the concrete test block detection report information with the concrete test block information.
6. The concrete quality tracking system of claim 5, wherein the first electronic tag, the second electronic tag, and the third electronic tag are all RFID tags.
7. The concrete quality tracking system of claim 5, wherein the positioning chip is a UWB positioning chip and the base station network is rectangular grid.
8. The concrete quality tracking system of claim 5, wherein the concrete information includes concrete mix date information, concrete mix batch information, and the server information management module information correlates the concrete mix date information with concrete mix batch-identical concrete vehicle transportation information.
